Since K1 is a contact switch between the inside of the case and the UV lamp germicidal assembly and typically K1 is arranged between the bottom of the case and the bottom of the assembly, disconnection will only occur when the assembly is removed or dropped out, in which case a long germicidal cycle is required again after the three switches are closed.

The time calculation control module is further used for setting a delay time t5, the switch identification module transmits information of the switch closure to the time calculation control module after identifying that one of the switches K1 and K2 is closed, the time calculation control module transmits information of continuous identification to the switch identification module after delaying the time t5 after receiving the information, the switch identification module continues to identify the state of the other switch of the switches K1 and K2 after receiving the information, and transmits the information of the switch closure to the time calculation control module after identifying that the second switch is closed. The contact switch adopts a magnetic switch, and is provided with two contacts, one contact is positioned on the UV lamp sterilization component, the other contact is positioned on the box body/the upper cover, and the switch can be closed when the two contacts are close to or in contact with each other. Because the UV lamp sterilization component is directly placed in the box body, the upper cover can be closed only after the UV lamp sterilization component is put down to close the contact switch K1, and the action requires operation time, namely, a delay time is inevitably existed in the closing of K1 and K2, so that the delay time t5 is designed, and the delay time t5 is 1-3 s. If under the closed condition at K3, the misoperation makes K1 and K2 close simultaneously or short interval with two contacts on the magnet is close to the UV lamp sterilization subassembly, and the UV lamp can light, but must the upper cover not yet covered this moment, and the UV light can leak, has certain potential safety hazard. After the delay time t5 between K1 and K2 is designed, even if the operation is improper, the UV lamp cannot be on, and the safety is higher.

And the time calculation control module is used for sending out long sterilization, short sterilization or continuous sterilization information to the UV lamp control module after delaying the time t5 after receiving the information that the three switches are all closed. Because two contacts of the contact switch can be closed as long as the two contacts are close to each other, under the condition that K1 and K3 are closed, K2 can be closed when the upper cover is not completely closed, and UV light leakage can be caused if the UV lamp is immediately lighted at the moment.

The UV lamp sterilization assembly further comprises an LED lamp 4, the LED lamp can be arranged at any position where the surface of the UV lamp sterilization assembly can be seen, the MCU further comprises an LED lamp control module used for controlling the LED lamp switch, the LED lamp is powered by a battery, the system is in a long sterilization mode and a bacteriostatic mode, the time calculation control module sends information of the time of lighting t3 to the LED lamp control module, and the LED lamp control module controls the LED lamp to be turned off after receiving the information and lighting t 3.

The MCU also comprises a threshold setting module which is used for setting a lower limit threshold of the electric quantity of the battery, the specific threshold is determined according to the capacity of the battery,

the time calculation control module is also used for setting low-power reminding time t4, t2 > t1 > t3 > t4 > t5, the specific setting of the first four times is determined according to the size of the storage box, generally, for a 50cm square box, under the condition that a 3w quartz dual-waveband UVC ultraviolet lamp is adopted, t1 does not exceed 10min, t2 does not exceed 100min, t3 does not exceed 20s, and t4 does not exceed 10 s.

The battery sampling control module is also used for acquiring the electric quantity of the battery in real time, comparing the acquired electric quantity information with a threshold value, sending the information to the time calculation control module when the acquired electric quantity is smaller than the threshold value, feeding back the information entering the low power consumption mode to the battery sampling control module by the time calculation control module after receiving the information, sending the information of the time when the LED lamp is turned on t4 to the LED lamp control module, and controlling the LED lamp to be turned off after the LED lamp control module receives the information and then turns on t 4. Because the lamp is bright under the condition of not breaking any switch, so the user can judge that this condition is the electric quantity low, take out UV lamp sterilization subassembly charge for the battery through the UBS interface that charges can, it puts into the disinfection receiver to have filled the electricity, and the system gets into the work unit of a new round after three switches are closed simultaneously.

Example 1

In the case of using a 3w quartz dual-band UVC ultraviolet lamp for a storage box having a size of 130mm × 230mm × 70mm, the long sterilization time t1 is generally 6min, the bacteriostatic time t2 is generally 54min, the short sterilization time t3 is generally 10s, the low-battery reminder time t4 is generally 5s, and the delay time t5 is generally 2 s. With K3 open, K1, K2 cannot turn on the UV lamp even if they are all closed; under the condition that the K3 is closed, the UV sterilization component is placed in the box body, the system recognizes that the K1 is closed, the cover is closed, the action of the cover can be completed within 2s even for children, therefore, the system delays for 2s to start recognizing the K2, and after recognizing that the K2 is closed, the three switches are all in a closed state (the K3 can be closed finally after the K1 and the K2 are closed). Delay 2s after the first three switches are all closed to ensure the cartridge is sealed before entering the long sterilization mode: lighting an LED lamp for 10s, and sterilizing for 6min by using UV; entering a bacteriostatic mode after the long sterilization is finished: lighting an LED lamp for 10s, and sterilizing for 54min by UV; and after the bacteriostasis is finished (namely after one working unit is finished), entering a low power consumption mode. During the period, if the upper cover is opened and then closed in the long sterilization mode, the long sterilization is continued to be accumulated until the time is up to 6 min; if the upper cover is opened and then closed in the bacteriostasis mode, stopping sterilizing after UV sterilization for 10s and continuing to cumulatively inhibit bacteria until 54min is full; and if the upper cover is opened and then closed in the low power consumption mode, restarting a new 60min working unit. In either mode, a new 60min work unit is restarted whenever the key switch K3 is closed.

In light of the foregoing, it is to be understood that various changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
