1. A temperature and humidity adjusting server cabinet is characterized by comprising an outer box body (1) with a hollow interior, wherein a positioning seat (2) for positioning a server and an air extracting device (3) for pumping air outwards are arranged in the outer box body (1);

an air inlet hole (11) is formed in the side wall of the outer box body (1), and a moisture absorption device (4) is arranged on the side wall of the outer box body (1);

the air inlet holes (11) and the air extracting devices (3) are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the server, and the air extracting devices (3) extract air in the outer box body (1) outwards, so that the air enters from the air inlet holes (11) and is dehumidified by the moisture absorbing devices (4).

Data centers are places for storing servers such as telecommunications, internet communications, mobile, two-wire, electric power, government or enterprises, and the like, and twenty or thirty cabinets are placed on dozens of small square meters, and thousands or even more cabinets are placed on tens of thousands of large square meters. The cabinets typically house various servers and minicomputers, such as IBM, HP, SUN, and the like. The temperature, humidity and antistatic measures of the servers have strict requirements, so that each server needs to be managed by professional personnel to ensure the normal operation of the service. the air inlet holes and the air exhaust devices are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the server, and the air exhaust devices exhaust the air in the outer box body outwards, so that the air enters from the air inlet holes and is dehumidified by the moisture absorption devices.

Optionally, the air exhaust device comprises an air suction box, an air delivery pipe and a fan, the air suction box is opposite to the server, and the air delivery pipe is connected with the air suction box and the fan; and a channel for air to enter is arranged on one side of the air suction box, which is opposite to the server.

Optionally, the positioning seat includes a supporting plate and a vertical limiting plate, the supporting plate extends transversely, the server is placed on the upper surface of the supporting plate, and the vertical limiting plate clamps the positioning server from two sides respectively.

Optionally, the air delivery pipe and the fan are arranged in a space between the lower surface of the inner cavity of the outer box body and the support plate.

Optionally, the moisture absorption device comprises a positioning frame, and a lime filtering layer and filter cotton are arranged on the positioning frame.

Detailed Description

The core of the invention is to provide a temperature and humidity adjusting server cabinet, which removes moisture in air and keeps the server working in a dry and low-temperature environment.

In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the temperature and humidity adjustment server cabinet of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1, it is an overall appearance structure diagram of the temperature and humidity adjustment server cabinet of the present invention; the temperature and humidity adjusting server cabinet comprises an outer box body 1 with a hollow inner part, wherein the outer box body 1 is an outer main body structure of the whole server cabinet, and other components are all arranged on the outer box body 1. The outer case 1 has a cavity therein, and a plurality of corresponding components are mounted in the cavity.

A positioning seat 2, an air extractor 3, a service and other structures are arranged in the outer box body 1; the positioning seat 2 is used for positioning the server, bearing and supporting the server, and keeping the position of the server relatively fixed; the air extracting device 3 is used for pumping air outwards to pump air in the outer box 1 outwards to form air flow to finish cooling.

An air inlet hole 11 is formed in the side wall of the outer box body 1, and outside air enters the inner part of the outer box body 1 through the air inlet hole 11; the side wall of the outer box body 1 is provided with a moisture absorption device 4, when air enters from the air inlet hole 11, the air passes through the moisture absorption device 4, and the moisture absorption device 4 can remove water vapor in the air to keep the air dry.

The air inlet 11 and the air extracting device 3 are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the server, and are combined with the schematic diagram shown in fig. 2, which is an internal structure diagram of the temperature and humidity adjusting server cabinet, wherein a in the diagram represents the server, and an arrow represents the air flow direction; air exhaust device 3 is located the left side of server, and inlet port 11 is located the right side of server, and air exhaust device 3 outwards takes out the inside gas of outer box 1, and the inside atmospheric pressure of outer box 1 reduces, and inside external gaseous replenishment got into outer box 1, and gaseous entering from inlet port 11 gets into, and the in-process of getting into is dehumidified through moisture absorption device 4, and the gas that gets into in outer box 1 keeps the state of relative drying.

The air enters from the air inlet holes 11 and is directly blown to the server body, and the air can enter the server to realize heat exchange and take away heat generated by the server during working; because the moisture is removed through moisture absorption device 4 when the gas gets into outer box 1, can not condense and produce the drop of water when getting into the server, can make the inside operational environment who keeps dry all the time of server, maintain server steady operation.

On the basis of the scheme, the air extraction device 3 comprises an air suction box 31, an air conveying pipe 32 and a fan 33 which are all arranged in the outer box body 1; the air suction box 31 faces the server, the air pipe 32 is connected with the air suction box 31 and the fan 33, the output end of the fan 33 is communicated with the outside, and the air in the air suction box 31 is continuously discharged through the air pipe 32; the side of the air suction box 31, which is opposite to the server, is provided with a channel for air to enter, the air in the outer box body 1 enters the air suction box 31, the size of the air suction box 31 is equivalent to that of the side face of the server, and a plurality of small holes are densely distributed on the side face facing the server, so that the air can be uniformly sucked.

Specifically, the positioning seat 2 includes a supporting plate 21 and a vertical limiting plate 22, the supporting plate 21 is a transversely extending plate-shaped structure, and the server is placed on the upper surface of the supporting plate 21 to support the server; two groups of vertical limiting plates 22 are usually arranged and fixed on the upper surface of the supporting plate 21, and the vertical limiting plates 22 are respectively clamped with the positioning server from two sides to limit the server in the transverse direction. The two groups of vertical limit plates 22 play a limiting role and simultaneously do not influence the normal flow of the airflow.

The air pipe 32 and the fan 33 are arranged in the space between the lower surface of the inner cavity of the outer box 1 and the support plate 21, and the air pipe 32 penetrates through the support plate 21 and is communicated with the air suction box 31. The support plate 21 isolates the fan 33 and the server from each other, reducing heat transfer from the fan 33 to the server.

On the basis of any one of the above technical solutions and the combination thereof, the moisture absorption device 4 of the present invention includes a positioning frame 41, the positioning frame 41 is provided with a lime filter layer 42 and filter cotton 43, and the positioning frame 41 provides support for the lime filter layer 42 and the filter cotton 43. As shown in fig. 3, it is a schematic structural view of the moisture absorption device 4 mounted on the outer case 1; the positioning frame 41 is a frame structure, the area of the positioning frame 41 is approximately equivalent to the side surface of the server, the positioning frame 41 can be a rectangular frame or a circular frame, a lime filter layer 42 and filter cotton 43 are arranged in the middle of the positioning frame 41, and the lime filter layer 42 is mainly composed of quicklime and used for adsorbing moisture in gas; the filter cotton 43 mainly functions to filter and block impurities. The lime filtering layer 42 and the filtering cotton 43 can be exchanged in sequence without sequence.

Preferably, the positioning frame 41 and the outer box 1 are assembled by magnetic attraction, the positioning frame 41 and the outer box 1 are respectively provided with a magnet, and the positioning frame 41 is fixed on the outer box 1 by magnetic attraction, so that the assembly and the disassembly are convenient.

The side wall of the outer box body 1 is provided with a positioning groove for circumferentially positioning the positioning frame 41, the positioning groove is of a groove structure arranged on the inner wall of the outer box body 1, has the same shape as the positioning frame 41 and has a size slightly larger than the positioning frame 41; the thickness of the positioning frame 41 is larger than the depth of the positioning groove, and when the positioning frame 41 is placed in, the positioning frame 41 protrudes out of the inner surface of the outer box body 1, so that the outer box body can be conveniently held.

The side wall of the outer case 1 for installing the positioning frame 41 may be a frame door, or may be a fixed side wall, and these embodiments are all included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Preferably, a temperature sensor 12 and a humidity sensor 13 are provided inside the outer case 1, the temperature sensor 12 continuously detects the temperature inside the outer case 1, and the humidity sensor 13 continuously detects the humidity inside the outer case 1. The controller receives the monitoring data of the temperature sensor 12 and the humidity sensor 13, and controls the working state of the air extracting device 3 according to the monitoring data of the temperature sensor 12 and the humidity sensor 13, and the power of the air extraction is increased when the humidity is too high or the temperature is too high.

An alarm 14 is arranged in the outer box body 1, the input end of the alarm 14 is electrically connected with the output end of the PLC, and when the detection result of the temperature sensor 12 or the humidity sensor 13 exceeds a set value, an alarm is given out to remind an operator of timely handling problems. The switch for controlling the power supply of the server is arranged on the outer surface of the outer box body 1, and the server can be directly closed.

The inside of outer box 1 sets up power supply circuit detection subassembly 15, and the input electricity of server is connected in the output of power supply circuit detection subassembly 15 for the operating condition of each inside device of monitoring server.
