the tag reading module 33 and the note storage module perform data interaction through the wireless communication module 4, the tag reading module 33 reads data information about a corresponding cable in the tag storage module 34 through the wireless communication module 4 by identifying bar code information on the second identification unit 312, and displays the data information, such as specification parameters of the cable, functions of the cable, connection of the cable to which modules are used, use duration of the cable, and replacement times of the cable;
