Technical Field

One aspect of the present disclosure relates to a hygiene product and a wound strip.

Background

JP2001-137287a describes a disposable diaper. The diaper comprises a liquid-permeable front surface sheet, a liquid-impermeable back surface sheet, and a liquid-holding absorbent body interposed between the front surface sheet and the back surface sheet. A belt-like elastic member for discarding the diaper is disposed on the outer surface of the diaper. Both ends of the elastic member are fixed to the outer surface of the diaper. The intermediate portion of the elastic member is separated from the outer surface of the diaper.

Both ends of the elastic member are fixed to the outer surface of the diaper in a substantially non-removable manner by fixing means such as an adhesive and are firmly fixed so as not to peel off when the middle portion is pulled with fingers. The middle portion is a fully elastic portion. That is, the intermediate portion stretches when pulled by a finger and elastically contracts when the finger is removed. The diaper is rolled from the crotch portion and the elastic member is pulled with fingers and stretched to pass the rolled diaper between the elastic member and the outer surface of the diaper so that the rolled diaper can be held by the elastic member when the fingers are removed from the elastic member.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem

In the above diaper, the elastic member is pulled by fingers, and the rolled diaper passes between the middle portion of the pulled elastic member and the outer surface of the diaper. Then, the fingers are removed from the elastic members, and the rolled diaper is held by the elastic members. However, when the elastic member is pulled with a finger, the width of the elastic member is reduced and the elastic member is embedded in the finger, which may burden the finger. Therefore, there is a need to improve user-friendliness in pulling the elastic member.

Solution to the problem

A hygiene product according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a nonwoven fabric; a winding strip attached to the nonwoven fabric; and a fixing portion at which the winding tape is fixed to the nonwoven fabric. The wrapping tape includes an elastic portion and a tab disposed on the elastic portion.

In the sanitary product according to the above aspect, the winding tape fixed at the fixing portion includes an elastic portion and a tab provided on the elastic portion. Thus, the elastic portion can be stretched by grasping the tab and pulling the elastic portion, which can prevent the reduced width elastic portion from becoming embedded in a finger. In other words, the elastic portion need not be stretched directly by a finger, and can be stretched by grasping the tab; this avoids the situation where the reduced width elastic portion is embedded in the finger. Therefore, it is possible to improve user-friendliness when pulling the elastic portion of the winding tape fixed to the sanitary product.

The fixing portion may be provided on each of both end sides of the elastic portion in the longitudinal direction of the winding belt.

The wound strip may be attached along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body in the sanitary product.

The tab includes a joining portion joined to the elastic portion and a grip portion projecting from the joining portion in an out-of-plane direction of the winding strip. A projection portion raised from the engagement portion is disposed between the engagement portion and the grip portion. The width of the convex portion may be greater than or equal to 50% of the width of the elastic portion.

A winding tape according to one aspect of the present disclosure is a winding tape configured to be attached to a nonwoven and including an elastic portion and a tab disposed on the elastic portion.

In the winding tape according to the above aspect, the elastic portion is provided with a tab. Thus, the elastic portion can be pulled by grasping a tab attached to a winding strip of nonwoven, and this can prevent the reduced width elastic portion from becoming embedded in a finger. In other words, the case where the elastic portion is embedded in the finger can be avoided. Therefore, user-friendliness in pulling the elastic portion can be improved.

A fixing portion configured to be fixed to the nonwoven fabric at each of both end sides of the elastic portion in the longitudinal direction of the winding belt may be provided.

The tab includes a joining portion joined to the elastic portion, and the width of the joining portion may be greater than or equal to 50% of the width of the elastic portion.

The tab may include a gripping portion that projects in an out-of-plane direction of the wrapping band.

The grip portion may extend in the width direction of the wound tape.

The grip portion may extend in the longitudinal direction of the wound strip.

The elastic portion may have a tensile strength greater than or equal to 10N/25 mm.

Advantageous effects of the invention

According to an aspect of the present disclosure, user-friendliness at the time of pulling may be improved.

Detailed Description

A detailed description of embodiments of the hygiene product and the winding strip according to the present disclosure will be given below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same or equivalent elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and a repetitive description of such elements is omitted. Further, a part is simplified or modified to give drawings for easy understanding, and the size ratio and the like are not limited to those shown in the drawings.

Herein, the "wound tape" refers to a tape configured to fasten rolled sanitary products, and includes, for example, a disposal tape configured to fasten rolled sanitary products to dispose of in a rolled state. By "rolled" is meant the state in which the sanitary product is rolled, folded or rolled to contain its contents. "sanitary products" are products used to maintain a sanitary state and include, for example, disposable materials/devices. "hygiene products" include absorbent articles, such as disposable diapers, sanitary napkins, and incontinence pads, as well as hygiene products, such as tourniquets.

"nonwoven fabric" refers to a fabric made by bonding or entangling fibers by mechanical or chemical treatment. "absorbent" refers to a part or member capable of absorbing liquid. "fixed portion" refers to a portion or member that is fixed to an object. The "fixed portion" may be a portion or member that is detachably fixed to the object, or may be a portion or member that is permanently fixed to the object. "locking portion" means a portion or member to be locked to an object. "locked" refers to removably attached and includes a state in which two objects are locked at fixed positions.

"elastic portion" refers to a portion that can contract and expand, and refers to a portion or member that can be made to any length, for example, by stretching with a finger or the like. "hook" refers to a location or member that hooks onto an object. "male hook member" means a plurality of fine protruding portions provided on a mechanical fastener or the like, and "female hook member" means a plurality of fine rounded portions into which the male hook member is hooked.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating an exemplary hygiene product 1 and an exemplary wound strip 10 according to an embodiment. Fig. 2 is a schematic view schematically showing the sanitary product 1 and the winding tape 10. In fig. 1 and 2, a hygiene product 1 (which is a pull-on diaper) is shown as an example. However, the hygiene product 1 as a diaper may be, for example, a tab type (open) diaper or a pad type diaper, and the type of the diaper may be changed as needed.

For example, the sanitary product 1 is a disposable diaper. The sanitary product 1 includes a waist opening 2 extending in a direction around the waist, a pair of leg openings 3, and an absorbent body 4 positioned between the pair of leg openings 3. The sanitary product 1 comprises a stomach side section 6 (see fig. 10A) and a back side section 5 located behind the stomach side section 6. For example, the wrapping tape 10 is attached to the nonwoven fabric N constituting the rear side portion 5. The absorbent body 4 has, for example, a rectangular shape, and extends from the abdomen side section 6 toward the back side section 5.

For example, the wrapping tape 10 is attached along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 4. The winding tape 10 includes a pair of fixing portions 11 fixed to the nonwoven fabric N, an elastic portion 12 provided between the pair of fixing portions 11, and a tab 15 provided on the elastic portion 12. For example, the fixing portions 11 are portions fixed to the nonwoven fabric N at both ends of the wound tape 10 in the longitudinal direction D1 of the wound tape 10. The tab 15 is a portion to be grasped by a finger or the like.

The fixing portion 11 may be made of, for example, an adhesive, and may be a Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA). However, the fixing portion 11 may be a welded portion that is fixed to the nonwoven fabric N by welding, and the material of the fixing portion 11 is not particularly limited to a specific material. For example, the fixed portion 11 is non-removably fixed to the nonwoven fabric N. However, the fixed portion 11 may be removably fixed to the nonwoven fabric N and may be made of a releasable PSA.

Each of the fixing portions 11 has, for example, a quadrangular shape (a rectangular shape as an example). However, the shape, size, number, and arrangement of the fixing portions 11 may be appropriately changed. For example, as shown in fig. 3, each of the fixing portions 11 may include a base portion 11b fixed to an elastic portion 12 with an adhesive layer 14 interposed therebetween, and a convex member 11c including a plurality of protrusions protruding from the base portion 11 b.

In other words, each fixing portion 11 may be a hook including a convex member 11 c. The adhesive layer 14 is, for example, a PSA. Further, each fixing portion 11 may also be made of a non-adhesive material. In this case, the fixing portion 11 does not adhere to fingers or the like even when gripped by the fingers or the like, and this can further improve user-friendliness when performing an operation of wrapping the sanitary product 1 with the winding tape 10.

The elastic portion 12 is, for example, a single layer elastic film. The elastic portion 12 has a tensile strength of, for example, 10N/25mm or more. The tensile strength of the elastic portion 12 means a value obtained when the stretching direction is the width direction of the wound tape 10, the length in the width direction (distance between chucks) is 25mm, and the chuck speed is 50 mpm. Note that the elastic portion 12 may have a three-layer structure formed of a core layer containing an elastomer and skin layers provided on both major surfaces of the core layer. The material of the skin layer of the elastic portion 12 is, for example, polypropylene resin (PP), but may be changed as appropriate.

The elastic portion 12 includes an elastomer, and the elastomer of the elastic portion 12 includes, for example, an olefin-based elastomer, a styrene isoprene block copolymer (SIS), and a polyurethane-based thermoplastic elastomer. However, the material of the elastic portion 12 is not particularly limited to a specific material. For example, the thickness of the elastic portion 12 may be 5 μm or more and 500 μm or less, 20 μm or more and 200 μm or less, or 40 μm as an example.

Fig. 4A and 4B are enlarged views of an exemplary tab 15. The tab 15 is disposed on the elastic portion 12 and may, for example, be secured to the elastic portion 12 while projecting in the out-of-plane direction D2 of the wrapping band 10. The tab 15 is secured using an adhesive, a film, or by welding, for example. As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, the size of the tab 15 can be suitably changed. Further, the entire tab 15 can be secured to the elastic portion 12, or a portion of the tab 15 can be secured to the elastic portion 12. The material of the tab 15 is not limited to a specific material. The tab 15 may be made of a non-stick material. In this case, the tab 15 does not adhere to fingers or the like when gripped by the fingers or the like, and this further improves user-friendliness when performing an operation of wrapping the sanitary product 1 with the winding tape 10.

For example, the material of the tab 15 may be a thermoplastic resin, and specific examples include a polypropylene resin (PP), a polyethylene resin (PE), a vinyl chloride resin (PVC), a methyl methacrylate resin (EMMA), an ethyl acrylate resin (EA), and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) resin, and a mixture of two or more thereof. Examples of PE include Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), and Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE). Further, the material of the tab 15 may also be a material in which an additive is added to one of the above-described resins or another material.

As shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the tab 15 can be secured to the elastic portion 12 by a joining portion 15B. The tab 15 shown in fig. 5A and 5B includes a joining portion 15B joined to the elastic portion 12, and a grip portion 15c projecting from the joining portion 15B in the out-of-plane direction D2 of the wrapping tape 10. The tab 15 includes a pair of engaging portions 15b, which are disposed, for example, in the longitudinal direction D1, and a grip portion 15c that protrudes between the pair of engaging portions 15 b. However, the engaging portions 15b need not be provided in pairs along the longitudinal direction D1, and may be provided at, for example, only one position (one side).

The joining portion 15b is joined to the elastic portion with, for example, an adhesive layer 16 interposed between the joining portion and the elastic portion 12. The adhesive layer 16 is made of, for example, PSA. For example, the grip portion 15c is raised from one of the pair of engaging portions 15b in the out-of-plane direction D2, and is bent into an inverted U shape to extend to the other engaging portion 15 b. The grip portion 15c is a portion gripped by fingers or the like, and is also referred to as a pull tape.

A convex portion 15d (which is, for example, a portion where the engaging portion 15b becomes the grip portion 15 c) is formed between the engaging portion 15b and the grip portion 15 c. The convex portion 15d may be a boundary portion between the engaging portion 15b and the grip portion 15c, and may be a root portion (base portion) of the grip portion 15 c.

For example, the tab 15 extends from one of the engaging portions 15b to the other engaging portion 15b with one projecting portion 15d, the grip portion 15c and the other projecting portion 15d interposed between the pair of engaging portions 15 b. For example, the length of each engaging portion 15b in the width direction D3, the length of each grip portion 15c in the width direction D3, and the length of the projecting portion 15D in the width direction D3 are identical to each other. However, the length of the engaging portion 15b in the width direction D3, the length of the grip portion 15c in the width direction D3, and the length of the projecting portion 15D in the width direction D3 need not be identical to each other.

The width B1 of the convex portion 15D (which is the length of the convex portion 15D in the width direction D3) is, for example, greater than or equal to 50% of the width B2 of the elastic portion 12. In this case, when the grip portion 15c is gripped and the elastic portion 12 is pulled, the elastic portion 12 can be more securely prevented from being bent or twisted.

For example, as shown in fig. 6B, when a finger pulls the elastic portion 112 without the tab 15, the width of the elastic portion 112 decreases and the elastic portion 112 becomes embedded in the finger. This may cause a burden on the fingers. In contrast, as shown in fig. 6A, when the tab 15 is gripped and the elastic portion 12 is pulled, the elastic portion 12 can be more reliably prevented from bending and twisting, so that user-friendliness can be improved.

The upper limit of the width B1 of the convex portion 15d may be, for example, 200% of the width B2 of the elastic portion 12, or may be changed to 180%, 150%, 120%, or 100% of the width B2 as appropriate. The lower limit of the width B1 of the convex portion 15d may be, for example, 50% as described above, or may be changed to 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, or 100% as appropriate.

For example, as shown in fig. 7A, the wound tape 10 has a rectangular shape extending in the longitudinal direction D1 and the width direction D3. As an example, the tab 15 is provided at the center of the winding tape 10 in the longitudinal direction D1, and the fixing portions 11 are provided on both ends of the winding tape 10 in the longitudinal direction D1. Further, the elastic portion 12 extends between each of the pair of fixing portions 11 and the tab 15. For example, the tab 15 includes a grip portion 15c, and the grip portion 15c extends in the width direction D3 of the wrapping tape 10. Further, as described above, the elastic portion 12 is capable of expanding and contracting, and the length of the wound tape 10 can be changed by the elastic portion 12 expanding and contracting with the two fixing portions 11 as the origin.

Each of the fixing portions 11 has, for example, a quadrangular shape (a rectangular shape as an example). However, the shape, size, number, and arrangement of the fixing portions 11 may be appropriately changed. Further, as shown in fig. 7B, the fixing portion 11 may be omitted from the winding tape 10. That is, a winding tape 10 comprising an elastic portion 12 and a tab 15 disposed on the elastic portion 12 may not include a fastening portion. In the winding belt 10 having such a configuration, for example, a fixing portion is provided later and attached to the nonwoven fabric N at any position of the elastic portion 12.

Further, the grip portion 15c of the tab 15 may extend in a direction intersecting the width direction D3 of the winding belt 10. Fig. 7C shows a tab 15 comprising a grip portion 15C extending in the longitudinal direction D1 of the wound strip 10. As shown in fig. 7D, the tab 15 can be a tab 15 that does not include a grip portion 15c and a raised portion 15D. For example, the tab 15 shown in fig. 7D is composed of a non-adhesive engaging portion 15b, and the engaging portion 15b extends along the elastic portion 12.

Even with the tab 15 shown in fig. 7D, the non-adhesive joining portion 15b is grasped with a finger or the like, so that the elastic portion 12 can be stretched by grasping a portion other than the elastic portion 12. Note that the width B3 of the engaging portion 15B may be greater than or equal to 50% of the width B2 of the elastic portion 12. The upper and lower limits of the width B3 of the engaging portion 15B may be the same as those described above for the projecting portion 15d, for example.

Next, an exemplary method of manufacturing the hygiene product 1 in which the winding tape 10 is attached to the nonwoven fabric N of the hygiene product 1 will be described with reference to fig. 8. Fig. 8 is a schematic view schematically showing a flow of the nonwoven fabric N and the wound tape 10 constituting the sanitary product 1. As shown in fig. 8, the wound tape 10 is formed into a roll member R1 before being attached to the nonwoven fabric N, and a portion extending from the roll member R1 is cut in the width direction of the portion to form the wound tape 10. Note that, in the state of the roll member R1, the winding tape 10 may not include at least one of the fixing portion 11 and the tab 15, and at least one of the fixing portion 11 and the tab 15 may be modified. Fig. 8 shows an example in which the wound tape 10 not including the fixing portion 11 is a roll member R1.

The nonwoven fabric N of the sanitary product 1 is conveyed from the roll R2, and the winding belts 10 are attached to the conveyed nonwoven fabric N (the rear side portion 5 of the sanitary product 1) at fixed intervals. At this time, for example, the wrapping tape 10 is attached along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 4. However, the wrapping tape 10 may be attached in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 4. Then, the nonwoven fabric N having the winding tape 10 attached thereon is cut, and the sanitary product 1 attached with the winding tape 10 is completed.

Next, an exemplary method of wrapping the sanitary product 1 with the winding tape 10 will be described with reference to fig. 9, 10A, and 10B. First, as shown in fig. 9, the tab 15 is grasped with fingers, and the elastic portion 12 located between the pair of fixing portions 11 is pulled. At this time, the finger does not need to be in contact with the elastic portion 12, thus preventing the elastic portion 12 from being embedded in the finger. Then, as shown in fig. 10A and 10B, for example, the sanitary product 1 is rolled up along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 4 so that the back side section 5 faces outward and the abdomen side section 6 faces inward, and the stretched elastic section 12 is moved toward the abdomen side section 6 of the sanitary product 1 and released from the fingers. Thereby, the operation of wrapping the sanitary product 1 with the winding tape 10 is completed. After the sanitary product 1 is wrapped, the sanitary product 1 wrapped with the wrapping tape 10 is placed in a bag, and the bag is discarded in a trash or the like, for example, in a bundled state.

Next, the operation and effect of the hygiene product 1 and the winding tape 10 according to the present embodiment will be described.

In the sanitary product 1, the winding band 10 fixed to the fixing portion 11 includes an elastic portion 12 and a tab 15 provided on the elastic portion 12. Thus, the elastic portion 12 can be stretched by grasping the tab 15 and pulling the elastic portion 12, which can prevent the reduced width elastic portion 12 from becoming embedded in a finger. That is, the elastic portion 12 need not be directly grasped by a finger, and the elastic portion 12 can be stretched by grasping the tab 15. This avoids the situation where the resilient portion 12 is embedded in a finger. Therefore, it is possible to improve user-friendliness when pulling the elastic portion 12 of the winding tape 10 fixed to the hygienic product 1.

The fixing portion 11 may be provided on each of both end sides of the elastic portion 12 in the longitudinal direction D1 of the wound tape 10. In this case, both end sides of the elastic portion 12 can be firmly fixed by the pair of fixing portions 11.

The wound strip 10 may be attached along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 4 of the sanitary product 1. In this case, the wound tape 10 can be easily attached to the nonwoven fabric N.

As shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the tab 15 includes a joining portion 15B joined to the elastic portion 12, and a grip portion 15c protruding from the joining portion 15B in the out-of-plane direction D2 of the wrapping tape 10. The tab 15 is also provided with a convex portion 15d rising from the engaging portion 15B between the engaging portion 15B and the grip portion 15c, and the width B1 of the convex portion 15d may be greater than or equal to 50% of the width B2 of the elastic portion 12. In this case, the width B1 of the convex portion 15d between the grip portion 15c and the engaging portion 15B of the tab 15 is greater than or equal to 50% of the width B2 of the elastic portion 12. Therefore, since the width B1 of the convex portion 15d of the tab 15 is wide, the winding tape 10 can be more reliably prevented from bending and twisting when pulled. Therefore, the user-friendliness in pulling the winding tape 10 can be further improved.

As shown in fig. 7D, the tab 15 includes a joining portion 15B joined to the elastic portion 12, and the width B3 of the joining portion 15B may be greater than or equal to 50% of the width B2 of the elastic portion 12. In this case, the width B3 of the engaging portion 15B of the tab 15 is greater than or equal to 50% of the width B2 of the elastic portion 12. As such, since the width B3 of the engaging portion 15B of the tab 15 is wide, the elastic portion 12 can be prevented from bending and twisting when pulled. Therefore, the user-friendliness in pulling the winding tape 10 can be further enhanced.

The tab 15 may include a gripping portion 15c that projects in an out-of-plane direction D2 of the wrapping band 10. In this case, since the grip portion 15c of the tab 15 protrudes in the out-of-plane direction D2 of the wrapping tape 10, the tab 15 can be gripped with the grip portion 15c more easily.

The grip portion 15c may extend in the width direction D3 of the wound tape 10. In this case, since the tab 15 is attached to the elastic portion 12 so that the direction of the grip portion 15c follows the width direction D3 of the wrapping tape 10, the manufacturability of the wrapping tape 10 can be enhanced and the tab 15 can be made easier to grip.

The grip portion 15c may extend in the longitudinal direction D1 of the wound tape 10. In this case, since the tab 15 is attached to the elastic portion 12 so that the direction of the grip portion 15c follows the longitudinal direction D1 of the wrapping tape 10, the tab 15 can be more easily gripped.

In a wound strip 10, the elastic portion 12 may have a tensile strength greater than or equal to 10N/25 mm. In this case, since the strength of the elastic portion 12 is greater than or equal to 10N/25mm, it is possible to further reduce the possibility that the elastic portion 12 is torn when pulled.

Embodiments of hygiene products and winding tapes according to the present disclosure have been described above. However, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the above-described embodiments. The present invention can be modified in various ways within a scope not changing the gist described in the claims. For example, as described above, the shape, size, number, material, and arrangement of the portions constituting the sanitary product and the winding tape may be changed as needed.
