As shown in fig. 9 and 10, optionally, the riving knife mounting bracket 322 is further provided with a guide plate 34, and the guide plate 34 is provided with a guide channel 341. The end of the riving knife 332 is provided with a threading through hole 3321. The wire sequentially passes through the guide channel 341 and the clamping jaw assembly 23, then passes through the wire passing through hole 3321, and is pressed and welded by the riving knife 332.

It can be seen that under the guidance of the guide channel 341 and the threading through hole 3321, the wire can smoothly enter into the jaw assembly 23 to be clamped by the jaw assembly 23, and then is guided from the jaw assembly 23 to the lower end of the riving knife 332 to be pressed by the riving knife 332, thereby preventing the occurrence of cold joint.

As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the wire bonder head apparatus of the present invention may further include a guide tube 4 passing through the bonding mechanism 3 from top to bottom. After being fed out by a wire feeding mechanism above the welding mechanism 3, the wire penetrates into the guide tube 4 from top to bottom and penetrates into the guide channel 34 on the guide plate 34 under the guidance of the guide tube 4, so that the anti-winding protection of the wire in the feeding process is realized.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the welding mechanism 3 further includes a grating scale 35 disposed on the riving knife mounting frame 322 and a displacement sensor 36 disposed on the second mounting seat 31. The grating scale 35 synchronously presses down and rises along with the riving knife installation frame 322 and the riving knife component 33, and the displacement sensor 36 is used for sensing the distance of the up-and-down movement of the grating scale 35. Through the cooperation of the grating scale 35 and the displacement sensor 36, the downward pressing distance of the riving knife assembly 33 is detected, so that the riving knife assembly 33 is guaranteed to be capable of accurately pressing a wire.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the wire bond head device of the present invention further includes a detection mechanism 5 disposed on the mounting bracket 1, and the detection mechanism 5 can detect an appearance effect of the welded region.

The invention also provides a bonding machine which comprises a workpiece feeding device, a workpiece conveying device, a wire feeding device, a welding detection device, a discharging device and any one wire bonding head device. Wherein: the workpiece feeding device is used for feeding a workpiece to be processed onto the workpiece conveying device; the workpiece conveying device is used for conveying workpieces to a welding station; the wire feeding device is used for supplying wires to the welding head device; the welding head device is used for welding the wire to the workpiece conveyed to the welding station; the welding detection device is used for detecting the welding quality of the welded workpiece; the blanking device is used for blanking the welded workpiece from the welding station. Through the matching of the workpiece feeding device, the workpiece conveying device, the wire feeding device, the welding detection device, the discharging device and the wire bonding head device, the bonding machine disclosed by the invention realizes the automatic welding of wires, realizes the automatic feeding and discharging of workpieces, and greatly improves the bonding efficiency.
