Background

Moxibustion, also called moxibustion therapy or moxibustion method, has long history, and is a treatment method for preventing and treating diseases by stimulating acupuncture points or specific parts of human body with moxa heat generated by moxa sticks and moxa columns made of folium artemisiae argyi and regulating physiological and biochemical functions of human body disorder by exciting the activity of meridian qi. The moxibustion action mechanism is similar to that of acupuncture and moxibustion, has complementary treatment effect with acupuncture and moxibustion, and has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, obvious effect and the like.

The moxibustion device, also called as moxibustion introducer, is an auxiliary device for facilitating moxibustion process, so that moxibustion therapists can use moxibustion more easily, conveniently and safely, and can be fixed on the limb at will, and the distance between moxa particles or moxa sticks and skin can be adjusted by the moxibustion therapists. When moxa particles or moxa sticks are burnt in the relatively sealed moxibustion device, the generated heat is not easy to dissipate, and the heat acts on acupuncture points for a long time, so that the fire power is balanced, the permeability is strong, and the action is not interrupted. The moxibustion instrument fully utilizes the effective components of folium artemisiae argyi during combustion, such as heat effect, drug effect, smoking and the like, to stimulate acupuncture points and meridians, integrates the heat effect, the drug effect and the smoking effect into a whole, and improves the curative effect of the traditional moxibustion.

Because the burning of moxa stick can produce chinese mugwort cigarette and chinese mugwort ash during the moxa-moxibustion, traditional moxibustion instrument can both be fine basically collect the chinese mugwort ash, but does not generally have the function of collecting and handling chinese mugwort cigarette, causes smog and gives off indoor, influences indoor environment, causes discomfort such as chocking the cigarette to user and other people. At present, some moxibustion instruments with moxa smoke collecting and processing functions are also appeared in the market, but the moxibustion instrument is generally large in size, inconvenient for daily use of families, complex in structure and high in cost and expense. Therefore, a moxibustion instrument with smoke treatment is provided to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the moxibustion device with smoke treatment, which is small in size, convenient to use, good in portability and capable of collecting moxa smoke.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the moxa stick smoke collector comprises a hood body and a top cover with a central hole for moxa sticks to penetrate from top to bottom, wherein a smoke outlet is formed in the side wall of the hood body, and a high-temperature-resistant grid mesh for collecting moxa ash is arranged in the inner cavity of the hood body.

The top of the cover body extends upwards to form a neck, the smoke collector further comprises a moxa stick adjusting device, the moxa stick adjusting device comprises an adjusting ring and at least two supports, the upper end and the lower end of the adjusting ring are respectively connected with the top cover and the neck and can rotate in the horizontal direction, a guide thread groove is formed in the inner wall of the adjusting ring, the lower portion of each support penetrates through the adjusting ring and then is fixedly connected with the neck, a transmission gear and a guide gear which are mutually meshed are arranged at the upper portion of each support, two sides of the guide gear are respectively and fixedly connected with rollers, the transmission gear is in matched meshing transmission with the guide thread groove, moxa sticks are inserted from the central hole and then are clamped by the rollers, when the adjusting ring is rotated, the transmission gear rotates along with the adjusting ring and drives the guide gear and the rollers to rotate, and when the rollers rotate, the clamping drives the moxa stick to move up and down, so that the height of the moxa stick extending into the cover body is adjusted.

The lower part of the support is provided with connecting threaded holes, the side wall of the neck is provided with a number of screw holes corresponding to the support, the connecting threaded holes correspond to the screw holes in position so as to connect and fix the supports and the neck through screws, and the supports are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the neck.

The cover body is made of high-temperature-resistant light-transmitting materials so as to observe the combustion state of the moxa stick and the position of the head.

The bottom of the cover body is connected with a bottom ring, a step is arranged in the bottom ring, the outer edge of the high-temperature-resistant grid mesh is erected on the step, and after the bottom ring is connected with the bottom of the cover body, the high-temperature-resistant grid mesh is clamped and fixed by the bottom of the cover body and the step.

The cover body is in a spherical crown shape.

The moxibustion device with the smoke treatment device further comprises a smoke filter, the smoke filter comprises a tank body and an upper cover, the upper cover is connected with the tank body, a smoke inlet is formed in the side wall of the tank body, the smoke inlet is communicated with the smoke outlet through a smoke guide pipe, a purified gas outlet is formed in the top of the upper cover, and a filtering filler is filled in the tank body.

The upper cover is provided with a downwardly extending isolation cylinder, the isolation cylinder is positioned in the tank body and divides the inner cavity of the tank body into a serpentine channel, so that smoke enters the inner cavity of the tank body from the smoke inlet, flows through the isolation cylinder and the space between the tank bodies, enters the space in the isolation cylinder, is absorbed and filtered by the filter filler in the flowing process, and finally is discharged through the purified gas outlet.

The moxibustion device with the smoke treatment device further comprises an auxiliary support, wherein the auxiliary support comprises a clamping seat and a vertical rod, and the top end of the vertical rod is connected with two clamping sleeves which are respectively used for clamping the smoke collector and the smoke filter.

The two clamping sleeves are connected through a connecting portion, a threaded sleeve with an axial groove is arranged at the lower end of the connecting portion, a ball head is arranged at the top end of the upright rod and inserted into the threaded sleeve, the ball head is fastened through a fixing nut, and the position and the direction of the two clamping sleeves are adjusted by adjusting the direction in which the ball head is inserted into the threaded sleeve.

Compared with the prior art, the invention can achieve the following beneficial effects: the invention comprises a smoke collector, wherein the smoke collector comprises a cover body and a top cover with a central hole for moxa sticks to penetrate from top to bottom, the side wall of the cover body is provided with a smoke outlet, and the inner cavity of the cover body is provided with a high-temperature-resistant grid for collecting moxa ash; the invention overcomes the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, has small volume and good portability, collects smoke generated by burning gathered moxa sticks by utilizing the cover body, can better collect the moxa smoke, is intensively discharged outwards through the smoke outlet, can be intensively discharged to a smoke treatment device for further treatment, and can intercept and collect moxa ash generated by burning the moxa sticks, thereby avoiding moxa falling and burning skin, and simultaneously uniformly collecting the moxa ash, preventing the moxa ash from being diffused, and having safe and convenient use; therefore, the moxibustion device with smoke treatment has small volume, convenient use and good portability, and can collect the moxa smoke;

because the top of the cover body extends upwards to form a neck, the smoke collector also comprises a moxa stick adjusting device, the moxa stick adjusting device comprises an adjusting ring and at least two supports, the upper end and the lower end of the adjusting ring are respectively connected with the top cover and the neck and can rotate in the horizontal direction, a guide thread groove is arranged on the inner wall of the adjusting ring, the lower part of each support penetrates through the adjusting ring and then is fixedly connected with the neck, a transmission gear and a guide gear which are mutually meshed are arranged on the upper part of each support, two sides of the guide gear are respectively and fixedly connected with a roller wheel, the transmission gear is in adaptive meshing transmission with the guide thread groove, a moxa stick is inserted from the central hole and then is clamped by each roller wheel, when the adjusting ring is rotated, the transmission gear rotates along with the adjusting ring and drives the guide gear and the roller wheels to rotate, and when each roller wheel rotates, the moxa sticks are clamped and driven to move up and down, so that the height of the moxa sticks extending into the cover body is adjusted; according to the invention, by arranging the moxa stick adjusting device and rotating the adjusting ring, the height of the moxa stick extending into the cover body can be conveniently and automatically adjusted, so that the distance between the head of the moxa stick and the skin of the moxibustion part can be adjusted, the temperature which is most suitable for a user during moxibustion can be conveniently adjusted, and the use and the adjustment are convenient and safe.

The present invention will be further described with reference to specific embodiments for the purpose of facilitating an understanding of technical means, characteristics of creation, objectives and functions realized by the present invention, but the following embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to be exhaustive. The smoke filter 2 comprises a tank body 21 and an upper cover 22, the upper cover 22 is connected with the tank body 21, a smoke inlet 23 is formed in the side wall of the tank body 21, the smoke inlet 23 is communicated with the smoke outlet 17 through a smoke guide pipe, the length of the smoke guide pipe can be set according to requirements, the smoke guide pipe is made of high-temperature-resistant flexible pipes and is convenient to arrange, a purified gas outlet 24 is formed in the top of the upper cover 22, and the tank body 21 is filled with a filter filler 26, in the embodiment, the upper cover 22 is provided with a downwardly extending isolation cylinder 25, the isolation cylinder 25 is located in the tank body 21 and divides an inner cavity of the tank body 21 into a serpentine channel, the serpentine channel increases the length of a smoke flowing path, increases the smoke filtering and absorbing time and collecting effects, has high smoke treatment rate, and enables smoke to flow through a space between the isolation cylinder 25 and the tank body 21 after entering the inner cavity of the tank body 21 from the smoke inlet 23, and then enters the space in the isolation cylinder 25, is absorbed and filtered by the filter packing 26 during the flowing process, and finally the filtered clean gas is discharged through the clean gas outlet 24. According to the invention, the smoke collector 1 and the smoke filter 2 are arranged separately and connected through the hose, and the smoke filter 2 can be placed on a table or a ground and is far away from a user, so that the taste and temperature of smoke discharged are further reduced, and the use comfort is high.

The invention overcomes the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, has small volume and good portability, collects smoke generated by burning gathered moxa sticks by utilizing the cover body 11, can better collect the moxa smoke, is intensively discharged outwards through the smoke outlet 17, can be intensively discharged to a smoke treatment device for further treatment, and simultaneously the high-temperature-resistant grid 16 can intercept and collect moxa ash generated by burning the moxa sticks, thereby avoiding the falling of moxibustion and the burning of skin, and simultaneously can uniformly collect the moxa ash, prevent the diffusion of the moxa ash, and is safe and convenient to use; by arranging the moxa stick adjusting device, the height of the moxa stick extending into the cover body 11 can be conveniently and automatically adjusted by rotating the adjusting ring 14, so that the distance between the head of the moxa stick and the skin of a moxibustion part can be adjusted, the temperature which is most suitable for a user during moxibustion can be adjusted conveniently, and the use and the adjustment are convenient and safe; therefore, the moxibustion device with smoke treatment has small volume, convenient use and good portability, can collect and concentrate moxa smoke, and avoids polluting indoor environment and causing smoke choking discomfort.
