C, brushing color glue on the reinforcing glue layer to form a color glue layer;

step D, coating a sealing layer adhesive on the color adhesive layer, and curing for 60 seconds by using a UV curing lamp to form a washing-free sealing layer; wherein the coating thickness is 0.01mm-0.03 mm.

As shown in fig. 1-2, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the three-degree nail art manufacturing method includes forming a primer layer, a reinforcement adhesive layer, a color adhesive layer, and a no-clean seal layer on a surface of a nail cover 1 from bottom to top using a gel nail paint containing a photo-curable resin, and includes the following steps:

step A (101), brushing primer on the nail cover 1, and curing for 60 seconds by using a UV curing lamp to form a primer layer; wherein, the rear edge 2 and the two side nail edges 3 of the nail cover 1 are reserved with the edge distance of 0.8mm, and the painting thickness is 0.01mm-0.03 mm;

b (102), brushing a reinforcing adhesive on the bottom adhesive layer, and curing for 60 seconds by using a UV curing lamp to form a reinforcing adhesive layer; wherein, the rear edge 2 and the two side nail edges 3 of the nail cover 1 are respectively provided with a 0.8mm edge distance, and the painting thickness is 0.01mm-0.03 mm;

step C (103), brushing color glue on the reinforcing glue layer to form a color glue layer;

step D (104), coating a sealing layer adhesive on the color adhesive layer, and curing for 60 seconds by using a UV curing lamp to form a washing-free sealing layer; wherein the coating thickness is 0.01mm-0.03 mm;

preferably, before the step a (101), the nail repair treatment method further includes the steps of:

and E (100), engraving, grinding and cleaning the surface of the nail cover 1 to be processed.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the step E (100) includes:

step E1 (1001), rubbing the surface, the front edge 4, the rear edge 2 and the positions of the two side nail edges 3 of the nail cover 1 by using a sponge;

and E2 (1002), wiping the residual dust on the nail cover 1, the bottom surface of the front edge 4 and the nail groove positions on two sides by using a cotton piece cleaning solution to ensure that the nail surface is dry and dry.

The surface of the nail cover 1 is subjected to all-round finishing and polishing, so that the subsequent steps are ensured to be smooth, the finger seams, the finger cores and the nail dust are cleaned, no residue is left, no redundant impurities are generated on the nail surface, and the later-stage color painting fineness is ensured.

The brush head is at an angle of 45 degrees and is brushed from the rear edge 2 to the front edge 4 so as to ensure that the brush head can be better controlled and is brushed more uniformly when the nail polish gel brush is operated on a nail; the reserved thickness of 0.8mm is used for preventing the edge gel from being stained with skin to cause color upwarping, on the other hand, the color can be ensured to be neat, consistent and more attractive, the thickness of 0.01mm-0.03mm is used for ensuring the nail surface to be smooth, increasing the adhesive force of the nail surface and being more attached to the nail surface; the 60 seconds of curing is to allow the nail primer to set completely without spurious curing.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the step B (102) includes:

step B1 (1021), dipping the reinforcing glue with a brush, and placing the brush at one end of the nail cover 1 close to the rear edge 2;

and step B2 (1022), making the included angle between the bottom surface of the brush head of the brush and the upper surface of the nail cover 1 form an angle of 45 degrees, pressing the brush downwards to keep the brush and the rear edge 2 and the nail edges 3 at two sides at the edge distance of 0.8mm, and brushing from the rear edge 2 to the front edge 4 of the nail.

The brush head is at an angle of 45 degrees, so that the brush head can be better controlled when the nail polish gel pen brush is operated on the nail, and the brush is more uniform in brushing; the retention of 0.8mm is to prevent the edge gel from being stained with skin to cause color upwarping, and on the other hand, the color can be ensured to be neat, consistent and more beautiful, and the thickness of the reinforcing glue is 0.01mm-0.03 mm; guarantee to add the gluey and can cover the first face completely, make first face colour not stick up and do not drop, the hard difficult rupture of nail effectively guarantees that the integrity of nail is lasting, adds gluey solidification 60 seconds in order to let the first face primer solidify completely, can not have the spurious solidification.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the step C (103) includes:

and step C1 (1031), brushing the first layer of color paste, and curing for 60 seconds by using a UV curing lamp.

Step C2 (1032), paint a second layer of color paste on the first layer of color paste, and cure with a UV curing lamp for 60 seconds.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the step C1 (1031) includes:

step C11 (1301), dipping the color glue with a brush, and placing the brush at one end of the nail cover 1 close to the rear edge 2;

and C12 (1302), enabling the included angle between the bottom surface of the brush head of the brush and the upper surface of the nail cover 1 to form an angle of 45 degrees, pressing the brush downwards to enable the brush, the rear edge 2 and the nail edges 3 on two sides to keep the edge distance of 0.8mm, and brushing from the rear edge 2 to the front edge 4 of the nail, wherein the brushing thickness is 0.01mm-0.03 mm.

The brush head is at an angle of 45 degrees, so that the brush head can be better controlled when the nail polish gel pen brush is operated on the nail, the rear edge 2 and the side edge are kept at 0.8mm to avoid the phenomenon that the color of the edge is stained to the skin to cause color upwarping, and the color is ensured to be neat, consistent and more attractive on the other hand; the color thickness is 0.01mm-0.03mm to ensure that the color of the first-pass color paste is uniform without light and shade difference; the color is cured for 60 seconds, so that the first layer of color paste is completely cured, false curing is avoided, and the conditions of nail surface bubbling, color falling and the like are avoided.

Preferably, the step C2 (1032) is the same as the step C1 (1031).

And brushing a second layer of color paste on the first layer of color paste, wherein the color paste layer is at least two layers, but not limited to two layers, and multiple layers can be coated according to the color requirement.

step D1 (1041), dipping the seal adhesive with a brush, and placing the brush at one end of the nail cover 1 close to the rear edge 2;

and D2 (1042), making an included angle between the bottom surface of the brush head of the brush and the upper surface of the nail cover 1 form an angle of 45 degrees, pressing the brush downwards to keep the distance between the brush and the rear edge 2 and the nail edges 3 on the two sides of the brush and 0.5mm, and brushing the brush from the rear edge 2 to the front edge 4 of the nail.

The brush head is at an angle of 45 degrees, so that the brush head can be better controlled when the nail polish gel pen brush is operated on the nail; the thickness is 0.01mm-0.03 mm; the uniform thickness of the sealing layer on the surface of the nail and natural radian are ensured; the curing time of 60 seconds is to ensure that the nail surface sealing layer is completely cured, and the durable glossiness is better.
