FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a slider assembly 5, which uses a slider 501 as a mounting member, two linear bearings 502 are installed on two sides of the slider 501, the linear bearings 502 are used for mounting the slider assembly 5 on two guide rods 14 to ensure that the slider 501 does not rotate, guiding the slider 501 to move up and down and improving the bending strength of the whole slider 501, a through hole is drilled in the center of the slider 501 for fixedly mounting a nut and the slider assembly 5, the slider assembly 5 is provided with the guide rods 14 on two sides for guiding, the nut is assembled with a lead screw 7, the lead screw 7 is converted into the up and down movement of the nut when rotating, so as to realize the up and down movement of the slider 501, four grooves are milled on the periphery of the slider 501 for mounting a knuckle bearing 203, a hole is drilled on the side of the groove for mounting a shaft, and the shaft is fixedly installed with the slider 501, the shaft is in interference fit with the knuckle bearing 203, the knuckle bearing 203 is mounted with the connecting rod 6 of the knuckle bearing, the length of the whole sliding block assembly 5 is adjustable, the sliding block assembly is connected with a rotating pair of the connecting rod 6, and the sliding block 501 is designed in a shape meeting the mounting and strength requirements of all parts of the sliding block assembly, so that the sliding block assembly is light in weight.

Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a lower plate assembly 4, in the device, a lower plate 401 is provided with a component, a hole in the center of the lower plate 401 is provided with a bearing seat, the other end of a screw rod 7 is supported, the screw rod 7 rotates in a bearing, the supporting section is the same as the upper plate assembly 2, the bending strength of a simply supported beam is designed to be improved, so that smooth operation of the mechanism is achieved, a guide rod 14 is concentric with three plates (the upper plate 201, the lower plate 401 and a sliding block 501), so that a through hole is formed, and a step hole is drilled for positioning the guide rod 14, so that a pressure plate is used for limiting the guide rod 14. Considering the installation, six through holes for installing expansion bolts are drilled and fixed to be assembled with the support component 3, six holes matched with the through holes are drilled for installing the support component 3, and considering that the output shaft of the motor 13 is coaxially arranged with the shaft center of the screw rod 7 and is drilled according to the bearing seat, the motor 13 is installed on the lower plate component 4 through bolts.

Fig. 6 is a schematic view of the support assembly 3, which is an integral welding part, the middle square steel 301 is used as an intermediate part, the upper plate 302 and the lower plate 302 are welded at two ends thereof, six bolt holes are drilled on the upper plate 302 and the lower plate 302 to fix the upper plate assembly 2 and the lower plate assembly 4, and rib plates 303 are welded at two ends thereof for reinforcement.

The invention is beneficial to synchronously converting the sliding of the sliding block 501 into the rotation of the connecting rod 6 fixed with the petals according to the growth environment and the displayed beauty of the sweet osmanthus, thereby realizing the synchronous opening and closing of the plurality of groups of petals, realizing the mechanical flower device which simultaneously drives four connecting rod 6 mechanisms to push the petals to synchronously run by using one lead screw 7, realizing the slow opening, and further showing the authenticity of the flower, wherein the bearing capacity of the lead screw 7 for pushing is large, and the mechanical flower device is suitable for other different petals. The knuckle bearing 203 of the invention is used for mounting with the petal assembly 1, the knuckle bearing 203 plays a role in lubricating a revolute pair, thereby reducing the friction force of the revolute pair, simultaneously ensuring that the joint of each connecting rod 6 cannot be clamped on the revolute pair, thereby ensuring the stable and synchronous operation of the mechanism and improving the display efficiency of mechanical flowers for pushing petals to synchronously operate by the four-connecting-rod mechanism of the invention, the linear bearing 502 of the invention plays a role in mounting the whole sliding block assembly 5 on two guide rods 14, ensuring that the sliding block 501 cannot rotate, guiding the sliding block 501 to move up and down and improving the bending strength of the whole plate, thus improving the use strength of the mechanical flowers for pushing the petals to synchronously operate by the four-connecting-rod mechanism of the invention, the knuckle bearing 203 of the invention is mounted with the connecting rod 6 in an adjustable length, and realizing the connection of the whole sliding block assembly 5 and the revolute pair of the connecting rod 6, the slider 501 may be designed in a shape that satisfies the requirements for mounting and strength of the respective components, and is designed to be lightweight.
