The emulsion explosive is the leading product of industrial explosives, and with the wide application of the emulsion explosive, the quality of the emulsion explosive is more and more concerned. The density is an important performance parameter of the emulsion explosive, and directly influences the detonation sensitivity, the detonation velocity and the performance of the emulsion explosive, even influences the quality of a product. When detecting density and other properties, it is necessary to convert a large-size cartridge into a standard-size small-size cartridge (generally diameter 32mm) to ensure the accuracy of detection. The current conversion process adopts a manual cutting mode to manufacture square medicine strips with the specification equivalent to phi 32 mm; however, manual cutting is time-consuming and labor-consuming in manufacturing, low in efficiency and difficult to control in quality, detection results are directly influenced, in the manual cutting process, the original charge density of the medicine body is seriously damaged due to repeated pinching and extrusion, particularly, the damage degree of the chemical-sensitized medicine body is larger, various detected performance indexes have different degrees of distortion, and accurate detection results cannot be obtained.

the handle 5 is detached, the plastic film bag 9 is sleeved on the conversion barrel 4, the sleeve ring 8 is sleeved on the conversion barrel 4, the plastic film bag 9 is pressed between the conversion barrel 4 and the sleeve ring 8 (as the outer diameter of the conversion barrel 4 is gradually reduced from the middle part to two ends, the inner diameter of the sleeve ring 8 is smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the conversion barrel 4, the plastic film bag 9 is firmly pressed on the conversion barrel 4 by the sleeve ring 8 in the movement process), then the connecting rod 3 is rotated, the first screwed part 3.1 is connected with the first nut 8.1, and the handle 5 is installed at the top end of the connecting rod 3 again;
