3. Weft triplet corduroy according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the pile weft yarns comprise V-shaped pile weft yarns, W-shaped pile weft yarns, each minimal weave change unit comprising at least one V-shaped pile weft yarn, and/or W-shaped pile weft yarn.

4. Weft triplet corduroy according to claim 3, characterised in that the number of warp yarns in the smallest weaving variation unit is between 4 and 26.

The weft triplet corduroy of claim 3 wherein the number of warp yarns in the smallest weave variation unit is a multiple of 3, each adjacent 3 warp yarns being in one warp yarn set, 2 adjacent warp yarns in each warp yarn set being disposed on the back side of the ground weft yarn and 1 other warp yarn being disposed on the front side of the ground weft yarn such that the ground weft yarn and the warp yarns are in a sinkage and float interweaving arrangement with each other.

The weft triplet corduroy of claim 3 wherein the number of warp yarns in the smallest weave variation unit is a multiple of 6, each adjacent 6 warp yarns being a set of warp yarns, the 1 st, 2 nd, and 5 th warp yarns of the 6 warp yarns of each warp yarn set being disposed on the front side of the ground weft yarn, and the 3 rd, 4 th, and 6 th warp yarns of the 6 warp yarns of each warp yarn set being disposed on the back side of the ground weft yarn; or the 1 st warp, the 2 nd warp and the 5 th warp in the 6 warps of each warp group are arranged on the rear side of the ground weft yarn, and the 3 rd warp, the 4 th warp and the 6 th warp in the 6 warps of each warp group are arranged on the front side of the ground weft yarn.

weaving lampwick flannelette blank cloth, cutting flannelette, desizing, drying, brushing, singeing, boiling, bleaching and dyeing, drying and raising flannelette;

weaving the lampwick flannelette: selecting required warp yarns, ground weft yarns, pile weft yarns and bottom weft yarns, and weaving according to the structure of the minimum weaving variation unit to obtain corresponding lampwick pile fabric blanks;

cutting the velvet: cutting off all the floating wefts of the velvet weft yarns on the lampwick velvet blank cloth;

Technical Field

Background

Corduroy is a cotton fabric which is cut and raised and has longitudinal pile strips formed on the surface, and the corduroy is named because the corduroy pile strips are similar to a cordgrass core; the corduroy raw material is mainly cotton and also blended with chemical fibers such as terylene, acrylon, spandex and the like. It features thick texture, soft hand feeling, good heat-insulating property, and is suitable for making decorative articles such as coat, shoes and hat fabric, curtain, sofa fabric, etc.

The existing corduroy weave adopts a weft double weave formed by interweaving two groups of weft yarns and one group of warp yarns, and the ground weave comprises plain weave, twill weave and the like. Corduroy is woven from a set of warp yarns and two sets of weft yarns, wherein one set of weft yarns (called ground weft) is interwoven with the warp yarns to form a pile-consolidated ground fabric, and the other set of weft yarns (called pile weft) is interwoven with the warp yarns to form regular floating wefts, and the piles are formed after being cut off.

The surface of the traditional weft double corduroy is provided with fluff which makes the corduroy very warm and comfortable, but the bottom surface is relatively flat and hard, and particularly the touch feeling is cool in winter, so the actual skin-friendly performance of the bottom surface is not enough.

The invention aims to provide weft triple-structure corduroy with soft bottom surface and warm touch feeling and a production process thereof.

Example 14

A production process of a triple-structure corduroy comprises the following steps: weaving lampwick flannelette blank cloth, cutting flannelette, desizing, drying, brushing, singeing, boiling, bleaching and dyeing, drying and raising flannelette;

weaving the lampwick flannelette: selecting required warp yarns, ground weft yarns, pile weft yarns and bottom weft yarns, and weaving according to the structure of the minimum weaving variation unit to obtain corresponding lampwick pile fabric blanks;

cutting the velvet: cutting off all the floating wefts of the velvet weft yarns on the lampwick velvet blank cloth;

desizing: the sizing agent is used for removing sizing agent on the lampwick flannelette;

drying: for obtaining a dried corduroy cloth;

brushing: brushing and rubbing the cut weft yarns mechanically to enable the weft yarns to be untwisted and scattered into separate fibers;

singeing: the down removing device is used for removing down floating in gaps of long down and down strips of the down surface so as to achieve the purposes of tidy down surface and smooth and clear down strips;

boiling, bleaching, dyeing and drying: obtaining dry corduroy with a specific color;

pile erecting: the positive and negative brushing process is adopted to ensure that the fluff is upright and prevent the corduroy fluff from lodging.

It should be understood that the above examples are only for clearly illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And such obvious variations or modifications which fall within the spirit of the invention are intended to be covered by the scope of the present invention.
