Background

With the vigorous development of the national chemical industry, the hoisting technology difficulty of large-scale chemical equipment is more and more increased, and the hoisting characteristics of the large-scale chemical equipment mainly include large tonnage, high hoisting height, narrow hoisting space, tight construction period and the like. In the hoisting process of urea production equipment, as the urea synthesis tower is assembled by a manufacturer on site, in order to complete the translation and hoisting of the urea synthesis tower, more than two cranes are generally required to be selected for the cooperative hoisting operation.

During forward hoisting, one crane is arranged at the head of the equipment cylinder in front, and the other crane is arranged at the tail lifting lug of the urea synthesis tower cylinder in back. After the rigging is fastened, two cranes simultaneously lift the hook, the equipment barrel is lifted away from the rotating tire, then the rotating tire is sequentially removed by using an auxiliary truck crane, 3-5 sleeper piles are laid at a preset position below the equipment barrel, a main crane slowly rotates a arm, the auxiliary crane slowly moves forward and follows, the two cranes cooperatively operate, the head of the equipment is gradually sent into the concrete main frame, the forward movement operation is stopped until a pin shaft hole of a main lifting lug is located on the central axis of the frame, the hoisting rigging is released, the crane withdraws from an operation area, and then the formal in-place hoisting construction of the urea synthesis tower barrel on the next step is prepared. Detailed Description

Based on the problem that the construction space occupied by the existing method for hoisting the urea synthesis tower by hydraulic lifting is very large, the method for hoisting the urea synthesis tower by hydraulic lifting provided by the invention comprises the following steps.

Step one, arranging a hydraulic lifter 7 at the top of a structural frame 6;

step two, arranging a track 4 on the ground at the bottom of the structural frame 6, and installing a movable supporting platform on the track 4;

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the movable support platform comprises a frame platform 2, a pulley 3 is arranged at the bottom of the frame platform 2, and the pulley 3 is matched with a track 4 laid on the ground at the bottom of the structural frame; a gantry crane 5 is fixedly arranged at one end of the frame platform 2;

horizontally placing the urea synthesizing tower 1 on a frame platform 2 of a movable supporting platform;

fourthly, enabling the movable supporting platform to translate on the track 4 until the top of the urea synthesis tower 1 moves to the bottom of the structural frame 6; the front end of the cylinder of the urea synthesizing tower 1 is connected with a steel strand 8 of a hydraulic lifter 7, and the rear end of the cylinder of the urea synthesizing tower 1 is connected with a lifting appliance on a gantry crane 5 through a steel lifting rope 9; lifting the urea synthesizing tower 1 upwards by a hydraulic lifter 7, enabling a gantry crane 5 to slide the tail, and simultaneously enabling the frame platform 2 to continuously move forwards, so that the urea synthesizing tower 1 is gradually lifted from a horizontal state to a vertical state (as shown in figure 3);

and step five, when the urea synthesis tower 1 is in a vertical state, disconnecting the steel lifting rope 9 connected with the gantry crane 5, and lifting the urea synthesis tower 1 to the installation position in the structural frame 6 under the action of the hydraulic lifter 7 for installation.

In the present embodiment, the frame platform 2 and the gantry crane 5 are pushed together to move on the rail 4 by at least one thruster separately provided. The structural frame 6 is a steel structural frame or a concrete frame for mounting the urea synthesis tower. The frame platform 2 is used for transporting the urea synthesizing tower 1 to the bottom of the structural frame 6, and the gantry crane 5 is used for sliding the tail during hoisting.

According to the method provided by the embodiment, the existing tail sliding crane is replaced by the gantry crane 5 and is matched with the hoisting equipment at the top of the structural frame, so that the urea synthesizing tower 1 is gradually lifted to the vertical state from the horizontal state, and the defect that the tail sliding crane cannot enter a field with small operation space is overcome.

As shown in fig. 2, the frame platform 2 includes a rectangular steel frame 201, and a wood pad 202 is fixed on the top surface of the steel frame 201. The steel frame 201 and the gantry crane 5 are both fixedly connected with the support base 204, so that the steel frame 201 and the gantry crane 5 are connected into a whole and can move synchronously.

The urea synthesis tower hoisting device comprises two or more rectangular protective frames 10 arranged outside the urea synthesis tower, and plays a role in protecting the urea synthesis tower 1 in the transportation and hoisting processes.

Relatively specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the rectangular protective frame 10 is formed by connecting four unit frames with the same structure through bolts, any one of the unit frames includes a wood frame 1001, an inner side surface of the wood frame 1001 is an arc-shaped surface, and a rubber protective layer 1002 is disposed on the arc-shaped surface. After the urea synthesis tower 1 is installed, each unit frame is removed. The unit frames are connected by bolts, so that the assembly and disassembly of the unit frames are convenient.

When the urea synthesis tower 1 is placed on the frame platform, a locking device is arranged on the pulley in order to prevent the frame platform from moving.
