Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of self-adhesive enameled wires, and particularly relates to a self-adhesive enameled wire and a production process thereof.

Background

The enameled wire is a main variety of winding wires and consists of a conductor and an insulating layer, and a bare wire is annealed and softened and then is subjected to painting and baking for multiple times. However, it is not easy to produce a product which meets both the standard requirements and the customer requirements, and it is influenced by the quality of raw materials, process parameters, production equipment, environment and other factors, so that the quality characteristics of various enameled wires are different, but the enameled wires have four properties of mechanical properties, chemical properties, electrical properties and thermal properties. The enameled wire is a main raw material of products such as motors, electric appliances, household electric appliances and the like, particularly, the continuous and rapid growth of the power industry is realized in recent years, the rapid development of the household electric appliances brings a wider field for the application of the enameled wire, and along with the realization, higher requirements are put forward on the enameled wire. Therefore, the product structure of the enameled wire is inevitably adjusted, and the raw materials (copper and paint), the enameled process, the process equipment, the detection means and the like matched with the enameled wire are also urgently needed to be developed and researched.

The self-adhesive enameled wire is a special enameled wire, and the manufacturing of the coil is simple and convenient due to the special processing performance of the self-adhesive enameled wire. Wound coils are heat treated or solvent treated to form a coil by adhesion, and are therefore favored for use in the manufacture of various electromagnetic coils of complex shape or without a bobbin. The application of the self-adhesive enameled wire brings remarkable social and economic benefits, can simplify coil forming process, improve work efficiency, save energy, improve environmental pollution and is beneficial to industrial production. At present, the motor manufacturing industry generally adopts high-speed automatic winding equipment to wind a motor coil, so that high requirements are provided for various mechanical properties of an enameled wire, and the high-speed automatic winding equipment requires that the enameled wire has certain mechanical strength, and the surface of the enameled wire has high wear resistance, high scraping resistance and high smoothness. The conventional enameled wire can not meet the requirement, and a self-adhesive enameled wire and a production process thereof are provided for solving the problems in the prior art.

step S2, annealing, softening the bare copper wire, removing internal stress in the stretching process, rearranging molecular lattices, and enhancing flexibility and conductivity;

step S3, painting, namely, uniformly painting the insulating paint on the bare copper wire by using a mould or a felt as a medium;

s4, baking, namely evaporating the solvent in the coating to solidify the binder into a film to form an insulating layer; after the solvent is evaporated, the solvent is catalyzed by a catalyst and is converted into carbon dioxide and water, and a large amount of heat is released, so that the effects of environmental protection and energy conservation are achieved;

step S5, cooling, wherein after the wire is baked from the furnace, the wire needs to be cooled when the temperature is high;

step S6, lubricating, namely, a layer of lubricating liquid is required to be added to the cooled enameled wire before large coiling, so that friction of wire operation is reduced when a customer uses the enameled wire, and paying-off is convenient;

and step S7, taking up, wherein after the previous working procedures are finished, the enameled wire is formed and is wound on a plastic shaft.

Preferably, the catalyst used in step S4 includes active components (platinum, palladium and compounds thereof) and a carrier (metal mesh, ceramic).

the self-adhesive enameled wire provided by the invention is a self-adhesive paint layer prepared from phenolic resin, m-cresol, glycerol, carbon black, polyamide resin and the like, has good insulativity and oil resistance, has good adhesive force on a copper wire, and enriches the function of paint, and compared with the existing common self-adhesive enameled wire, the surface of the self-adhesive enameled wire provided by the invention has stronger scratch resistance and better slip property, so that the self-adhesive enameled wire is closer to the higher requirement of the modern motor industry on the mechanical property of the enameled wire;

in addition, the method comprises the steps of paying off, annealing, painting, baking, cooling, lubricating and taking up, and the multi-layer self-adhesive paint is coated on the surface of the conductor wire core by repeating the steps of painting, baking, cooling and the like, so that the enameled wire with better performance is obtained.
