Technical Field

The present invention relates to a vertical bar support bracket for an assembly type tray, and more particularly, to a vertical bar support bracket for an assembly type tray, which can connect and fix a vertical bar of a horizontal frame to an upper surface of a base frame more easily and firmly.

Background

As is well known, pallets are used to load and transport a plurality of articles and are widely used throughout the industry.

The types of the tray are classified into a plate type and a box type according to their forms.

The former plate pallet is configured by providing a bracket for fixing a member on a bottom frame without using a side wall, and is manufactured to be suitable for mounting a large member, particularly a vehicle manufactured in a semi-finished form.

The latter box tray includes side walls that are vertically erected on the upper ends of the plurality of bottom frames and form four surfaces of the tray, and is manufactured to be suitable for mounting small components.

On the other hand, the box-type pallet has a disadvantage that the volume of the pallet is increased by the side walls, and a lot of problems are exposed during storage or transportation as compared with the plate-type pallet.

As a representative prior art relating to the box tray, korean patent laid-open publication No. 10-2009-0030379 (corner connecting structure of a tray for article packaging) can be cited.

The prior art is mainly directed to a corner connecting structure of a tray for packaging articles, which is characterized in that: the front and rear frames and the left and right frames of each pair of the front and rear plates and the left and right plates are respectively drilled with a combination hole at the upper edge of the corner part where the front and rear frames and the left and right frames intersect, a connecting metal tool with a shape approximately corresponding to the shape of the corner is formed at the upper part, a fixing bulge is formed at the lower part, and a fixing rod corresponding to the combination hole of each of the front and rear frames and the left and right frames is welded and fixed at the lower part, so that the front and rear plates and the left and right frames can be assembled by being mutually embedded.

However, the link provided at the corner portion connects and fixes the front and rear plates and the left and right plates to each other, but does not include a means for preventing the vertical separation, and therefore, when an impact is applied to the link during a loading process or a transportation process, the link may be separated by a slight mistake, and the front and rear plates and the left and right plates may be separated from each other, so that the loaded object may fall out to the outside.

In addition, the link fitting of the prior art simply functions to interconnect the front and rear plates and the left and right plates, and cannot achieve a reinforcing function of preventing the front and rear plates or the left and right plates from falling.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, the following description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings accompanying with embodiments of the present invention. In the detailed description to be described later, in order to achieve the technical problem described above, a representative embodiment of the present invention will be presented. Furthermore, other embodiments of the invention may be devised which are described below in connection with the structure of the invention.

Fig. 1 attached hereto is a diagram illustrating an overall structure of an assembled pallet according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating a structure in which a sidewall vertical frame support bracket of the assembled pallet illustrated in fig. 1 is selected, fig. 3 is a diagram illustrating a section of fig. 2, and fig. 4 is a combined sectional view of fig. 3.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the outer shape of the sectional pallet 100 includes a base frame 10, longitudinal frames 20 and transverse frames 30, and a pillar frame.

The base frame 10 is provided in a lattice shape at regular intervals in the longitudinal and lateral directions on a main frame constituting the bottom surface of the built-up pallet 100.

The vertical frame 20 is a frame that forms left and right side walls among the four wall surfaces of the assembled tray 100.

When describing the structure of one vertical frame 20, the vertical frame 20 is a frame formed with a cross-sectional structure of "-d" to have a space formed therein, and is disposed on the upper front surface of the base frame 10 in a horizontally laid state at a predetermined distance by the diagonal bar 22. The diagonal bar 22 blocks the boxes as the loaded items loaded on the base frame 10 from falling out of the gap between the longitudinal frames 20 and the base frame 10.

The column frame is a frame vertically erected on the corner surface of the base frame 10, and is a frame which is provided at a butt joint portion where vertical and horizontal frames constituting front and rear side walls and left and right side walls of the base frame are butted at right angles, and supports the vertical frame 20 and the horizontal frame 30 so that the vertical frame and the horizontal frame are not pushed down by a box as a loaded article.

The lateral frame 30 is a frame that forms front and rear side walls on four wall surfaces of the built-up tray. That is, the plurality of horizontal frames 30 are vertically erected in front of and behind the upper surface of the base frame 10 in a state where the horizontal frames are fabricated in the same structure, and form front and rear side walls of the built-up tray.

A vertical bar 32 is provided between the lateral frame 30 and the upper surface of the base frame 10.

The vertical bar 32 is a pillar member that supports the lateral frame 30 in a state where the upper surface of the base frame 10 is spaced apart by a predetermined distance.

The vertical bar 32 is formed to include a front surface portion 34 and side surface portions 36 formed by bending both sides of the front surface portion 34, and has a space formed therein in an open state at a lower end thereof so as to have a shape of having a whole bodyCross-sectional shape.

A diagonal bar 42 is further provided between the lateral frame 30 and the vertical bar 32. The diagonal bar 42 blocks so that the boxes as the loaded items loaded on the base frame 10 do not fall out from between the lateral frame 30 and the base frame 10.

The support bracket 50 is a bracket for fixing the vertical rod 32 of the lateral frame 30 to the upper surface of the base frame 10.

The support bracket 50 is integrally formed with an insertion rod 52 in a state of being vertically erected toward the center, and plate members 60 are bent toward the outer side of the insertion rod 52 at both sides of the lower end of the insertion rod 52.

The insert rod 52 is formed in a shape corresponding to the vertical rod 32, preferably, includes a front surface 54 and side surface portions 56 bent at both sides of the front surface 54, and has a lower end formed with a space 58 inside in an open state so as to be accommodated in the internal space of the vertical rod 32.

The side surface portions 56 of the insertion rod 52 are formed as plates 60 facing outward.

The plate member 60 is fixed by an attaching method such as welding in a state of being closely attached to the base frame 10.

On the other hand, an insertion block 62 is formed to protrude from the front surface 54 of the insertion rod 52, and a mounting hole 40 is formed to penetrate through the lower end of the front surface of the vertical rod 32. That is, the insertion block 62 formed to protrude forward of the insertion rod 52 is inserted into the mounting hole 40 formed in the front surface portion 34 of the vertical rod 32, and thus the insertion block 62 is exposed to the outside of the front surface portion 34 of the vertical rod 32 and assembled.

An attachment opening 64 is formed through the upper surface of the insertion block 62, and a lock lever 66 is inserted into the attachment opening 64 to lock and fix the insertion block 62 so as not to be detached from the attachment hole 40.

When the insertion rod 52 is inserted into the internal space of the vertical rod 32 through the opening formed at the lower end of the vertical rod 32, the lower end of the vertical rod 32 is placed on the plate 60 welded to the base frame 10, and the insertion block 62 of the insertion rod 52 is inserted into the mounting hole 40 of the vertical rod 32 so as to be exposed to the front of the vertical rod 32, and in this state, the locking rod 66 is inserted into the mounting hole 64 of the insertion block 62, so that the horizontal frame 30 can be fixed to the base frame 10 without moving by merely assembling the vertical rod 32 of the horizontal frame 30 to the insertion rod 52 without welding or the like.

On the other hand, the mounting hole 40 through which the insert block 62 can penetrate the vertical rod 32 can be formed by bending and restoring the base frame 10 made of a metal material having an elastic force.

That is, the assembly can be performed by welding the plate members 60 of the support brackets 50 to the base frame 10, then bending the base frame 10 by pulling the base frame 10 before the vertical rods 32 of the horizontal frames 30 are fitted into the insertion rods 52 of the support brackets 50, so that the vertical rods 32 can be inserted into the insertion rods 52 without being caught or interfered with the insertion blocks 62 of the insertion rods 52, and then releasing the pulling of the base frame 10 to return to the initial state, so that the insertion blocks 62 of the insertion rods 52 pass through the mounting holes 40 of the vertical rods 32 and are exposed to the outside of the front surface portions 34 of the vertical rods 32.

On the other hand, since the insertion rod 52 of the support bracket 50 has a predetermined length, when inserted into the vertical rod 32 of the lateral frame 30, the vertical rod 32 can be supported according to the depth of insertion into the insertion rod 52, and thus, the lateral frame can be effectively supported from shaking or falling due to external impact or the like, compared to a conventional method in which the vertical rod 32 is fixed to the base frame 10 by welding.
