Technical Field

Background

When the ink-jet printer works normally, the ink-jet printer has higher requirements on the working temperature of ink, the working temperature of the ink is generally 23-26 ℃, when the temperature is too high, the ink is easy to volatilize, so that the ink is easy to dry, when the temperature is too low, the fluidity of the ink is poor, and the two conditions can cause the ink outlet of the nozzle to be poor, so that the printing quality is influenced.

In order to solve the above problems, in the prior art, a heating and cooling device is added to the secondary ink cartridge to make the ink supplied to the print head by the secondary ink cartridge at a proper temperature. The temperature-regulating ink box of the inkjet printer, which is disclosed by the Chinese patent CN202088668U, comprises an aluminum alloy box body, a box cover, an ink input pipe and a conveying pipe which are arranged on a spray head trolley, wherein the box body is internally provided with more than four independent cavities which are arranged in a straight line, a cooling component is arranged below the box body, a heat radiation component and a heating component are arranged on the side edge of the box body, a temperature measuring probe is arranged on the box body, and the cooling component, the heat radiation component, the heating component and the temperature measuring probe are electrically connected with a temperature controller.

Although the temperature that can control the ink in the second grade ink horn of above-mentioned prior art is in invariable within range, but set up cooling component, radiator unit and heating element around the second grade ink horn, increased the volume and the weight of second grade ink horn, when printing required ink kind when many, need install a plurality of second grade ink horns, this can make holistic volume of shower nozzle dolly and weight increase, influence the stability of dolly motion, and then influence the printing quality.
