Therefore, a real-time pushing and reminding system capable of ensuring accurate emission data monitoring and high early warning efficiency is needed.

The value of the emission label is 0 or 1; and when the emission label is 1, indicating that the corresponding enterprise has the overproof and illegal emission phenomenon, and when the emission label is 0, indicating that the corresponding enterprise does not have the overproof and illegal emission phenomenon. The acquisition sensor in the embodiment comprises a gas detector and a water quality detector, and is used for monitoring whether gas and waste water discharged by an enterprise reach standards or violate rules; the emission data are sent to the edge processing module connected with the acquisition sensor after the acquisition sensor acquires the emission data, the edge processing module judges whether the emission data exceed the standard or not, when the emission data exceed the standard or not, the emission label is set to be 1, otherwise, the emission label is set to be 0. The real-time collection of the emission data can be realized through the matching of the acquisition sensor and the edge processing module, and the emission data can be analyzed in time, so that the problem of low processing efficiency caused by large data volume of the emission data is avoided.

According to the method, a processor acquires a region image according to a set period, and performs image preprocessing on the region image to acquire a target image; and inverting the water quality and the atmospheric composition according to the target image, and positioning the target enterprise according to the inversion result. The set period in this embodiment includes one hour, one day, and one week for the set period, and the regional image is obtained through remote sensing satellite and/or unmanned aerial vehicle. And acquiring the water pollution condition and the atmospheric pollution condition in the supervision area by analyzing the area image, and positioning the target enterprise according to the pollution condition when the water quality or the atmosphere is polluted. The target enterprise is determined through the image technology, and the efficiency of large-scale supervision can be improved.

The early warning scheduling module generates an early warning sequence according to the emission label and/or the target enterprise, and sends the early warning sequence to target personnel through the intelligent terminal; the generation of the early warning sequence in this embodiment provides three approaches: 1) when the emission label is 1 and the corresponding enterprise is a target enterprise, generating an early warning sequence; 2) when the emission label is 1, generating an early warning sequence; 3) and when the corresponding enterprise is the target enterprise, generating an early warning sequence. And the target personnel checks the target position in the early warning sequence on the spot and feeds back the checking result to the processor. The early warning sequence is immediately generated through the obtained emission label and the target enterprise, and workers are dispatched to check the target position in the early warning sequence on the spot, so that the aims of finding problems and early warning in time can be achieved.

The processor generates a supervision dynamic graph according to the emission label and/or the target enterprise; the monitoring dynamic map is a dynamic map updated in real time, the monitoring dynamic map comprises all enterprises in a monitoring area, each enterprise is provided with a dynamic label, each dynamic label comprises a monitoring label, a checking result, a geographic position and an enterprise type, the value of each monitoring label is 0 or 1, and the monitoring labels are updated in real time; when the regulatory label is 0, it indicates that the emission label of the corresponding business is 0, and the corresponding business is not the target business. The monitored results are integrated into a supervision dynamic graph, so that a supervisor can be helped to supervise a target enterprise, and continuous occurrence of exceeding standards and illegal emission is avoided.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
