Background

The lubricating oil is subjected to high-temperature and catalytic action of various media and metals through high-speed running in the running process of a vehicle, and gradually deteriorates and ages to generate carbon deposit, a paint film, oil sludge and the like, and is specifically embodied as follows: metal shaving generated by metal friction in the running process of the engine; water stains and dust intruding from the air; water and carbon slag generated by gasoline combustion enter the engine oil disc along the cylinder wall; colloid generated by polymerization of engine oil at high temperature; sulfur, nitrogen and other elements in the engine oil, and oxides generated after combustion become acidic substances and the like when meeting water.

The existence of oil sludge and carbon deposition causes the great weakening of the fluidity of engine oil, and leads the abrasion of an engine during cold start to be more serious, and the cold start abrasion is one of the major abrasion sources of an automobile. In addition, the poor heat dissipation enables the engine to be continuously high in temperature, oxidation and deterioration of engine oil are accelerated, and oil sludge and carbon deposit attached to an oil duct pollute new engine oil.

Therefore, the regular cleaning of the sludge in the engine is one of the indispensable projects for the conventional maintenance of the automobile.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an oil sludge cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:

the oil sludge cleaning agent comprises, by mass, 5-15% of aviation kerosene, 60-70% of chlorinated paraffin, 5-15% of ZDDP lubricating oil additive, 10-20% of base oil, 1-5% of lubricating oil penetrant and 1-5% of detergent.

The aviation kerosene comprises aviation kerosene D80 and deodorized kerosene.

The ZDDP lubricant additive comprises butyloctyl ZDDP, dioctylZDDP, secondary alkyl ZDDP, and aryl ZDDP.

The base oil comprises 60N, 100N, 150N, 250N and 500N.

The penetrant is nonionic penetrant, and comprises penetrant JFC, penetrant JFC-1, and penetrant JFC-2.

The lubricating oil detergent comprises alkyl phenate, alkyl sulfonate and alkyl salicylate.

According to the preparation method of the oil sludge cleaning agent, the aviation kerosene, the chlorinated paraffin, the ZDDP lubricating oil additive, the base oil, the penetrant and the lubricating oil detergent are sequentially added into the charging basket according to the parts by mass, and the mixture is uniformly mixed.

The mixing method comprises stirring and/or ultrasonic vibration;

the mixing time of the interval between the addition of each component is more than or equal to 10min, the mixing time after the addition is more than or equal to 20min, and the mixing temperature is 5-40 ℃.

The filtering is also carried out after the uniform mixing, the filtering precision is 0.5 micron, and the filtering objects comprise particles and floating oil substances.

The invention has the advantages that:

the oil sludge cleaning agent and the preparation method thereof have the following advantages:

1. the detergent is prepared with aviation kerosene D80 and D80 as non-toxic environment protecting solvent oil and through deep hydrorefining and fractionation. The product has narrow fraction, strong dissolving capacity, good volatility, saturated hydrocarbon content of more than 99 percent, good safety, low sulfur, low fragrance and no smell. Has strong solubility to oil sludge and carbon deposit, and can meet the mandatory requirements of GB38508-2020 on cleaning agent products.

2. The ZDDP lubricating oil additive in the cleaning agent has good oxidation and corrosion resistance, excellent wear resistance, extreme pressure resistance and other properties, avoids the abrasion to the engine in the process of cleaning the oil sludge of the engine, provides the maximum protection for the engine, and helps to prolong the service life of the lubricating oil.

3. The cleaning agent is added with a certain proportion of base oil, so that the excellent compatibility of the product and the engine oil is ensured.

4. The cleaning agent disclosed by the invention is short in cleaning time, high in cleaning efficiency, good in effect, obvious in oil-saving and noise-reducing effect of the cleaned engine, and strong in practicability and wide in applicability.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following embodiments.

The compounds of the invention are all commercially available, wherein the compounds are abbreviated as follows:

ZDDP: zinc dialkyldithiophosphates;

the main component of the penetrating agent JFC is fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether.

The oil sludge cleaning agent comprises, by mass, 5-15% of aviation kerosene, 60-70% of chlorinated paraffin, 5-15% of ZDDP lubricating oil additive, 10-20% of base oil, 1-5% of lubricating oil penetrant and 1-5% of detergent.

Wherein the aviation kerosene is aviation kerosene D80.

The ZDDP lubricating oil additive is preferably butyl octyl ZDDP, dioctyl ZDDP, secondary alkyl ZDDP, aryl ZDDP.

The base oil is preferably 60N, 100N, 150N, 250N, 500N.

The penetrating agent is a non-ionic penetrating agent, and is preferably a penetrating agent JFC, a penetrating agent JFC-1 and a penetrating agent JFC-2.

The lubricating oil detergent is preferably an alkyl phenate, an alkyl sulfonate, an alkyl salicylate. The alkali value is divided into low-alkali value, medium-alkali value, high-alkali value and ultrahigh-alkali value products. The metal salts are divided into calcium salts, barium salts, zinc salts, magnesium salts and the like.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:

sequentially adding aviation kerosene, chlorinated paraffin, a ZDDP lubricating oil additive, base oil, a penetrant and a lubricating oil detergent into a charging basket according to mass percentage.

In the adding process, the stirring time is more than or equal to 10min after each new component is added, the stirring time is more than or equal to 20min after the adding is finished, and the temperature of burdening and stirring is 5-40 ℃.

After the batching is finished, particles and floating oil substances are filtered, and the filtering precision is 0.5 micron.

Example 1

The oil sludge cleaning agent comprises the components of aviation kerosene D8010%, chlorinated paraffin 60%, butyl octyl ZDDP 10%, base oil 150N 12%, lubricating oil penetrating agent JFC 4% and alkyl phenate 4%, and is prepared by the method.

Example 2

An oil sludge cleaning agent comprises aviation kerosene D805%, chlorinated paraffin 65%, dioctyl ZDDP and butyl octyl ZDDP 13%, base oil 500N 10%, lubricating oil penetrant JFC-24%, and alkyl sulfonate 3%, and is prepared by the method.

Example 3

An oil sludge cleaning agent comprises aviation kerosene D807%, chlorinated paraffin 70%, secondary alkyl ZDDP, aryl ZDDP 7%, base oil 250N 10%, lubricant penetrant JFC-13%, and alkyl salicylate 3%, and is prepared by the above method.

And (3) detection test:

the cleaning agent prepared in example 2 was used as a reagent, and a tiger car (not cleaned in an engine) having a mileage of 78700 km was used as a test machine.

The engine was started and was shut down after 5 minutes of warm-up.

And (3) extinguishing, pouring the reagent into the engine oil tank, standing for 10 minutes, discharging the old engine oil after the engine runs for 15 minutes in an idling mode, replacing the filter, and adding new engine oil.

Oil consumption: before use, the average oil consumption per hundred kilometers is 10.3L (high speed); after use, the average oil consumption per hundred kilometers is 8.2L (high speed); after two weeks of use, i.e. 1200 km in driving, the average fuel consumption per hundred km is 8.3L (high speed).

Noise reduction: before use, the engine starting sound is 65.7; after use, the engine start sound is 47.2.
