detailed description of the preferred embodiments

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a system for training and evaluating the fitness of a ship crew. As shown in fig. 1-1 and 1-2, the system includes 1 a hardware portion, 2 a software portion, and 3 a field test portion.

Wherein, the hardware part 1 comprises 11 background management terminals (host), 12 mobile clients (sub-machines) and 13 human physiological monitoring equipment. The 11 background management terminal can simultaneously communicate with a plurality of 12 mobile clients and upload data.

The 11 background management terminal can be an electronic device such as a computer and a tablet computer.

The 12 mobile client can be a plurality of portable computers, tablet computers and other electronic devices.

13 human physiology monitoring facilities can record human heart rate, body temperature, oxyhemoglobin saturation etc. in real time. Can be a smart bracelet, a watch or other wearable equipment capable of monitoring human body physiological indexes.

The 13 human physiological monitoring equipment can be connected with the 12 mobile clients through different forms such as WIFI, Bluetooth, ZIGBEE and the like.

The software part 2 comprises a 21 human body physiological index recording and monitoring system, a 22 physical training guidance and analysis system and a 23 user mental state testing and feedback system.

A human body physiological index recording and monitoring system 21, a physical training guidance and analysis system 22, a user psychological state testing and feedback system 23 and the like are installed in the mobile client terminal 12 in advance.

The human body physiological index recording and monitoring system monitors and analyzes the human body physiological index data in real time, and if the human body physiological index data has a significant change (the significant change is more than or less than a standard value and reaches a certain threshold value range, and the threshold value can be adjusted according to the use requirement, such as more than or less than 5 percent, or 3 percent and the like) with the normal human body physiological index, the system prompts alarm information (the alarm information can be set in a self-defined mode, such as prompting of 'a higher point' when the human body physiological index data is too high, and prompting of 'a lower point' when the human body physiological index data is too low according to the judgment rule).

As shown in fig. 2, the 22-fitness training guidance system includes a 221 course designing section and a 222 exercise effect evaluating section.

In this embodiment, the 221 course design includes three parts, namely 2211 basic course, 2212 advanced course and 2213 enhanced course. The setting of the class level can be customized according to the requirements of the actual use situation.

2211 basic courses are divided into 2211-1 low intensity, 2211-2 medium intensity and 2211-3 high intensity according to exercise difficulty.

2212 the courses of the progression are classified into 2212-1 low intensity, 2212-2 medium intensity and 2212-3 high intensity according to the difficulty of exercise.

2213 intensive courses are classified into 2213-1 low intensity, 2213-2 medium intensity and 2213-3 high intensity according to the exercise difficulty.

In the 222 exercise effect evaluation, three parts of 2221 exercise report, 2222RPE scale and 2223 exercise score are included.

After each training course is finished, the system displays a 2221 exercise report of the exercise according to the data of the physiological monitoring equipment, wherein the report mainly judges the exercise intensity of the user in the exercise according to the age and exercise heart rate of the user, and the exercise intensity comprises the duration of low-level intensity, medium-level intensity, high-level intensity and the like.

The specific evaluation method comprises the following steps:

s1, calculating a maximum heart rate;

the maximum heart rate is calculated as follows: HRmax 207-0.7 age;

s2, comparing the maximum heart rate with the test heart rate to obtain a judgment result of the exercise intensity:

wherein when the test heart rate reaches 90 (none) -100% of the maximum heart rate, the result is: "very high exercise intensity";

when the test heart rate reached 80 (none) to 90% (none) of the maximum heart rate, the results were: "higher exercise intensity";

when the test heart rate reached 70 (none) to 80% (none) of the maximum heart rate, the results were: "high exercise intensity";

when the test heart rate reached 60 (none) to 70% (none) of the maximum heart rate, the results were: "low exercise intensity";

when the test heart rate reached 50 (none) to 60% (none) of the maximum heart rate, the results were: "lower exercise intensity".

When the test heart rate was less than 50% (inclusive) of the maximum heart rate, the results were: "extremely low exercise intensity".

In addition, each time the user completes a training session, the system will automatically pop up a self-fatigue rating RPE table, which is ranked as follows:

in the process of actual software judgment, the RPE scale is an index for measuring the subjective feeling fatigue degree of an individual, and can directly influence the subsequent judgment on whether the course difficulty needs to be improved or reduced. For example: the difficulty degree of the current training course is evaluated by subjectively inquiring the subject, and if the reaction difficulty is higher, the difficulty degree can be properly reduced in the later period; otherwise, if the reaction difficulty is low, the course difficulty should be adjusted. Not only avoids over-training fatigue damage, but also avoids meaningless training.

On the other hand, the matching of the RPE evaluation and the heart rate monitoring can reflect the current exercise intensity more accurately, and is an auxiliary means for roughly estimating the heart rate value. For the average young, the individual RPE scores at different intensities multiplied by 10, allow the subject's current heart rate value to be estimated. For example, if the RPE is 15, the heart rate is about 150 beats/minute.

In the case of a system RPE rating, the exercise report for the user after physical exercise includes the value of the user's RPE rating scale. According to the practical test result, the RPE value basically accords with the conclusion of physiological monitoring data.

When a significant deviation occurs (for example, the evaluation result is different from the test result by more than 2 gears or more), the system prompts the user to perform RPE evaluation again or false alarm, or generates an evaluation report at the conclusion of the physiological test (at this time, the report can remark the RPE result for the user at the front end of the equipment to review).

After each training course is done by the user, the system calculates corresponding points according to the exercise duration, the training course degree, the training intensity and the like. As shown in fig. 3, the integrals can be accumulated and the corresponding blind box can be opened up when a certain number is reached.

In the above-mentioned 23 mental state testing system, which includes several different mental test questionnaires as shown in fig. 4, the filling frequency of the mental test questionnaires can be determined according to the user's request, and is preferably filled once a week. The system automatically performs statistical analysis on the filling condition of the user. And if the analysis finds that the psychological questionnaire test result of the user has abnormal change, the system prompts alarm information.

As shown in fig. 1, the 3-site physical ability test section includes a 31-speed test, a 32-balance ability test, a 33-burst force test, a 34-coordination ability test, a 35-sensitivity test, a 36-reaction time test, and the like.

In the above 3 field physical fitness test section, the test items may be increased or decreased according to the field conditions, but at least include a vital capacity test, a grip strength test, a standing jump test, a vertical jump and reach test, a flat panel support test, a sit-up test, a bench test, and the like.

The frequency of the 3-field physical fitness tests can be determined according to the requirements of users, and preferably, the tests are carried out once a month.

The data record of the 3-site fitness test is stored 12 in the mobile client.

As shown in fig. 5, 12 mobile user terminals (slave machines) feed back to the physical training guidance system according to the physical training report condition, the previous physical testing report condition, the physiological monitoring report, the psychological state monitoring report, and the like of the user after each physical training, and comprehensively analyze and adjust the training intensity, the training subjects, the training mode, and the like of the next session.

The specific method comprises the following steps:

s1, acquiring an N-th exercise report, a physical training report and a physical testing report in a current effective period, a mental state monitoring report and a mental monitoring report in the current effective period, and an N-1-th physical training report, a physical testing report in the current effective period, a mental state monitoring report in the current effective period and a mental monitoring report;

s2, comparing the reports of the Nth time and the reports of the N-1 th time, and judging the lifting condition of the fitness level indicated by each conclusion:

when the average ascending amplitude reaches a preset value I (for example, more than 20 percent), the course difficulty is increased;

when the average descending amplitude reaches a preset value two (for example, more than 20 percent), the difficulty of the lesson is reduced.

Finally, all data in the 12 mobile clients are automatically uploaded to the 11 background management terminals under the condition of a network (through WIFI, Bluetooth, ZIGBEE and the like);

and a 111 crew physical ability analysis system, a 112 crew physiological performance analysis system and a 113 crew psychological analysis system are installed in the 11 background management terminals. The 11 background management system can visually display the physical training condition, the field test condition, the psychological test condition and the physiological test condition of all 12 mobile clients (submachine) and respectively present all the indexes in the form of curves and graphs.

In a specific application, the system and method for physical training provided by this embodiment includes a host (which may be a notebook computer) shown in fig. 6, for a background management end; the sub machines (which can be tablet computers) are used for moving the client; and the external monitoring devices (which can be bracelets) are used for testing the physiological indexes of the client. And each bracelet is in one-to-one correspondence with a certain flat plate and is connected through Bluetooth, WIFI or other communication forms.

The background management computer is internally provided with crew physical training management system software which can respectively analyze the physical training condition of the crew, the physiological index change of the crew, the psychological index change of the crew and the like. The system can download data information in each tablet through a wireless network, can quickly retrieve and position through official and soldier names, numbers and other modes, and can look up training files of the user in real time, wherein the training files comprise training times, training intensity, training duration and the like.
