The mounting method of the invention comprises the steps of firstly mounting a lifting adjusting mechanism according to mounting stations of a storage barrel and a feeding barrel, lowering a top plate in the lifting adjusting mechanism to the lowest position, fixing a supporting component through a groove on the top surface of the top plate, then hoisting the feeding barrel to the supporting component, supporting the feeding barrel by the supporting component, improving the stability when the feeding barrel is fixed with a connecting piece, thereby increasing the mounting precision of the feeding barrel, conveniently fixing the supporting component by the arrangement of the groove, fixing a supporting frame on the top surface of the top plate, mounting a supporting rod with a rotating sleeve on the top surface of the supporting frame, mounting the rotating shaft in the rotating sleeve, mounting a swinging arm on one side of the rotating shaft, mounting the connecting piece at the bottom of the supporting frame, fixing the feeding barrel and a turntable through the connecting rod, and then controlling a guide block of the swinging arm to be sleeved on the swinging rod, and finally, the swing arm is fixed on the other side of the rotating shaft, so that the swinging mechanism is connected with the feeding barrel, and after the installation is completed, the bearing assembly is removed from the groove of the top plate, so that the bearing assembly can be recycled after the installation is completed, the installation efficiency is improved, and the installation cost is reduced.

In the step c, the bearing assembly comprises a base, a slide rail, a slide rod and a bearing block, wherein a convex block is arranged at the bottom of the base and matched with a groove, the slide rail is arranged on the top surface of the base, slide grooves are formed in two sides of the slide rail, a limiting screw rod is fixedly connected to one end of the slide rod and penetrates through the slide grooves, a fastening nut is screwed into the limiting screw rod, the fastening nut is screwed on the slide rail, the bearing block is fixedly connected to the other end of the slide rod, and the bearing block is matched with the feeding barrel. Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the automatic feeding system for preparing polyester monofilaments comprises a storage barrel 1 and a feeding barrel 2, a feeding hose 3 is communicated between the storage barrel 1 and the feeding barrel 2, the feeding barrel 2 is connected with a swinging mechanism 4, the swinging mechanism 4 is used for controlling the feeding barrel 2 to swing, a lifting adjusting mechanism 5 is arranged at the bottom of the swinging mechanism 4, and the lifting adjusting mechanism 5 is used for controlling the height of the feeding barrel 2.

Go up the one side of storage vat 2 and be equipped with vacuum generator 6, vacuum generator 6 is used for controlling the interior vacuum of storage vat 2 to in the material that control storage vat 1 entered into storage vat 2, the opposite side of going up the feed cylinder is equipped with input and takes over 7, input and take over 7 and the one end intercommunication of feed hose 3. The vacuum generator 6 is arranged to convey the materials in the storage barrel 1 to the feeding barrel 2 through the feeding hose 3.

Swing mechanism 4 includes support frame 11, bracing piece 12 and axis of rotation 13, support frame 11 fixed connection is at the top surface of lift adjustment mechanism 5, support frame 11 locates charging bucket 2's both sides, bracing piece 12 fixed connection is at support frame 11's top, support frame 11's top fixedly connected with rotates cover 14, axis of rotation 13 rotates to be connected in rotating cover 14, one side that charging bucket 2 was kept away from to axis of rotation 13 is equipped with turning handle 15, the opposite side of axis of rotation 13 is equipped with swing arm 16, swing arm 16's tip rotates and is connected with guide block 17, support frame 11's bottom is equipped with connecting piece 18, connecting piece 18 is close to charging bucket 2's one end and charging bucket 2 fixed connection, guide block 17 sliding connection is on connecting piece 18's top. Support frame 11 sets up and plays a supporting role to bracing piece 12, has guaranteed swing mechanism 4's stability simultaneously, drives axis of rotation 13 through drive swing handle and rotates in rotating cover 14 to make swing arm 16 rotate, guide block 17 in swing arm 16 swings through connecting piece 18 control loading bucket 2, makes the material in the loading bucket 2 rock, has avoided the material caking, has guaranteed feeding system's normal operating.

The connecting piece 18 comprises a supporting block 19, a rotary table 20, a swing rod 21 and a connecting rod 22, the bottom of the supporting block 19 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the supporting frame 11, the rotary table 20 is rotatably connected to the top of the supporting block 19, one end of the connecting rod 22 is fixedly connected with the feeding barrel 2, the other end of the connecting rod 22 is fixedly connected with the rotary table 20, the swing rod 21 is fixedly connected to the top of the rotary table 20, the swing rod 21 penetrates through the guide block 17, and the guide block 17 is slidably connected to the swing rod 21. The guide block 17 on the swing arm 16 moves up and down along the swing rod 21, and at the same time, the swing rod 21 is controlled to drive the rotary table 20 to rotate on the support block 19, and the rotary table 20 drives the charging bucket 2 to synchronously rotate through the connecting rod 22, so that the charging bucket 2 swings.

The lifting adjusting mechanism 5 comprises a bottom plate 23, a top plate 24 and two lifting pieces 25, wherein the two lifting pieces 25 are respectively arranged between the bottom plate 23 and the top plate 24, the bottom of each lifting piece 25 is arranged on the top surface of the bottom plate 23, the top of each lifting piece 25 is arranged on the bottom surface of the top plate 24, the lifting pieces 25 control the top plate 24 to lift on the bottom plate 23, and the swing mechanism 4 is arranged on the top surface of the top plate 24. The lifting piece 25 is used for controlling the top plate 24 to lift on the bottom plate 23, so that the top plate 24 drives the swing mechanism 4 to lift, the swing mechanism 4 is connected with the feeding barrel 2, and the height of the feeding barrel 2 is controlled to be adjusted.

The two sides of the top surface of the bottom plate 23 are both upwards protruded with a first rotating seat 26, the bottom surface of the top plate 24 is correspondingly downwards protruded with a second rotating seat 27, a lifting piece 25 is connected between the first rotating seat 26 and the corresponding second rotating seat 27, the lifting piece 25 comprises a first upper connecting rod 28, a second upper connecting rod 29, a first lower connecting rod 30 and a second lower connecting rod 31, one end of the first lower connecting rod 30 and one end of the second lower connecting rod 31 are respectively and rotatably connected with two sides of the first rotating seat 26, one end of the first lower connecting rod 30 and one end of the second lower connecting rod 31 are mutually and rotatably connected, one end of the first upper connecting rod 28 and one end of the second upper connecting rod 29 are correspondingly and rotatably connected with two sides of the second rotating seat 27, one end of the first upper connecting rod 28 and one end of the second upper connecting rod 29 are mutually and rotatably connected, two sides between the bottom plate 23 and the top plate 24 are respectively provided with a first connecting seat 32 and a second connecting seat 33, and the first connecting seat 32 and the second connecting seat 33 are arranged in a mirror image, the other end of the first lower connecting rod 30 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the first connecting seat 32, the other end of the first upper connecting rod 28 is rotatably connected to the upper portion of the first connecting seat 32, the other end of the first lower connecting rod 30 is rotatably connected to the other end of the first upper connecting rod 28, the other end of the second lower connecting rod 31 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the second connecting seat 33, the other end of the second upper connecting rod 29 is rotatably connected to the upper portion of the second connecting seat 33, the other end of the second upper connecting rod 29 is rotatably connected to the other end of the second lower connecting rod 31, and a positive and negative thread screw 34 penetrates through the first connecting seat 32 and the second connecting seat 33. The screw 34 is rotated by screwing the middle part of the screw 34, so that the first connecting seat 32 and the second connecting seat 33 at the two ends of the screw 34 are controlled to synchronously move towards each other, and the movement of the first connecting seat 32 and the second connecting seat 33 controls the first upper connecting rod 28, the second upper connecting rod 29, the first lower connecting rod 30 and the second lower connecting rod 31 to rotate, so that the top plate 24 is driven to ascend and descend on the bottom plate 23.

The first upper link 28, the second upper link 29, the first lower link 30 and the second lower link 31 are provided with tooth parts 35 at both ends, the tooth part 35 at one end of the first lower link 30 is engaged with the tooth part 35 at one end of the second lower link 31, the tooth part 35 at one end of the first upper link 28 is engaged with the tooth part 35 at one end of the second upper link 29, the tooth part 35 at the other end of the first lower link 30 is engaged with the tooth part 35 at the other end of the first upper link 28, and the tooth part 35 at the other end of the second upper link 29 is engaged with the tooth part 35 at the other end of the second lower link 31. The arrangement of the tooth 35 realizes the synchronous rotation among the first upper link 28, the second upper link 29, the first lower link 30 and the second lower link 31, thereby ensuring that the top plate 24 can move up and down in parallel, and improving the stability of the swing mechanism 4 and the upper charging barrel.

As shown in fig. 7 to 10, the method for installing the automatic feeding system for preparing polyester monofilament of the present invention comprises the following steps:

a. preparation before installation

Firstly, preparing a lifting adjusting mechanism 5 and a swinging mechanism 4 with corresponding sizes according to the sizes of a storage barrel 1 and a feeding barrel 2, and preparing a feeding hose 3 with corresponding length according to installation stations of the storage barrel 1 and the feeding barrel 2;

b. mounting of the lifting adjusting mechanism 5

The lifting adjusting mechanisms 5 are fixed on two sides of the mounting station of the charging basket 2, the bottom plates 23 in the lifting adjusting mechanisms 5 are fixed on the ground, then the middle parts of the positive and negative thread screws 34 are screwed, so that the first connecting seat 32 and the second connecting seat 33 are controlled to synchronously move in opposite directions, and the top plate 24 is lowered to the lowest position by controlling the first connecting seat 32 and the second connecting seat 33 to move towards one end far away from the center of the lifting adjusting mechanism 5;

c. mounting of the charging basket 2

The top plate 24 of the lifting adjusting mechanisms 5 is provided with a groove 36, firstly, a supporting component 37 is installed on the top surface of the top plate 24, the supporting component 37 is positioned and installed on the top plate 24 through the groove 36, then the charging bucket 2 is hoisted to the position between the two lifting adjusting mechanisms 5, and the supporting component 37 is driven to abut against the bottom of the charging bucket 2, so that the charging bucket 2 is fixed;

d. mounting of the oscillating mechanism 4

Firstly, fixing a support frame 11 in a swing mechanism 4 on the top surface of a top plate 24, then fixing a support rod 12 provided with a rotating sleeve 14 on the top surface of the support frame 11, then fixing a connecting piece 18 at the bottom of the support frame 11, fixing a feeding barrel 2 and a turntable 20 in the connecting piece 18 through a connecting rod 22, meanwhile, installing a rotating shaft 13 in the rotating sleeve 14, then installing a rotating handle 15 on one side of the rotating shaft 13, then sleeving a guide block 17 on a swing rod 21, and then installing a swing arm 16 provided with the guide block 17 on the other side of the rotating shaft 13;

e. complete the installation

The mounting is completed by first releasing the support element 37 and removing the support element 37 from the recess 36, then connecting one end of the feed hose 3 to the outlet connection 9 of the storage tank 1, and then connecting the other end of the feed hose 3 to the inlet connection 7 of the feed tank 2.

In step c, the supporting assembly 37 includes a base 38, a slide rail 39, a slide rod 40 and a supporting block 41, a bump is disposed at the bottom of the base 38, the bump is disposed in a matching manner with the groove 36, the slide rail 39 is disposed on the top surface of the base 38, sliding grooves 42 are disposed on two sides of the slide rail 39, a limiting screw 43 is fixedly connected to one end of the slide rod 40, the limiting screw 43 penetrates through the sliding groove 42, a fastening nut 44 is screwed into the limiting screw 43, the fastening nut 44 is screwed onto the slide rail 39, the supporting block 41 is fixedly connected to the other end of the slide rod 40, and the supporting block 41 is disposed in a matching manner with the feeding barrel 2. Through unscrewing fastening nut 44, control stop screw 43 slides along sliding groove 42 to control bearing block 41 moves to last storage bucket 2 one side, and drive slide bar 40 again drives bearing block 41 and rotates, makes bearing block 41 support the bottom at last storage bucket 2, thereby plays a supporting role to last storage bucket 2, has increased and has gone on the stability when fixing by last storage bucket 2.

According to the invention, the swing mechanism 4 is arranged on the feeding barrel, the lifting adjusting mechanism 5 is arranged at the bottom of the swing mechanism 4, materials in the storage barrel 1 are conveyed into the feeding barrel 2 through the feeding hose 3, the lifting adjusting mechanism 5 is arranged for adjusting the height of the swing mechanism 4, the swing mechanism 4 drives the feeding barrel 2 to adjust the height, and the swing mechanism 4 is arranged for controlling the feeding barrel 2 to swing so that the materials in the feeding barrel 2 swing, so that the materials in the feeding barrel 2 are prevented from caking, and the normal operation of the feeding device is ensured.
