A plurality of folding grooves 16 are formed in the hard layer 17, the composite boards on two sides of the folding grooves 16 can be folded to form included angles, and the composite boards on two sides of the folding grooves 16 are connected through soft connecting layers 18 at the folding grooves 16.

The hard layer 17 may employ: hard plastic board, bamboo wood fiber board or composite board, carbon fiber board, metal sheet. Preferably, the length of the first side plate 1, the length of the second side plate 2, and the length of the third side plate 3 are the same, the width of the second side plate 2 is the same as the thickness of the tenth side plate 10 plus the thickness of the third side plate 3 (i.e. 2 times the thickness of the composite plate material), and similarly, the length of the seventh side plate 7, the length of the sixth side plate 6, and the length of the fifth side plate 5 are the same, and the width of the sixth side plate 6 is the same as the thickness of the eleventh side plate 11 plus the thickness of the fifth side plate 5 (i.e. 2 times the thickness of the composite plate material).

The inner surfaces of the first side plate and the seventh side plate are respectively provided with a first connecting area, and the first connecting areas are magic tapes or snap fasteners. When the first connecting area is a magic tape, the first connecting areas on the first side plate and the seventh side plate are both one of a rough surface or a hook surface; when the first connecting area is a snap fastener, the first connecting areas on the first side plate and the seventh side plate are both one of bulges or snap fasteners.

The inner surfaces of the bottom ends of the twelfth side plate and the thirteenth side plate, and the inner surfaces of the top ends of the tenth side plate and the eleventh side plate are respectively provided with a second connecting area, the second connecting area is a magic tape or a snap fastener, the second connecting areas on the tenth side plate, the eleventh side plate, the twelfth side plate and the thirteenth side plate are symmetrical relative to the center of the bottom plate 4, if the first connecting area is a hair surface of the magic tape, the second connecting area is a hook surface of the magic tape, and if the first connecting area is the hook surface of the magic tape, the second connecting area is the hair surface of the magic tape; the second attachment zone is a snap portion of the tetrapack if the first attachment zone is a raised portion of the tetrapack, and the second attachment zone is a raised portion of the tetrapack if the first attachment zone is a snap portion of the tetrapack.

After the first side plate 1 is folded inwards, the first connecting area on the first side plate can be adhered to the second connecting areas on the tenth side plate and the twelfth side plate, and after the seventh side plate 7 is folded inwards, the first connecting area on the first side plate is adhered to the second connecting areas on the eleventh side plate and the thirteenth side plate, so that the third side plate, the fifth side plate, the eighth side plate and the ninth side plate are fixedly connected together.

Furthermore, one side of each of the tenth, eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth side plates is provided with a groove with an opening facing outwards, each groove forms a half of the carrying hole, the opening end of the groove is located at the edge of the side plate, and the groove is arranged at one end far away from the eighth side plate 8 or the ninth side plate 9. A handle hole is arranged in the middle of each of the third side plate 3 and the fifth side plate 5, and the shape of the handle hole can be various shapes, preferably an ellipse.

The width of the first side panel 1 is no greater than the distance between the left edge of the handhold aperture in the third side panel 3 to the left edge of the third side panel 3. The width of the seventh side panel 7 is no greater than the distance between the right edge of the handhold aperture in the fifth side panel 5 to the right edge of the fifth side panel 5.

After the foldable box body is folded, the tenth side plate 10 and the twelfth side plate 12 are located on the inner side of the third side plate 3 and are parallel to the third side plate 3, the grooves on the tenth side plate 10 and the twelfth side plate 12 enclose a complete handle hole and are overlapped with the handle hole on the third side plate 3, and thus a hand can sequentially pass through the handle hole on the third side plate 3, the handle hole which is formed by enclosing the tenth side plate 10 and the twelfth side plate 12, and then the foldable box is lifted. In a similar way, the folded eleventh side plate 11 and the folded thirteenth side plate 13 are located on the inner side of the fifth side plate 5 and are parallel to the fifth side plate 5, the grooves on the eleventh side plate 11 and the thirteenth side plate 13 enclose a complete handle hole, the handle hole is overlapped with the handle hole on the fifth side plate 5, and the folding box can be lifted after the handle hole is formed by sequentially passing through the handle hole on the fifth side plate 5, the eleventh side plate 11 and the thirteenth side plate 13. Therefore, a user can conveniently lift the composite board folding box from two sides, and the folding box is convenient to move.

The composite board folding box is a composite board folding box with a cover plate. When the third connection area is a magic tape, one of the connection tongue 15 and the third connection area on the eighth side plate 8 is a hair surface of the magic tape, and the other is a hook surface of the magic tape; when the third connecting area is a snap fastener, one of the connecting tongue 15 and the third connecting area on the eighth side plate 8 is a convex part, and the other is a snap fastener part.

When folded and closed, the cover plate 14 is positioned above the bottom plate 4 and parallel to the bottom plate 4, and the connecting tongue 15 and the third connecting area on the eighth side plate 8 function to connect the cover plate 14 and the eighth side plate 8 together.

During the in-service use, can cut on panel according to customer's demand, folding assembly can form the folding box after the cutting, consequently the demand of multiple size box can be satisfied to the panel of same kind of size, and no longer need produce different panels according to the size of every kind of box.

The invention also provides a folding method of the composite board folding box, which comprises the following steps:

s1, flatly paving the composite board, and enabling one side of the hard layer 17 in the composite board to face upwards; respectively bending the tenth side plate 10 and the eleventh side plate 11 upwards by 90 degrees along the folding groove 16; the twelfth side plate 12 and the thirteenth side plate 13 are respectively bent upward by 90 degrees along the folding grooves 16.

S2, bending the eighth side plate 8 and the ninth side plate 9 upwards by 90 degrees along the folding groove 16 between the eighth side plate and the bottom plate 4, wherein the tenth side plate 10, the eleventh side plate 11 and the eighth side plate 8 are all perpendicular to the bottom plate 4, the tenth side plate 10 and the eleventh side plate 11 are perpendicular to the eighth side plate 8, the twelfth side plate 12, the thirteenth side plate 13 and the ninth side plate 9 are all perpendicular to the bottom plate 4, and the eleventh side plate 11 and the thirteenth side plate 13 are perpendicular to the ninth side plate 9;

s3, bending the third side panel 3 upwards by 90 degrees along the folding slot 16 between the third side panel and the bottom panel 4, wherein the tenth side panel 10 and the twelfth side panel 12 are located inside the third side panel 3 and are parallel to the third side panel; then the second side plate 2 is bent rightwards by 90 degrees along the folding groove 16 between the second side plate 2 and the third side plate 3, the first side plate 1 is bent downwards by 90 degrees along the folding groove 16 and then is contacted with the tenth side plate 10 and the twelfth side plate 12, and at the moment, the inner surface of the second side plate 2 is contacted with the upper ends of the tenth side plate 10 and the twelfth side plate 12; the first connection region inside the first side panel 1 is then secured together with the second connection region inside the tenth and twelfth side panels 10, 12.

S4, bending the fifth side panel 5 upwards by 90 degrees along the folding slot 16 between the fifth side panel and the bottom panel 4, wherein the eleventh side panel 11 and the thirteenth side panel 13 are located inside the fifth side panel 5 and are parallel to the fifth side panel; then the sixth side plate 6 is bent leftwards by 90 degrees along the folding groove 16 between the sixth side plate and the fifth side plate 5, the seventh side plate 7 is bent downwards by 90 degrees along the folding groove 16 and then is contacted with the eleventh side plate 11 and the thirteenth side plate 13, and at the moment, the inner surface of the sixth side plate 6 is contacted with the upper ends of the eleventh side plate 11 and the thirteenth side plate 13; the first joining region inside the seventh side panel 7 is then fixed together with the second joining region inside the eleventh and thirteenth side panels 11, 13.

The folding method of the composite board folding box with the cover plate 14 is to add the following steps on the basis of the folding method of the composite board folding box without the cover plate 14:

s5, the cover plate 14 is bent forwards by 90 degrees along the folding groove 16 between the cover plate and the ninth side plate 9, then the third pasting area arranged on the inner side of the connecting tongue 15 is fixed with the third pasting area arranged on the outer side of the eighth side plate 8, and the cover plate 14 covers the box body.
