As shown in fig. 7, the second embodiment of the present invention provides another electronic key, and the electronic key of the second embodiment may be any one of an electronic car key, a power door key, and an electronic lock key. The same structures and functions of the second embodiment as those of the first embodiment have been described in the first embodiment, and are not repeated in part in the second embodiment.

With continued reference to fig. 7, the electronic key includes a circuit board 1 ', a housing 4', and a top cover. The housing 4 'is provided with a protruding sidewall 41' so that a mounting cavity 43 'is formed in the housing 4', the circuit board 1 'is mounted in the mounting cavity 43' of the housing 4 ', and finally the top cover is fastened to the housing 4'.

In particular, the top lid further comprises a cover sheet 7 'and an inner lining sheet 10'. The circuit board 1 'and the inner lining board 10' are installed in the installation cavity 43 'of the housing 4', the inner lining board 10 'is arranged between the circuit board 1' and the cover plate 7 'and pressed on the circuit board 1', and finally the cover plate 7 'is buckled with the housing 4'. Specifically, the inner lining plate 10 ', the circuit board 1 ' and the housing 4 ' are connected in three ways: screw fixation, glue, hot melting. Specifically, the recessed area 101 ' is opened on the inner lining board 10 ', that is, the recessed area 101 ' is opened at a position of the inner lining board 10 ' corresponding to the component on the circuit board 1 ', and when the inner lining board 10 ' is mounted on the circuit board 1 ', the component on the circuit board 1 ' is placed in the recessed area 101 '.

It is understood that the depth of the recessed region 101 ' may be defined according to actual requirements, as long as the depth can be adapted to the height of the circuit board 1 ' from which the components on the circuit board 1 ' protrude, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.

Specifically, the circuit board 1 'is electrically connected with a battery 11' and a coil 3 ', and the recessed region 101' is provided with a battery hollow hole 102 'and a coil hollow hole 103' respectively corresponding to the positions of the battery 11 'and the coil 3'. More specifically, the bottom wall of the recess 101 'further forms a battery via 102' and a coil via 103 'along the recess direction, and the battery via 102' and the coil via 103 'penetrate the inner liner 10'. When the inner liner 10 'is mounted on the circuit board 1', the battery 11 'is disposed in the battery via hole 102', and the coil 3 'is disposed in the coil via hole 103'.

Specifically, the inner surface of the side wall 41 'and the outer peripheral side of the lining plate 10' are smooth surfaces matching each other, and when the lining plate 10 'is mounted in the mounting cavity 43', the lining plate 10 'is closely attached to the side wall 41'. As shown in fig. 7, 9 and 10, the circuit board 1 ' is electrically connected to the key 2 ' at an end close to the battery 11 ' and at a side close to the casing 4 ', an end of the casing 4 ' corresponding to the key 2 ' is a key area 44 ', the key 2 ' faces the key area 44 ' (i.e., is disposed on the front side of the circuit board 1 '), and the battery 11 ' is away from the key area 44 ' (i.e., is disposed on the back side of the circuit board 1 '). The key area 44 ' of the housing 4 ' is provided with through holes for the keys 2 ' to pass through.

Specifically, the thickness of the key 2' is less than or equal to 0.17mm, so that the original key function of the electronic key is realized, the key has the hand feeling, and the thickness is not obviously increased.

Further, the position of the housing 4 'corresponding to the key 2' is covered with a flexible film 5 ', and the flexible film 5' is provided with a flexible film key 6 '(as shown in fig. 10) corresponding to the key 2'. The flexible membrane 5 ' transmits the pressing force to the keys 2 ' through the flexible membrane keys 6 ' to achieve the purpose of controlling the vehicle through electronic remote control.

As shown in fig. 7 and 11, the electronic key further includes a battery cover 8 ', the battery cover 8' is connected to the housing 4 'after abutting against the cover plate 7', and the battery cover 8 'is used for fixing the battery 11'.

Specifically, the cover plate 7 'is provided with a through hole matching with the battery cover 8', the battery cover 8 'is arranged on the through hole, and the battery cover 8', the lining plate 10 ', the circuit board 1' and the shell 4 'are locked by a screw 9'.

Further, the other electrode of the battery 11 ' is conducted to the circuit board 1 ' through the battery cover 8 ', and the electrical connection is achieved.

Compared with the prior art, the electronic key provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the electronic key provided by the invention comprises a shell, a circuit board and a top cover, wherein the shell is provided with a convex side wall so as to form an installation cavity in the shell, the top cover is provided with a recessed area corresponding to the position of a component on the circuit board, when the top cover is buckled with the shell, the component on the circuit board is arranged in the recessed area, and through the embedded structural design, the miniaturization is realized, and the problem that the large volume is not beneficial to carrying is avoided. In addition, the top cover is provided with a depressed area corresponding to the position of the component on the circuit board, when the top cover is buckled with the shell, the component on the circuit board is arranged in the depressed area, the depressed area is designed, the component on the circuit board is effectively avoided, when the top cover is attached to the surface of the circuit board, the purpose of strengthening the circuit board is achieved, and meanwhile, the purpose of maximally reducing the thickness of the electronic key is also achieved.

2. In the electronic key provided by the invention, the top cover comprises the inner lining plate and the cover plate, the inner lining plate is arranged between the circuit board and the cover plate, the cover plate is buckled with the shell, and the modularized structure is convenient for assembling the electronic key. In addition, through optimizing the interior welt structure (if set up the depressed area on the interior welt), effectively keep away the position to the components and parts on the circuit board, when making interior welt paste in the circuit board surface, reached the purpose of reinforceing the circuit board, also realized the purpose that the maximize reduces electronic key thickness simultaneously.

3. In the electronic key provided by the invention, the battery and the coil are respectively arranged at two ends of the circuit board, the battery and the coil are respectively arranged in different installation areas, so that mutual interference is avoided, and meanwhile, the battery and the coil are both components with larger volume on the circuit board and are separately arranged to facilitate the layout of the components of the circuit board.

5. In the electronic key provided by the invention, the inner side surface of the side wall of the shell and the outer peripheral side of the lining plate are matched smooth surfaces, and when the lining plate is arranged in the mounting cavity, the lining plate is closely connected with the side wall, so that the internal structure of the electronic key is more compact, the utilization rate of the internal space of the electronic key is improved, and meanwhile, the circuit board is prevented from shaking in the mounting cavity to influence the normal use of the electronic key.

6. In the electronic key provided by the invention, the inner lining plate is further provided with the pressing strip, when the inner lining plate is arranged on the circuit board, the pressing strip is abutted against the circuit board, and the pressing strip is arranged to press the circuit board, so that the interior of the electronic key is more stable.

7. In the electronic key provided by the invention, the inner side surface of the side wall of the shell is provided with a convex strip extending towards the direction of the mounting cavity, the convex strip is of a disconnecting structure close to the battery, when the lining plate is mounted on the circuit board, the edge of the disconnecting structure formed by the convex strip and the pressing strip is abutted, so that the lining plate is divided into a first mounting area and a second mounting area by the pressing strip, the battery is arranged in the first mounting area, and the coil is arranged in the second mounting area; the electronic key further includes a waterproof ring enclosing a side wall of the bead and a side wall of the housing at the first mounting region. The waterproof ring is arranged, so that a waterproof effect can be achieved, water is prevented from flowing into the electronic key, so that accidents of the circuit board are avoided, and the use safety of the electronic key is improved. In addition, through the cooperation of waterproof circle and the sand grip that has the disconnection structure, when assembling the electronic key, can set up waterproof circle one end assembly into the installation cavity with the interior welt earlier, press the installation cavity with the interior welt other end again, avoid droing of waterproof circle, improve the assembly efficiency of electronic key.

8. 9. In the second mounting area, the curing glue is coated between the side wall of the pressing strip and the circuit board, so that the mounting of the lining board and the circuit board is more stable.

10. In the electronic key provided by the invention, the key is electrically connected to one end of the circuit board close to the battery and one side close to the shell, the shell is coated with the flexible film corresponding to the key, and the flexible film can transmit the pressing force to the key so as to realize the purpose of remote control of the electronic key.
