Previous repair methods include ceramic repair welding, bricklaying and gunning, but the results are not ideal.

The brick making mould 1, the mould supporting device 2 and the mould lifting device 3 are all made of stainless steel.

The invention also provides an online maintenance method of the lintel brick of the coke oven, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step 1, pushing an empty coke oven;

step 2, cleaning residual coke in the carbonization chamber, such as the furnace wall of the carbonization chamber and the furnace bottom which need to be maintained and cleaned, and timely cleaning;

step 3, plugging a coke oven door: ceramic refractory wool made of stainless steel meshes and an expandable panel are used for preventing heat in a coking chamber of the coke oven from being dissipated to an oven door opening, and a shrinkable ceramic refractory wool and a stainless steel wire mesh module are placed from the bottom of the coking chamber to the top of the coking chamber, so that the temperature of the oven door opening is reduced to be below 300 ℃, and a barrier is placed at a position of at least 1.5 meters in a coke oven door frame;

step 4, cooling and cleaning the lintel brick: after the separation, the coke oven door lintel bricks are cooled to below 400 ℃ (or the color shows dark), damaged lintel bricks are cleaned, clean lintel brick surfaces are exposed, and the damaged lintel bricks are cleaned by using a pneumatic hydraulic cleaning hammer or other mechanical equipment one by one so as to clean the positions of the damaged lintel bricks and other damaged lintel bricks nearby. Thoroughly removing all broken pieces of the lintel brick, and completely purging the periphery of the removed lintel brick by using high-pressure gas, so that the clean lintel brick surface is exposed;

step 5, filling maintenance materials in the online maintenance equipment for the lintel bricks of the coke oven and installing the equipment: the equipment comprises a brick making die 1, a die supporting device 2, a die lifting device 3 and a brick making extrusion device 4, the mould supporting device 2 fixes the brick making mould 1 on the inner side of the coke oven door frame, the mould lifting device 3 lifts the brick making mould 1 to the position below the lintel brick needing to be maintained, the upper edge of the brick making mold 1 is flush with the lower edge of the lintel brick to be maintained, the brick making mold 1 also comprises a maintenance material storage tank 1-1 with an upward opening, maintenance materials are filled in the maintenance material storage tank 1-1, the brick making extrusion device 4 is arranged at the lower part of the bottom plate 1-2 of the maintenance material storage tank 1-1, the bottom plate 1-2 can be upwards lifted under the extrusion of the brick pressing device 4 and presses the maintenance material in the maintenance material storage tank 1-1 to the position of the lintel brick to be maintained to form a new lintel brick;

step 6, brickmaking repair: pressing the maintenance material in the maintenance material storage tank 1-1 to a position needing maintenance by using the brick making pressing device 4 in the step 5;

step 7, hardening of the material: step 5, maintaining the online maintenance equipment for the lintel brick of the coke oven at the position for 30 to 40 minutes to harden the maintenance material to form a new lintel brick, and performing ceramic repair welding reinforcement if necessary;

and 8, removing the online maintenance equipment for the lintel bricks of the coke oven in the step 5: removing the apparatus from the furnace door frame and hardening and holding in place a new lintel brick of repair material;

step 9, cleaning a repaired surface: beautifying and cleaning the repaired lintel brick;

step 10, removing the blocking objects of the coke oven door in the step 3: the heat-insulating ceramic fiber stainless steel mesh panel is detached, and the coke oven is recovered to a working state;

and 11, after the repair of the lintel brick of the oven door of the coke oven is finished, returning the coke oven to the working state.

The specific operation method of the steps 5 to 8 is as follows:

1. the repair material storage tank 1-1 is filled with a material.

2. And a lifter is arranged at the top of the coke oven door frame, the lifter is connected with the lifting hook 3-5, then the lifter is used for lifting the device to the top of the coke oven door frame, two ends of the left support rod 2-3 and the right support rod 2-4 are fastened to the oven wall of the coke oven door frame at one side close to the oven door through trapezoidal nuts, two ends of the horizontal support rods 2-8 are placed on the oven wall of the coke oven door frame at one side far away from the oven door, and the brick making mold 1 is suspended under the vertical lintel brick at the top of the coke oven door frame.

3. And continuously lifting the brick making mold 1 by using a lifter, wherein the left lifting slide bar 3-3 and the right lifting slide bar 3-4 slide upwards in the left slide hole 2-5 and the right slide hole 2-6 at the moment, and the upper edge of the brick making mold 1 is lifted to be flush with the lower edge of the lintel brick to be maintained.

4. And starting the brick pressing device 4, jacking the bottom plate 1-2 upwards, driving the sliding block 1-5 to slide upwards on the sliding rail 1-4 by the sliding plate 1-6, pressing the material to the lintel brick to be repaired by the bottom plate 1-2, and keeping for 30-40min to harden the material.

5. And the brick making extrusion device 4 releases the pressure, and the sliding blocks 1-5 slide downwards on the sliding rails 1-4 and drive the sliding plates 1-6 to move downwards so as to drive the bottom plates 1-2 to fall back to the original positions.

6. And removing the left support rod 2-3, the right support rod 2-4 and the horizontal support rod 2-8 from the coke oven door frame, and placing the equipment back to the ground by using a lifting machine to finish the repair.
