The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Referring to fig. 1-12, the present invention provides a technical solution: a rotary primer spraying and drying integrated machine for composite floor production comprises a machine base 1 and a spraying mechanism 4, a rotary workbench 2 and a drying mechanism 3 which are sequentially arranged on the machine base 1, wherein the rotary workbench 2 is used for fixing a vertically placed composite floor so as to facilitate subsequent spraying and drying operations, and simultaneously controls the composite floor to rotate and reverse, so as to facilitate paint spraying and drying on two surfaces of the composite floor, the spraying mechanism 4 is positioned on one side of the rotary workbench 2 and performs comprehensive paint spraying operation on the surface of the composite floor on the workbench, the drying mechanism 3 is positioned on the other side of the rotary workbench 2 and dries the surface of the composite floor after spraying, the machine integrates paint spraying and drying, dries the other surface of the floor after paint spraying while spraying paint on one surface of the floor, has strong processing continuity, accelerates the overall processing efficiency of the floor, and the rotary workbench 2 is convenient for the turnover processing of the composite floor, the automatic discharging can be realized, the labor is saved, and the processing efficiency is further improved;

the rotary workbench 2 comprises an annular plate 6 fixed on the top of a machine base 1, an annular rack 7 rotatably connected on the top of the annular plate 6, a first motor 8 arranged on one side of the bottom of the annular plate 6, a first gear 9 connected on the output shaft of the first motor 8 and meshed with the annular rack 7, a fixed plate 10 fixed on the top of the annular rack 7, a bearing plate 16 slidably connected with the fixed plate 10, a door opening mechanism for controlling the opening and closing of the bearing plate 16, a speed reducing mechanism 23 arranged on the bottom of the fixed plate 10 and positioned on two sides of the bearing plate 16, a fixed clamping plate 11 fixed on one side of the fixed plate 10, a guide mechanism 12 arranged on the fixed clamping plate 11 and used for guiding the composite floor, a movable clamping plate 13 movably arranged on the top of the fixed plate 10 and directly opposite to the fixed clamping plate 11 and a driving mechanism used for driving the movable clamping plate 13, wherein the top of the machine base 1 is provided with a material guide groove 5, the material guide groove 5 is positioned below the bearing plate 16, one side of frame 1 is equipped with the portion of gathering materials 24, the portion of gathering materials 24 is just right with baffle box 5, drive whole laminate flooring through swivel work head 2 and rotate, realize the action of turning one side composite flooring after spraying paint, make things convenient for spraying mechanism 4 to spray paint to the composite flooring another side, dry another face that sprays paint well simultaneously, improve machining efficiency, but and the composite flooring automatic discharging after the processing, need not the manual work, labour saving and time saving, further improve equipment overall efficiency.

The spraying mechanism 4 is composed of a mounting plate 41 vertically arranged on one side of the top of the machine base 1, a movable plate 42 slidably connected to the mounting plate 41, an electric push rod 49 fixed on the top of the machine base 1, a connecting rod 48 connecting the electric push rod 49 and the movable plate 42, a first screw 43 rotatably connected to the front surface of the movable plate 42, a second motor 44 installed on the side surface of the movable plate 42 for driving the first screw 43, a movable seat 45 screwed to the first screw 43 and slidably connected to the movable plate 42, a connecting hard tube 46 and a connecting hose 412 installed on the movable seat 45, a spraying head 47 connected to one end of the connecting hard tube 46, a feeding box 410 positioned on the top of the machine base 1, and a feeding pump 411 communicated with the feeding box 410 and connected to the connecting hose 412, wherein the front surface of the mounting plate 41 is provided with a first chute, the movable plate 42 is slidably connected to the first chute, and the feeding pump 411 operates to spray paint the spraying head 47 on the floor surface, utilize electric putter 49 to drive whole fly leaf 42 up-and-down motion, utilize second motor 44 control sliding seat 45 to transversely remove about, realize that paint spraying head 47 changes with vertical position, realizes evenly spraying paint to whole face, when swivel work head 2 was rotatory, paint spraying head 47 can be packed up, prevents to cause the interference to swivel work head 2, guarantees equipment steady operation.

The drying mechanism 3 comprises a mounting frame 31 connected to the top of the machine base 1 in a sliding manner, a propelling cylinder 32 installed on the machine base 1 and used for driving the mounting frame 31, a strip-shaped drying cover 33 positioned on one side of the mounting frame 31, a hot air blower 38 installed on the top of the mounting frame 31, a connecting pipe 39 connecting the hot air blower 38 with the drying cover 33, two connecting blocks 36 connected to the back of the drying cover 33, a second screw rod 34 rotatably connected to the mounting frame 31 and in threaded connection with one connecting block 36, a third motor 35 installed on the mounting frame 31 and used for driving the second screw rod 34, and a fixing rod 37 fixed on the mounting frame 31 and in sliding connection with the other connecting block 36, wherein the top of the machine base 1 is provided with a second sliding groove, the mounting frame 31 is in sliding connection with the second sliding groove, the hot air blower 38 drives the drying cover 33 to blow out hot air to dry the painted board surface, and the third motor 35 drives the second screw rod 34 and drives the whole drying cover 33 to move up and down, the whole board surface is quickly dried, and the drying cover 33 can be folded to prevent the rotation of the dry rotary worktable 2.

The guiding mechanism 12 is composed of a movable sleeve 121 slidably connected to the fixed clamp plate 11, a fixed guide plate 124 fixed on the front surface of the movable sleeve 121, a movable guide plate 125 slidably connected to the front surface of the movable sleeve 121 and facing the fixed guide plate 124, a threaded rod 123 rotatably connected to one side of the fixed clamp plate 11 and in threaded connection with the movable sleeve 121, a micro motor 122 installed on the side wall of the fixed clamp plate 11 for driving the threaded rod 123, a micro cylinder 126 installed on the side wall of one side of the movable sleeve 121, and an expansion rod 127 installed on the side wall of one side of the movable sleeve 121 for guiding the movable guide plate 125, when placing the composite floor, the composite floor is vertically placed through the movable guide plate 125 and the fixed guide plate 124 for guiding, so that the composite floor is vertically placed at a designated position on the bearing plate 16, the composite floor is convenient to be fixed subsequently, after the guiding operation is completed, the whole guiding mechanism 12 can be lifted through the micro motor 122, the paint spraying and drying operation of the composite floor board surface is prevented from being influenced, and meanwhile, the distance between the movable guide plate 125 and the fixed guide plate 124 can be adjusted through the micro air cylinder 126, so that the composite floor board guiding device is suitable for guiding operation of boards with different specifications, and the application range is enlarged.

The door opening mechanism is composed of two straight racks 17 fixed on the side wall of one side of the bearing plate 16, two guide rods 22 fixed on the side wall of one side of the fixed plate 10, guide sleeves 21 fixed with the straight racks 17 and sleeved on the guide rods 22, a fourth motor 18 installed on one side of the top of the fixed plate 10, a rotating rod 19 connected to an output shaft of the fourth motor 18 and two second gears 20 fixed on the rotating rod 19 and meshed with the corresponding straight racks 17, and the fourth motor 18 is used as a drive to control the bearing plate 16 to open towards one side so as to automatically discharge the processed composite floor.

The speed reducing mechanism 23 is connected by rotating two speed reducing plates 231 of both sides in the bottom of the fixed plate 10, two fixing seats 232 fixed in both sides in the bottom of the fixed plate 10, a plurality of movable rods 233 connected on the fixing seats 232 in a sliding manner, a push rod 234 connected at one end of the movable rods 233 and a speed reducing spring 235 sleeved on the movable rods 233 are connected, the push rod 234 is inconsistent with the corresponding speed reducing plates 231, when the composite floor is discharged, the composite floor is contacted with the speed reducing plates 231 of both sides through the composite floor, the acting force of the speed reducing spring 235 is matched, the composite floor is decelerated by improving the friction force of the composite floor, the composite floor is prevented from being damaged due to too high discharging speed, and the safety protection performance is good.

Actuating mechanism includes that riser 14 and centre gripping cylinder 15, riser 14 fix in fixed plate 10 top one side, and centre gripping cylinder 15 installs on riser 14, and centre gripping cylinder 15's piston rod with move the splint 13 and be connected, utilize centre gripping cylinder 15 to drive and move the activity of splint 13 and carry out the centre gripping fixed to laminate flooring, the follow-up processing of being convenient for, and be applicable to the fixed operation of different specification laminate flooring, the suitability is strong.

A use method of a rotary primer spraying and drying integrated machine for composite floor production comprises the following steps,

s1, placing the composite floor on the rotary workbench 2 for fixing, vertically placing the composite floor between the movable clamping plate 13 and the fixed clamping plate 11 by manpower, adjusting the distance between the fixed guide plate 124 and the movable guide plate 125 by the micro cylinder 126 to adapt to the guiding operation of floors with different thicknesses, and after the composite floor is placed on the bearing plate 16, controlling the movable clamping plate 13 to fix the composite floor by the clamping cylinder 15;

s2, spraying paint on the board surface, enabling paint sprayed by the paint spraying head 47 to spray paint on the floor surface by the operation of the feeding pump 411, driving the whole movable plate 42 to move up and down by the electric push rod 49, and controlling the movable seat 45 to move left and right transversely by the second motor 44, so that the transverse and longitudinal position changes of the paint spraying head 47 are realized, and the uniform paint spraying of the whole board surface is realized;

s3, board surface switching, paint spraying and drying, wherein the paint spraying head 47 and the drying cover 33 are retracted to prevent interference when the rotary worktable 2 rotates and reverses, the first motor 8 drives the first gear 9 to drive the annular rack 7 to rotate one hundred eighty degrees and then stop, the composite floor is turned over, after the floor is turned over, the spraying mechanism 4 and the drying mechanism 3 work synchronously, when the spraying head 47 sprays paint on the other surface, the hot air blower 38 drives the drying hood 33 to blow out hot air to dry the painted board surface, the third motor 35 drives the second screw rod 34 and drives the whole drying hood 33 to move up and down, carry out rapid draing to whole face, after the drying was accomplished, drying mechanism 3 stop work and reset, treat the another side and spray paint the completion after, swivel work head 2 return to initial state, make the face that just sprayed paint just to drying mechanism 3, drying mechanism 3 works as again and carries out rapid draing to another face that sprays paint.

S4, automatically discharging the composite floor, after the paint is dried, driving the rotating rod 19 by the fourth motor 18 to drive the two second gears 20 to rotate simultaneously, driving the bearing plate 16 to be in an open state through the spur rack 17, opening the fixed plate 10 at the moment, slowly loosening the composite floor by slowly loosening the movable clamping plate 13 through the clamping cylinder 15, and slowly sliding the composite floor downwards, wherein the composite floor is firstly contacted with the two speed reducing plates 231, the ejector rod 234 is extruded through the speed reducing plates 231, the speed reducing plates 231 are used for reducing the speed of the floor by the acting force of the speed reducing springs 235, so as to prevent the floor from being damaged due to an excessively high falling speed, after the floor slowly moves into the material guide groove 5, the movable clamping plate 13 is completely loosened, the floor freely falls and slides into the material collecting part 24 through the material guide groove 5 to be collected, and the discharge is completed.
