The aerosol generating substrate is heated to release the aerosol by heating the non-burning cigarette, so that a user can obtain smoking experience. Referring to the specification, fig. 1 illustrates a flow chart of a control method for preventing overheating according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method may include the following steps:

In a possible embodiment, different second preset thresholds may be set for different initial temperatures, so that the accumulated output heat of the whole preheating stage is the same when the different initial temperatures are started and the second trigger condition is met.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include:

after the preheating stage is finished, the heating element is controlled to be lowered from the first temperature to the second temperature, and a constant temperature stage is entered.

a monitoring module 410 for monitoring the operation stage and heating temperature of the electrically heated smoking set;

a first timing module 420, configured to record a first duration of the preheating phase after monitoring that the electrically heated smoking set enters the preheating phase;

a second timing module 430, configured to record a second duration from the first temperature after monitoring that the heating temperature reaches the first temperature;

a control module 440, configured to control the electric heating smoking set to end the preheating phase when the first duration or the second duration meets a preset condition.

As an example, the control device 400 may be configured as a chip, the first timing module 420 and the second timing module 430 may be implemented by a timer, a timing circuit, or the like, the monitoring module 410 may be implemented by a temperature sensor, and the control module 440 may be implemented by a control circuit, for example. That is, for example, after the temperature sensor detects that the electrically heated smoking set enters the preheating stage, the timing circuit is turned on to record the first duration, when the temperature sensor detects that the first temperature is reached, another timing circuit is started to record the second duration, and when the first duration or the second duration meets the preset condition, the control circuit is triggered to switch to end the preheating stage.

Further, the control module 440 may include:

the judging unit is used for judging whether the first duration is greater than a first preset threshold value or not; judging whether the second duration is greater than a second preset threshold, wherein the second preset threshold is smaller than the first preset threshold;

and the control unit is used for controlling the electric heating smoking set to end the preheating stage when the first duration is greater than a first preset threshold or the second duration is greater than a second preset threshold.

Further, the control module 440 may be further configured to control the heating element to decrease from the first temperature to a second temperature after the preheating phase is ended, and enter a constant temperature phase. Specifically, the control module 440 may control the operation and stop of the heating element by controlling the switch of the circuit in which the heating element is located.

Further, the control module 440 may be further configured to control the electrical heating smoking set to enter a preheating stage when receiving a start instruction; in the pre-heating phase, the heating element is controlled to increase from an initial temperature to the first temperature.

In one possible embodiment, the apparatus 400 may further include:

the third timing module is used for starting delay timing of waiting for cooling when the constant temperature stage is monitored to be ended;

the control module 440 may be further configured to, in the delay timing process, when a start instruction is received, control the electric heating smoking set to enter a preheating stage in a normal heating mode when a timing duration of the delay timing reaches a fifth preset threshold;

alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

the control module 440 may be further configured to control the electric heating smoking set to enter the preheating stage in the low power consumption heating mode when receiving the start instruction during the delay timer.

Specifically, the control module 440 may control the electric heating smoking set to enter the preheating phase in different heating modes by controlling the switching device of the heating power adjusting device to generate two or more different heating powers.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electrical heating smoking set, where the electrical heating smoking set may include the control device for preventing overheating provided in the above embodiment, and specific content of the control device for preventing overheating may refer to content of the embodiment of the apparatus shown in fig. 4, and details of the embodiment of the present invention are not repeated herein.

It should be noted that in the accompanying drawings, some structural or methodical features may be shown in a particular arrangement and/or order. However, it is to be understood that such specific arrangement and/or ordering may not be required. Rather, in some embodiments, the features may be arranged in a manner and/or order different from that shown in the illustrative figures. In addition, the inclusion of a structural or methodical feature in a particular figure is not meant to imply that such feature is required in all embodiments, and in some embodiments, may not be included or may be combined with other features.

Each module/unit mentioned in each device embodiment of the present invention is a logical module/unit, and physically, one logical module/unit may be one physical module/unit, or may be a part of one physical module/unit, or may be implemented by a combination of multiple physical modules/units, and the physical implementation manner of these logical modules/units itself is not the most important, and the combination of functions implemented by these logical modules/units is the key to solve the technical problem proposed by the present invention. Furthermore, in order to highlight the innovative part of the present invention, the above-mentioned embodiments of the apparatus of the present invention do not introduce modules/units that are not so closely related to solve the technical problems proposed by the present invention, which does not indicate that there are no other modules/units in the above-mentioned embodiments of the apparatus.
