The method for preparing the shell of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag according to claim 8, wherein during film preparation, the temperature of each section of a film blowing machine is controlled within the range of 140-220 ℃; the temperature of the hot forming process is controlled within the range of 40-100 ℃.

A preparation method of a sealing cover of an acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label is characterized by comprising the following steps: PLA, PLA/PBC composite material, PLA/PBAT composite material or PLA/PBAT composite material is directly or uniformly mixed with auxiliary materials and then is made into a film by a film blowing machine, the obtained film is the sealing cover of the acousto-magnetic anti-theft label or the obtained film is compounded with a PE film, and the obtained composite film is the sealing cover of the acousto-magnetic anti-theft label.

16. The method for preparing a sealing cover of an acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label according to claim 15, wherein the temperature of each section of the film blowing machine is controlled within the range of 140-220 ℃ during film making.

17. An acoustic-magnetic security tag, comprising a housing according to any one of claims 1 to 7 and/or a sealing cover according to any one of claims 10 to 14.

The existing acoustic magnetic anti-theft soft label is composed of a PS (polystyrene)/PE (polyethylene) plastic shell film, a non-crystal plate, a PE/PET (polyethylene terephthalate) sealing cover material, a semi-hard magnetic sheet, adhesive sticker adhesive paper and other multilayer structures, is attached to a commodity package, can realize anti-theft by utilizing an acoustic magnetic resonance technology, and is widely applied to places such as global retail supermarkets, markets, chain stores and the like. The customer can pay for demagnetization at the cashier desk after selecting the commodity, if the thief tries to take the commodity out of the store without paying, the label triggers the alarm when the commodity passes through the doorway acousto-magnetic alarm antenna, so that the anti-theft effect is achieved, and the anti-theft measure is an important anti-theft measure for the retail industry to open the shelf and sell at present. The quantity of the acoustic magnetic anti-theft soft label is up to several billion sheets every year, the feasibility of a business mode of 'selling on the shelf' is guaranteed, but the acoustic magnetic anti-theft soft label is a disposable consumable product and can be discarded along with packaging.

The current serious plastic garbage pollution problem arouses the attention of numerous countries, and the degradable acoustic magnetic anti-theft soft label gradually receives the attention of merchants. At present, no sound magnetic anti-theft soft label which can be completely naturally degraded is available on the market, and in order to meet the market development requirement, a biodegradable sound magnetic anti-theft soft label shell and a sealing cover need to be developed to replace a PS/PE plastic shell and a PE/PET sealing cover in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label, a label shell, a label sealing cover and a preparation method thereof, wherein a plastic film contained in the label shell and/or the label sealing cover is prepared on the basis of a degradable material polylactic acid (PLA), the technical problem that a PS film or a PET film is not heat-sealable is solved, heat sealing can be realized even if the PE film is not compounded, the film making and shell making cost is reduced, and the plastic shell material of the label can be degraded by 100 percent.

In order to achieve the above object, in a first aspect, the present invention provides an enclosure of an acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, which includes a plastic film layer, where the plastic film layer includes a polylactic acid film layer, and the polylactic acid film layer includes the following components in percentage by weight: 1-100% of polylactic acid (PLA).

PLA is a synthetic lactic acid, which is prepared by fermenting starch from corn, cassava, etc. to obtain lactic acid, and then chemically synthesizing to obtain polylactic acid. Polylactic acid is biodegradable high-thermoplasticity aliphatic polyester, the glass transition temperature and the melting point of the polylactic acid are respectively about 60 ℃ and 175 ℃, the polylactic acid has similar thermal performance with PS, and the polylactic acid shows glassy behavior at normal temperature. As a green environment-friendly high polymer material, PLA can meet the requirements of sustainable development, and is an ideal shell material of the environment-friendly acoustic-magnetic anti-theft soft tag. Meanwhile, the film formed on the basis of PLA can overcome the defect that a PS film can not be sealed, the film can be heat-sealed even if the polylactic acid film is not compounded with a PE film, the film manufacturing cost is reduced, and the plastic shell material of the label can be degraded by 100 percent.

Preferably, the polylactic acid film layer further comprises at least one of polybutylene carbonate (PBC), polybutylene adipate-co-terephthalate (PBAT); in the polylactic acid film layer, the weight of the polylactic acid is 1-100% of the total weight of the polybutylene carbonate, the polybutylene terephthalate-adipate-butylene glycol and the polylactic acid.

Preferably, the thickness of the polylactic acid film layer is 0.22 to 0.45 mm.

Preferably, the plastic film layer further comprises a PE or PP (polypropylene) film layer covering the inner surface of the polylactic acid film layer.

Preferably, the thickness of the plastic film layer is 0.25-0.5mm, and the thickness of the polylactic acid film layer is 0.22-0.45 mm.

Preferably, the polylactic acid film layer further comprises an auxiliary material. The auxiliary material can be selected from at least one of antistatic agent, flame retardant, plasticizer, color master batch and the like.

Preferably, the housing of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag further comprises an antistatic agent thin layer, and the antistatic agent thin layer covers the outer surface of the plastic film layer.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the casing of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, which comprises the following steps: PLA, PLA/PBC composite material, PLA/PBAT composite material or PLA/PBAT composite material is directly or uniformly mixed with auxiliary materials and then is made into a film by a film blowing machine, and the shell of the acousto-magnetic anti-theft label with the cavity structure is made by adopting a thermoforming process after the obtained film is directly or is made into a composite film with the PE film. In a third aspect, the invention provides a sealing cover of an acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label, which comprises a polylactic acid film layer, wherein the polylactic acid film layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-100% of polylactic acid.

Preferably, the polylactic acid film layer further comprises at least one of polybutylene carbonate, polybutylene terephthalate-adipate; in the polylactic acid film layer, the weight of the polylactic acid is 1-100% of the total weight of the polybutylene carbonate, the polybutylene terephthalate-adipate-butylene glycol and the polylactic acid.

Preferably, the thickness of the polylactic acid film layer is 0.1 to 0.3 mm.

Preferably, the plastic film layer further comprises a PE or PP film layer covering the lower surface of the polylactic acid film layer.

In a fourth aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of the sealing cover of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, which comprises the following steps: PLA, PLA/PBC composite material, PLA/PBAT composite material or PLA/PBAT composite material is directly or uniformly mixed with auxiliary materials and then is made into a film by a film blowing machine, the obtained film is the sealing cover of the acousto-magnetic anti-theft label or the obtained film is compounded with a PE film, and the obtained composite film is the sealing cover of the acousto-magnetic anti-theft label. Wherein, the temperature of each section of the film blowing machine can be selectively controlled within the range of 140-220 ℃.

In a fifth aspect, the invention further provides an acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, which includes the above housing and/or the above sealing cover.

In a sixth aspect, the present invention further provides a preparation method of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, which includes the following steps: after the resonance sheet is put into the cavity of the shell, a sealing cover is used for heat sealing, then the bias sheet is fixed at the outer end of the sealing cover, and then the double-sided adhesive tape and the separation tape are covered, thus the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label is manufactured. Wherein, the temperature of the heat sealing process can be usually selected to be 160-190 ℃.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the plastic film contained in the shell and/or the sealing cover of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label is prepared on the basis of degradable material polylactic acid (PLA), the defect that a PS film or a PET film is not heat-sealable is overcome, heat sealing can be realized even if the PE film is not compounded, the film making and shell making cost is reduced, and the plastic shell material of the label can be degraded by 100 percent.

To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

In the examples, the experimental methods used were all conventional methods unless otherwise specified, and the reagents used were all commercially available without otherwise specified.

Example one

Selecting extrusion-grade PLA resin, drying the 100% PLA resin, adding a small amount (for example, 1 wt%) of color master batch (for example, white), stirring uniformly by using a stirrer, extruding a film blowing machine by using a single screw to prepare a film, controlling the temperature of each section of the film blowing machine to be 140-220 ℃, preparing a biodegradable film with the thickness of 0.22mm, and preparing the film into a shell of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft soft label with a cavity structure by adopting a thermal forming process at 40 ℃;

drying the same 100% PLA resin, and then adopting a single-screw extrusion film blowing machine to prepare a film (without adding color master), wherein the temperature of each section of the film blowing machine is controlled at 140-220 ℃, so that a transparent degradable film with the thickness of 0.1mm is prepared to be used as a sealing cover material of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft soft label;

after a piece of resonance sheet is put into the cavity of the prepared acoustic magnetic anti-theft soft label shell, the prepared sealing cover material is used for heat sealing at 160 ℃, then the bias sheet is fixed at the outer end of the sealing cover by using double-sided adhesive, and then the double-sided adhesive and a separation tape are covered, thus preparing the label (the structure is similar to that of figure 1).

Example two

after four resonance sheets are put into the cavity of the prepared acoustic magnetic anti-theft soft label shell, the prepared sealing cover material is used for heat sealing at 190 ℃, the offset sheet is fixed at the outer end of the sealing cover by using double-sided adhesive, and then the double-sided adhesive and a separation tape are covered, so that the label is prepared (the structure of the label is similar to that of the label in figure 1).

EXAMPLE III

Respectively drying PLA and PBC, and performing PLA: weighing each component according to the mass ratio of PBC (99: 1), mixing, wherein one part of the components is subjected to melt blending extrusion in a double-screw extruder (the temperature of each section of the double-screw extruder is controlled to be 160-190 ℃), cooling with water, granulating, drying to obtain PLA/PBC granules, adding a small amount (for example, 1 wt%) of color master batch (for example, white) into the dried PLA/PBC granules, stirring uniformly by using a stirrer, then using a single-screw extrusion film blowing machine to prepare a film, controlling the temperature of each section of the film blowing machine to be 140-220 ℃, preparing a biodegradable film with the thickness of 0.22mm, and preparing the film into a shell of the acousto-magnetic anti-theft soft label with a cavity structure by adopting a thermal forming process at 40 ℃;

the other part is dried and then is extruded by a single-screw extrusion film blowing machine to prepare a film, the temperature of each section of the film blowing machine is controlled to be 140-220 ℃, and a transparent biodegradable film with the thickness of 0.1mm is prepared to be used as a sealing cover material of the acousto-magnetic anti-theft soft label;

after a piece of resonance sheet is put into the cavity of the prepared acoustic magnetic anti-theft soft label shell, the prepared sealing cover material is used for heat sealing at 160 ℃, then the bias sheet is fixed at the outer end of the sealing cover by using double-sided adhesive, and then the double-sided adhesive and a separation tape are covered, thus preparing the label (the structure is similar to that of figure 1).

after four resonance sheets are put into the cavity of the prepared acoustic magnetic anti-theft soft label shell, the prepared sealing cover material is used for heat sealing at 190 ℃, the offset sheet is fixed at the outer end of the sealing cover by using double-sided adhesive, and then the double-sided adhesive and a separation tape are covered, so that the label is prepared (the structure of the label is similar to that of the label in figure 1).

EXAMPLE five

Respectively drying PLA and PBC, and performing PLA: weighing each component according to the mass ratio of 80:20, mixing, wherein one part of the components is subjected to melt blending extrusion in a double-screw extruder (the temperature of each section of the double-screw extruder is controlled to be 160-190 ℃), cooling, granulating and drying to obtain PLA/PBC granules, adding a small amount (for example, 1 wt%) of color master batch (for example, black) into the dried PLA/PBC granules, stirring the mixture uniformly by using a stirrer, then using a single-screw extrusion film blowing machine to prepare a film, controlling the temperature of each section of the film blowing machine to be 140-220 ℃, preparing a biodegradable film with the thickness of 0.22mm, and preparing the film into a shell of the acousto-magnetic anti-theft soft label with a cavity structure by adopting a thermal forming process at 40 ℃;

the other part is dried and then is extruded by a single-screw extrusion film blowing machine to prepare a film, the temperature of each section of the film blowing machine is controlled to be 140-220 ℃, and a transparent biodegradable film with the thickness of 0.1mm is prepared to be used as a sealing cover material of the acousto-magnetic anti-theft soft label;

after a piece of resonance sheet is put into the cavity of the prepared acoustic magnetic anti-theft soft label shell, the prepared sealing cover material is used for heat sealing at 160 ℃, then the bias sheet is fixed at the outer end of the sealing cover by using double-sided adhesive, and then the double-sided adhesive and a separation tape are covered, thus preparing the label (the structure is similar to that of figure 1).
