Technical Field

The invention discloses a catching device for clarifying indoor three-phase dirt by an extraction box, and particularly belongs to the technical field of hydrometallurgy.

Background

In the extraction production process, the aqueous phase feed liquid from the upstream leaching process and other processes often contains clay suspended particles, active silica and silicate colloids, dust particles in the air, insect corpses and other impurities. The impurity particles have specific wettability, are easy to strongly adsorb on an aqueous phase-organic phase interface, and are enriched in an interface emulsion after being flocculated by an organic phase to form three-phase dirt. In the shallow extraction box, after the water phase and the organic phase feed liquid are reacted by the mixing chamber, formed three-phase dirt generally appears between two phase interfaces in the clarification chamber. The composition of the three-phase soil is generally 5% to 15% solid phase, 40% aqueous phase, 40% organic matter, and 5% to 10% fourth phase inclusion particles.

The generation of three-phase dirt can cause the reduction of the extraction rate and the phase separation speed of metal ions, and further development of the three-phase dirt can increase the loss of an extracting agent and an organic solvent, cause water phase pollution and damage to a downstream process. At present, the traditional three-phase sewage catching method is to use a filter spoon and an oil drum to carry out single-point local manual catching and collecting, the sewage collected in the oil drum is intensively sent to an active clay stirring tank for treatment, and then sent to a centrifugal machine and other separation equipment to separate a solid phase, a water phase and an organic phase, wherein the regenerated water phase and the regenerated organic phase can be returned to an extraction system for recycling. However, manual fishing of three-phase dirt requires operators to have abundant production experience in the extraction section, and the operators need to be able to accurately identify the organic phase-aqueous phase interface generated by the three-phase dirt, so that effective fishing can be performed. In the fishing process, the disturbance to the liquid level of the clarification chamber is large, the extraction split-phase clarification effect is influenced, and the three-phase dirt is poured into the oil drum from the filter spoon, so that the secondary leakage is easy, the workshop environment is polluted, the safety is poor, the labor intensity is high, and the cost is high.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the traditional method for catching three-phase dirt by manual operation in the extraction section of a hydrometallurgy factory, the catching device has the characteristics of safety, cleanness, high efficiency, low cost and the like, and is particularly represented as follows:

1. the operation is simple. The fishing net cage of the fishing device is always positioned near the A-O phase interface where three-phase dirt is concentrated, the organic phase-water phase interface does not need to be identified, and an operator can finish the three-phase dirt fishing operation by operating the wheel shaft by a single person.

2. The safety is high. An operator does not need to hold the net bag oil drum to walk back and forth on a narrow passage at the top of the clarification chamber to manually catch the three-phase dirt, and the safety is superior to that of the traditional manual net bag for catching the three-phase dirt.

3. The operation is clean and has no additional pollution. The caught three-phase dirt is only sucked and collected by the three-phase dirt collecting pump on the side wall of the clarifying chamber, and the workshop floor cannot be polluted by the leakage of the net bag.

4. The operation is efficient. The catching device catches three-phase dirt near the phase interface in the whole process, and is immersed below the liquid level of the organic phase, so that the phenomenon that the liquid level of a clarification chamber is repeatedly disturbed in the traditional manual operation process of catching the three-phase dirt is avoided, the artificial interference in the oil-water phase splitting process is greatly reduced, and the cleanness of circulating organic phase and downstream water-phase process feed liquid is ensured.

5. The cost is low. The fishing devices are all made of leftover materials of existing pipes and profiles on project engineering sites, the materials are easy to obtain, and the fishing devices can be made according to local conditions.

Example 1

When the catching device sinks below the organic phase liquid level, the center of the catching net cage is positioned near the A-O phase interface (11) of the clarifying chamber, which is shown in figure 6.

The frame (1) of the fishing device is fixed with the motion control rope (4) in two points by a fixed point (8). During operation, the movement of the movement control rope (4) is controlled by using the control wheel shaft (3) fixed at the outer edge of the clarification chamber, so that the frame (1) is driven to move, and the fishing device moves forwards or backwards in two directions by means of the movement pulley (6), which is shown in figure 1.

Due to the limitation of the limiting rope (2) and the limiting pulley (5), the fishing device can only move in the linear direction, and when the fishing device slowly moves from one side of the clarifying chamber to the other side, three-phase dirt generated near an A-O phase interface is captured and collected by the gauze (7) covered on the frame (1). At the moment, the collected three-phase dirt can be sent to corresponding processing equipment for further separation processing only by inserting the three-phase dirt collecting pump pipeline into the net cage and sucking the three-phase dirt caught in the net cage.

Example 4

Examples of specific applications

8-thousand-ton extraction-electrodeposition wet-process copper smelting plant is produced in a certain year, the feed liquid used for extraction is stirred leach liquor containing more impurities such as silicon suspended matters, organic carbon and the like, and the feed liquid is mixed with organic phase to form white flocculent three-phase dirt mixed with emulsion and floats near the phase interface of a clarification chamber. The following problems are found in the process of catching three-phase dirt in a factory by using a traditional manual method:

1. ordinary operators with less experience cannot accurately identify the phase boundary, the fishing operation efficiency is low, and the clarification effect is disturbed because the liquid level of the clarification chamber is greatly disturbed.

2. The length and width of a single clarification chamber can reach 26m multiplied by 23m, and the long-handle filter spoon can not effectively touch the dirt far away from a fishing point.

3. Two series of the plant extraction workshop have 16 mixing clarification chambers, workers need to stand at a walkway at the top of the clarification chamber for fishing operation, and the plant extraction workshop has high labor intensity and low safety.

After the three-phase sewage is fished by the fishing device, the three-phase sewage is fished in the single clarification chamber, the three-phase sewage suspended near the phase interface can be put into the net cage only by controlling the fishing net cage to slowly move in the clarification chamber by a single worker through operating the operating wheel shaft (3), and when the fishing net cage moves to the edge of the clarification chamber, the three-phase sewage conveying pump pipeline is inserted, so that the three-phase sewage which is fished can be conveyed to the collecting tank without leakage. After the fishing device is used, the existing three-phase fishing labor order staff is reduced to 4 persons, and the labor intensity and the operation difficulty of fishing, loading, walking and other operations are greatly reduced.
