In order to prevent the seal ring from moving, it is preferable that the flange is provided with at least one convex ring in a protruding manner, and the convex ring can increase the friction force of the seal ring in a state that the seal ring is rested on the flange, so that the seal ring does not slide.

Wherein, because the water flow from the water outlet 24 of the guide member 2 can flow to all directions, the water flow from the water outlet 24 can only flow to all water chutes 12 under the action of the O-ring 4 and the sealing ring 5, so that the water flow is more intensively sprayed from the water chutes 12 to the outside.
