1. A beam replacement apparatus, comprising:

the first girder transporting vehicle (1), wherein the first girder transporting vehicle (1) is used for loading a new girder section;

the first beam transporting vehicles (1) and the second beam transporting vehicles (2) are distributed at intervals along the longitudinal direction, and the second beam transporting vehicles (2) are used for loading old beam sections;

the top of the third beam section (10) is connected with the second end of the first beam section (8), and the bottom of the fourth beam section (11) is connected with the second end of the second beam section (9); the bottom of the third beam section (10) is inserted into the top of the fourth beam section (11); the telescopic section of the first hydraulic cylinder (12) is connected with the third beam section (10), and the cylinder body of the first hydraulic cylinder (12) is connected with the fourth beam section (11).

a first through hole which radially penetrates through the first rotating shaft is formed in the first rotating shaft, and a second through hole which radially penetrates through the first rotating drum is formed in the first rotating drum; when the support beam (7) is rotated to a position where the suspension beam device (3) has a minimum width, the first through hole is aligned with the second through hole for insertion of a first stopper rod (13).

A beam changing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the top side of the main beam (4) is provided with two connecting beams (14) spaced apart in the longitudinal direction, each connecting beam (14) corresponds to one of the moving devices (5), the connecting beams (14) extend in the transverse direction, and both ends of the connecting beams (14) extend out of the main beam (4) and are rotatably connected to the first ends of the two first beam sections (8), respectively.

A beam change apparatus according to claim 4, wherein two vertically extending second drums are provided in the connecting beam (14), each second drum corresponding to one of the supporting beams (7); a second rotating shaft which extends vertically is arranged on the top side of the first beam section (8), and the second rotating shaft can be circumferentially and rotatably inserted into the second rotating drum;

a third through hole which radially penetrates through the second rotating shaft is formed in the second rotating shaft, and a fourth through hole which radially penetrates through the second rotating drum is formed in the second rotating drum; when the support beam (7) is rotated to a position where the suspension beam device (3) has a minimum width, the third through hole is aligned with the fourth through hole for insertion of a second stopper rod (15).

6. A beam change apparatus according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that a second hydraulic cylinder (16) is arranged between the support base (6) and the support beam (7).

A beam change apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said lifting beam device (3) further comprises two support frames, each corresponding to one of said moving devices (5); the support frame comprises two mounting beams, one mounting beam is respectively mounted on each of the two transverse sides of each moving device (5), and a plurality of telescopic supporting legs (17) are arranged on the bottom sides of the mounting beams.

8. The beam-changing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the top sides of the first and second beam-carrying vehicles (1, 2) are each provided with a plurality of carrying vehicles (18) for piggybacking beam sections;

the orientation of the main beam (4) is vertically overlapped with one section of the first girder transporting vehicle (1), and the orientation of the main beam (4) is vertically overlapped with one section of the second girder transporting vehicle (2).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of bridge beam replacement, in particular to beam replacement equipment.

Background

The bridge is replaced by the bridge erecting machine at the present stage. The bridge girder erection machine changes the original bridge girder erection machine into the girder replacement machine in the existing line, can move to the bridge position to be replaced to carry out girder replacement construction in the existing line operation, and the replaced old girder is moved to a specified position through the girder transporting trolley to be hoisted to the position below the bridge. However, the conventional bridge girder erection machine has large height and width dimensions, and the main structure is out of limit, so that the conventional bridge girder erection machine cannot meet the passing conditions of tunnels, stations and the like on the existing railway lines, and can also influence railway contact networks, namely cannot adapt to various passing conditions.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide beam changing equipment capable of meeting various passing conditions.

Optionally, a plurality of carrying vehicles for carrying the beam sections are arranged on the top sides of the first beam carrying vehicle and the second beam carrying vehicle; one section of the main beam facing the first beam transporting vehicle is vertically overlapped with the first beam transporting vehicle, and one section of the main beam facing the second beam transporting vehicle is vertically overlapped with the second beam transporting vehicle.

Optionally, the first carrying beam vehicle and the second carrying beam vehicle are both provided with a traction system, and the traction systems are connected with the corresponding carrying vehicles so as to traction the corresponding carrying vehicles to move.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:

when the beam replacing equipment runs on a road, the supporting beam contracts, the vertical height of the supporting beam is reduced, namely the height of the whole hanging beam device is reduced; meanwhile, the supporting beam rotates towards the main beam and is drawn close, namely the width of the hanging beam device is reduced, the beam replacing equipment meets the passing condition, and the beam replacing equipment cannot contact a contact net and a tunnel wall. When the beam replacing equipment is ready for replacing the beam, the supporting beam is vertically extended, and the vertical height of the supporting beam is increased, namely the height of the whole hanging beam device is increased; meanwhile, the supporting beam rotates, the closing state of the supporting beam and the main beam is released, namely the width of the hanging beam device is increased, and at the moment, the hanging beam device is unfolded and can be operated. Therefore, in the invention, the hanging beam device can be vertically stretched and transversely stretched so as to adjust the height and the width of the hanging beam device, adjust the height and the width of the whole beam replacing equipment and avoid the beam replacing equipment from contacting with a contact net, a tunnel wall, a station building and the like during running, thereby meeting various passing conditions.

Detailed Description

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention may be more clearly understood, a solution of the present invention will be further described below. It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those described herein; it is to be understood that the embodiments described in this specification are only some embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a beam replacement apparatus, which comprises a first beam transporting vehicle 1, a second beam transporting vehicle 2 and a beam hanging device 3. The first girder transport vehicle 1 is used for loading a new girder segment. The first beam transporting vehicles 1 and the second beam transporting vehicles 2 are distributed at intervals along the longitudinal direction, and the second beam transporting vehicles 2 are used for loading old beam sections. The hanging beam device 3 comprises a main beam 4 and two moving devices 5, the two moving devices 5 are located between the first beam transporting vehicle 1 and the second beam transporting vehicle 2, and the two moving devices 5 are respectively connected with the first beam transporting vehicle 1 and the second beam transporting vehicle 2. A supporting seat 6 is installed on the top side of the moving device 5, two supporting beams 7 are installed on the supporting seat 6, and the two supporting beams 7 are located on the two transverse sides of the main beam 4 and connected with the main beam 4. The supporting beam 7 is arranged to be vertically telescopic so as to adjust the height of the hanging beam device 3; and the support beam 7 is arranged to be rotatable for adjusting the width of the suspension beam unit 3.

Specifically, when the beam replacement equipment runs on a line, the supporting beam 7 contracts, the vertical height of the supporting beam 7 is reduced, namely the height of the whole hanging beam device 3 is reduced; meanwhile, the supporting beam 7 rotates towards the main beam 4 and is drawn close, namely the width of the hanging beam device 3 is reduced, at the moment, the beam changing equipment meets the passing condition, and the beam changing equipment cannot contact a contact net and a tunnel wall. When the beam replacing equipment is ready for beam replacement, the supporting beam 7 is vertically extended, and the vertical height of the supporting beam 7 is increased, namely the height of the whole hanging beam device 3 is increased; at the same time, the supporting beam 7 rotates and the closing state of the supporting beam 7 and the main beam 4 is released, namely the width of the hanging beam device 3 is increased, and at the moment, the hanging beam device 3 is unfolded and the hanging beam operation can be carried out.

In this embodiment, hanging beam device 3 can vertically stretch out and draw back and transversely stretch out and draw back to the height and the width of adjustment hanging beam device 3 adjust the height and the width of whole beam equipment that trades, avoid trading the beam equipment when the driving and contact such as contact net, tunnel wall and station building, thereby can satisfy multiple current condition. And the beam replacing equipment has the advantages of high walking speed, short construction time and strong adaptability. The top of the third beam section 10 is connected with the second end of the first beam section 8, and the bottom of the fourth beam section 11 is connected with the second end of the second beam section 9; the bottom of the third beam section 10 is inserted with the top of the fourth beam section 11; the flexible section of first pneumatic cylinder 12 is connected with third beam section 10, and the cylinder body of first pneumatic cylinder 12 is connected with fourth beam section 11.

Specifically, when the beam replacing equipment travels on the road, the supporting beam 7 is in a vertical contraction state, the expansion section of the first hydraulic cylinder 12 is in a contraction state, the third beam section 10 is inserted into the fourth beam section 11 for a long time, namely, the third beam section 10 extends out of the fourth beam section 11 for a short time, at the moment, the supporting beam 7 is low in height, namely, the whole hanging beam device 3 is low in height, so that the beam replacing equipment cannot influence a contact net, and the passing conditions in facilities such as a tunnel and a station are favorably met. When the beam replacing equipment starts to replace the beam, the telescopic section of the first hydraulic cylinder 12 is in a vertical extension state, the length of the third beam section 10 inserted into the fourth beam section 11 is shorter, namely the length of the third beam section 10 extending out of the fourth beam section 11 is longer, and at the moment, the height of the supporting beam 7 is higher, namely the height of the whole hanging beam device 3 is higher.

Of course, the fourth beam segment 11 may be inserted into the third beam segment 10, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Preferably, the first beam section 8 and the second beam section 9 extend horizontally and the third beam section 10 and the fourth beam section 11 extend vertically. In addition, the supporting beam 7 may be other retractable devices (for example, a structure that an electric retractable rod is used to drive the lifting) that are common in the art, and the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. It should be noted that the longitudinal direction refers to the longitudinal direction of the first girder transporting vehicle or the second girder transporting vehicle, or the longitudinal direction of the bridge.

Further, as shown in fig. 6, two vertically extending first drums are provided in the support base 6, and each first drum corresponds to one support beam 7. The bottom side of second roof beam section 9 is equipped with the first pivot of vertical extension, but first pivot circumferential direction's grafting in first rotary drum. The first rotating shaft is provided with a first through hole which radially penetrates through the first rotating shaft, and the first rotating drum is provided with a second through hole which radially penetrates through the first rotating drum. When the support beam 7 is rotated to a position where the suspension beam unit 3 has a minimum width, the first through-hole is aligned with the second through-hole for insertion of the first stopper rod 13.

Specifically, when the beam replacement device runs on a road, the support beam 7 is in a transverse contraction state, the support beam 7 is close to the main beam 4, and the transverse distance between the third beam section 10 and the fourth beam section 11 and the main beam 4 is the minimum, namely the width of the hanging beam device 3 is the minimum. At this time, the first through hole and the second through hole are aligned, and the first stopper rod 13 is inserted into the first through hole and the second through hole, and the position of the support beam 7 is fixed, which helps prevent the support beam 7 from laterally rotating. The first and second perforations together constitute a simple and effective stop structure.

In other embodiments, the supporting base 6 and the supporting beam 7 are connected by other rotating structures commonly used in the art, so the invention is not limited to the above embodiments.

Further, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, two connecting beams 14 are disposed at the top side of the main beam 4 at intervals along the longitudinal direction, each connecting beam 14 corresponds to one moving device 5, the connecting beam 14 extends transversely, and two ends of the connecting beam 14 extend out of the main beam 4 and are respectively rotatably connected with the first ends of the two first beam sections 8.

Specifically, the first beam section 8 is connected with the main beam 4 through the connecting beam 14, so that the rotation of the supporting beam 7 is facilitated. And after the supporting beam 7 is transversely contracted, the first beam section 8, the second beam section 9, the third beam section 10 and the fourth beam section 11 can be attached to the main beam 4, so that the width of the hanging beam device 3 is minimum, and the passing condition in facilities such as tunnels, stations and the like is favorably met. Of course, the connection beam 14 and the support beam 7 may be connected by a rotation structure or a rotation device commonly used in the art, and the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment.

Further, as shown in fig. 6, two second vertically extending drums are provided in the connecting beam 14, each second drum corresponding to one of the support beams 7. The top side of first roof beam section 8 is equipped with the second pivot of vertical extension, but second pivot circumferential direction's grafting in second rotary drum. And a third through hole radially penetrating through the second rotating shaft is formed in the second rotating shaft, and a fourth through hole radially penetrating through the second rotating drum is formed in the second rotating drum. When the support beam 7 is rotated to a position where the suspension beam unit 3 has a minimum width, the third through hole is aligned with the fourth through hole for insertion of the second stopper rod 15.

Specifically, when the beam replacement device runs on a road, the support beam 7 is in a transverse contraction state, the support beam 7 is close to the main beam 4, and the transverse distance between the third beam section 10 and the fourth beam section 11 and the main beam 4 is the minimum, namely the width of the hanging beam device 3 is the minimum. Further, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, a second hydraulic cylinder 16 is provided between the support base 6 and the support beam 7.

Specifically, the second hydraulic cylinder 16 is a driving mechanism for the support beam 7. The second hydraulic cylinder 16 can drive the support beam 7 to rotate transversely, so that the support beam 7 can be expanded or retracted transversely. The first hydraulic cylinder 12 and the second hydraulic cylinder 16 are hydraulic devices commonly used in the art, and the structure and principle of the present invention are not described in detail.

Further, as shown in fig. 6, the hanging beam device 3 further includes two support frames, and each support frame corresponds to one moving device 5. The support frame comprises two mounting beams, one mounting beam is respectively mounted on each of the two transverse sides of each moving device 5, and a plurality of telescopic supporting legs 17 are arranged on the bottom sides of the mounting beams.

In particular, when the beam assembly 3 is stopped at the target position, the legs 17 extend and rest on the deck, and the support bracket provides support for the traveling assembly 5, making the traveling assembly 5 more stable. Preferably, the two mounting beams are connected by a connecting rod to secure the two mounting beams together. The telescopic legs 17 are conventional devices in the art, such as hydraulic cylinders or motors to drive the telescopic legs 17, and the present invention is not described in detail.

Further, as shown in fig. 7, a plurality of carrying vehicles 18 for carrying the beam sections are arranged on the top sides of the first beam carrying vehicle 1 and the second beam carrying vehicle 2. One section of the main beam 4 facing the first beam transporting vehicle 1 is vertically overlapped with the first beam transporting vehicle 1, and one section of the main beam 4 facing the second beam transporting vehicle 2 is vertically overlapped with the second beam transporting vehicle 2.

Specifically, the lifting device 19 on the main beam 4 can lift the old beam section onto the carrying cart 18 of the second carrying beam cart 2, and then the old beam section is moved to a position far away from the main beam 4 by the carrying cart 18. The new beam segment is placed on the carrier 18 and can be moved by means of the carrier 18 from a position remote from the main beams 4 to below the main beams 4. The lifting device 19 then lifts the new beam section and lifts the new beam section to the installation location of the new beam section. The cart 18 facilitates the movement of either the new or old beam segments. In addition, the vehicle 18 is a transportation device (e.g., a transportation device with a tank wheel) commonly used in the art, and the structure and principle of the transportation device are not described in detail herein.

Furthermore, the first girder transporting vehicle 1 and the second girder transporting vehicle 2 are both provided with a traction system, and the traction systems are connected with the corresponding transporting vehicles 18 so as to traction the corresponding transporting vehicles 18 to move.

Specifically, the traction system can pull the carrying cart 18 to move on the first beam carrying cart 1 and/or the second beam carrying cart 2, so that automatic movement of a new beam section and an old beam section is realized, and the installation efficiency of the new beam section is improved. The traction system is a conventional power system in the art, and it is within the ability of those skilled in the art to select an appropriate traction system according to the operating conditions, and the present invention will not be described in detail.

Preferably, the traction system of the first girder transporting vehicle 1 comprises a duplex winch and two fixed pulley devices, the two fixed pulley devices are respectively installed at two ends of the first girder transporting vehicle 1, a first duplex steel wire rope of the duplex winch is connected with all the transporting vehicles 18 through one fixed pulley device, and a second duplex steel wire rope of the duplex winch is connected with all the transporting vehicles 18 through the other fixed pulley device. The cart 18 can reciprocate based on different rotational directions of the duplex winches. Of course, the traction system may also be a sprocket drive, and the invention is not limited.

Further, as shown in fig. 3, a pair of lifting devices 19 are provided on the main beam 4, and the lifting devices 19 can move along the main beam 4.

In particular, the lifting means 19 can be moved along the main beam 4 to hoist new and old beam sections. The lifting device 19 is a device commonly used in the art, and the present invention is not described in detail. Preferably, the lifting device 19 is a hydraulic winch.

Further, the first girder transporter 1 and the second girder transporter 2 may be transportation devices commonly used in the art. For example, the first girder transport vehicle 1 includes a frame 20, a plurality of bogies 21, and a plurality of equalizer frames 22. The bogie 21 is preferably a four-axle bogie 21. Between each pair of bogies 21 is arranged an equalizer frame 22. The wheel train of the bogie 21 is used to walk on the deck. The equalizing frame 22 is connected at its longitudinal ends to the core plates of the two bogies 21, respectively. The truck frame 20 is located above all the equalizer bars 22 and the truck frame 20 is connected to the core of all the bogies 21. Of course, the structure of the second girder transporting vehicle 2 can refer to the first girder transporting vehicle 1, and the description of the invention is omitted. In addition, the first girder transporting vehicle 1 or the second girder transporting vehicle 2 may be connected with an internal combustion locomotive to draw the first girder transporting vehicle 1 and the second girder transporting vehicle 2 to move.

Further, as shown in fig. 7, the end of the carriage 20 is provided with an extension plate 24, two lead screws are vertically mounted on the extension plate 24, the bottom ends of the lead screws protrude from the extension plate 24, and the bottom ends of the lead screws are pressed against the top surface of the support base 6. When the distance between the extension plate 24 and the support seat 6 is changed, the lead screw may be rotated to adjust the protruding length of the lead screw. Corresponding to the first girder transport vehicle 1, the new girder segment needs to be moved from a position far away from the main girder 4 to below the main girder 4, so that the end of the frame 20 needs to be extended to the moving device 5, thereby providing a rail of sufficient length for the transport vehicle 18. The extension plate 24 and the lead screw constitute a support structure that supports the end of the vehicle frame 20 to keep the vehicle frame 20 horizontal.

Further, the moving device 5 may be a device commonly known in the art. For example, the moving means 5 comprise a bogie 21, the wheel train of which bogie 21 is intended to travel on the deck, the core of the bogie 21 being connected to the bottom of the support base 6.
