Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of washing, in particular to a door body assembly of washing equipment, the washing equipment and a control method of the door body assembly.

Background

Existing washing apparatuses in the form of a drum, such as a drum washing machine, typically have a water level in the drum that is above the lower edge of the drum during the washing process. Therefore, if the door of the washing apparatus is opened during the washing process, the water in the washing tub may overflow. In this case, if one wants to add clothes to the inside of the washing drum during the washing process, it is necessary to drain the washing water until it reaches a safe level below the lower edge of the washing drum, and then to open the door to add clothes to the inside of the washing drum. This operation is obviously water, electricity and time consuming.

To solve this problem and to facilitate the midway addition of laundry into the washing tub, washing apparatuses having a double door body have been developed in the prior art. For example, chinese patent application CN106906611A discloses a drum washing machine with double door bodies. The door body of the drum washing machine adopts a double-layer structure consisting of an inner door and an outer door. The inner door is hinged with the cabinet of the washing machine, and the upper part of the inner door is provided with a notch which can be used for adding clothes or detergent into the washing machine during washing. The outer door is hinged to the inner door. The outer door may be releasably lockable with the inner door to form one body, and the inner door may be releasably lockable to the cabinet of the washing machine. In the washing process, if a user needs to add the clothes into the washing machine, the washing water in the washing machine does not need to be drained firstly, but only the outer door needs to be opened, and then the clothes are added into the washing machine through the opening at the upper part of the inner door. The outer door and the inner door described above employ different hinge structures and these hinge structures are disposed at different locations, for example, the hinge structure of the inner door is disposed at one side of the washing machine cabinet, and the hinge structure of the outer door is disposed at the opposite side of the washing machine cabinet. The arrangement can increase the force arm borne by the inner door hinge structure when the inner door and the outer door are opened, and the inner door hinge structure can bear large tangential force, so that the fatigue damage of the inner door hinge structure is easily caused by opening and closing for many times. In addition, the addition of a separate transmission mechanism to the inner door also results in an excessively complex inner door structure.

Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new solution to the above problems.

In the preferable technical scheme of the door body assembly of the washing equipment, a sealing piece is arranged between the upper transparent window and the lower transparent window.

In a preferred aspect of the door body assembly of the washing apparatus described above, the outer doors and the inner doors may rotate in a range of 0 ° to 120 °.

In a preferred embodiment of the door assembly of the washing machine, the rotating device further includes a base plate, an outer door connecting portion and an inner door connecting portion, wherein the base plate is configured to be fixed to the washing machine, the outer door connecting portion is configured to be connected to the outer door, the inner door connecting portion is configured to be connected to the inner door, and the door shafts respectively extend through shaft passages provided on each of the base plate, the outer door connecting portion and the inner door connecting portion to rotatably fix the outer door and the inner door together.

In a preferred embodiment of the door assembly of the washing apparatus, the inner door connecting portion includes a first inner door connecting portion and a second inner door connecting portion, and in an assembled state of the rotating device, the first inner door connecting portion, the second inner door connecting portion, and the outer door connecting portion are disposed along the door axis, and the outer door connecting portion is disposed between the first inner door connecting portion and the second inner door connecting portion.

The arrangement that the outer door and the inner door share the same rotating device can ensure that the force arm and the tangential force of the rotating device cannot be increased when the outer door is rotated independently, thereby avoiding fatigue damage. In addition, the inner door is not required to be provided with a separate transmission mechanism for the outer door, so that the structure of the whole door body assembly is simpler. Further, the outer door and the inner door can be separated in an unlocking mode, so that the objects to be washed can be conveniently added into the washing equipment through the upper opening on the inner door in the washing process.

Preferably, both the inner doors and the outer doors may rotate in the range of 0 ° to 120 °, which further facilitates loading and addition of laundry.

In the assembled state, the bottom of the transparent bowl extends in the direction of the inner door 12, while the opening of the transparent bowl faces in the opposite direction towards the outside of the outer door 11. Alternatively, the opening may be semi-circular or less than semi-circular in shape. Optionally, a transparent window screen (not shown) may be provided on the outside of the outer door 11 for covering the opening of the transparent tub. Optionally, a door handle 113 (see fig. 5) is further provided on the outer side of the outer door 11 to facilitate opening of the outer door 11 or the entire door assembly. The door handle 113 may be disposed on the upper right side of the outer door 11 based on the orientation shown in fig. 5.

With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in one or more embodiments, the outer door lock structure 112 is disposed on an inner side of a top edge of the outer door 11. Alternatively, the outer door lock structure 112 may be disposed at other suitable positions on the peripheral edge of the outer door 11, such as on the inside of the bottom edge of the outer door 11. In one or more embodiments, the outer door lock structure 112 is configured as a cylindrical bolt, including but not limited to cylindrical bolts having a rectangular, square, circular, or oval cross-section. In the assembled state of the outer door 11 and the inner door 12, the latch bolt extends in the direction of the inner door 12. Alternatively, an outer door lock hole 112a, such as a square, rectangular or circular lock hole, is formed at an end of the latch bolt. Alternatively, the outer lock hole 112a may or may not extend through the deadbolt.

With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in one or more embodiments, inner door 12 is provided with an upper opening 124, a lower transparent window 121, a first door latch structure 123, and a second door latch structure 122.

As shown in FIG. 2, in one or more embodiments, the upper opening 124 is disposed at an upper portion of the inner door 12. The upper opening 124 is configured to allow an upper transparent window 111 of the outer door 11 to pass therethrough, and the upper opening 124 is shaped to mate with the upper transparent window 111. Accordingly, the upper transparent window 111 sealably closes the upper opening 124 when the outer door 11 and the inner door 12 are coupled together. The upper opening 124 is also configured to allow laundry, such as clothes, to be added into the washing apparatus through the upper opening 124 after only the outer door 11 is opened during a washing process of the washing apparatus, thereby facilitating the halfway addition of the laundry.

With continued reference to FIG. 2, in one or more embodiments, lower transparent window 121 is a transparent basin having an arcuate wall, such as may be made of glass or other suitable transparent material. When the outer door 11 and the inner door 12 are integrated, the bottom of the lower transparent window 121 extends in the same direction as the bottom of the upper transparent window 111, and the opening of the lower transparent window 121 faces the outer door 11. Optionally, the opening of the lower transparent window 121 is semicircular or more than semicircular so as to form a complete circle together with the opening of the upper transparent window 111. When the outer door 11 and the inner door 12 are integrated, the upper transparent window 111 and the lower transparent window 121 are combined together to form a substantially circular observation window 14 of the door assembly 1. The observation window 14 can be used to observe the conditions inside the washing apparatus. The transparent window screen provided on the outer door 11 may cover the entire observation window 14. Optionally, a sealing structure is also formed between upper transparent window 111 and lower transparent window 121, such as an elastic sealing bead fixed on the lower edge of upper transparent window 111, or on the upper edge of lower transparent window 121, or on both the lower edge of upper transparent window 111 and the upper edge of lower transparent window 121. This sealing structure can prevent washing water from flowing out or oozing out from between the upper transparent window 111 and the lower transparent window 121 during washing.

With continued reference to FIG. 2, in one or more embodiments, the first door lock structure 123 of the inner door 12 is configured to releasably interlock with the outer door lock structure 112. Optionally, a first door lock structure 123 is disposed at a top edge of the inner door 12 to mate with the outer door lock structure 112. Alternatively, the first door lock structure 123 and the outer door lock structure 112 may be disposed at other suitable corresponding positions of the inner door 12 and the outer door 11, respectively. When the outer door lock structure 112 is a cylinder bolt, the first door lock structure 123 is designed as a lock seat capable of holding the cylinder bolt. In one or more embodiments, an extendable and retractable locking rod (not shown) is disposed within the lock housing 123. In the locked state, the latch bolt 112 of the outer door extends into the latch base 123, and the latch bar in the latch base 123 is controlled to protrude transversely to the latch bolt 112 and to be inserted into the outer door latch hole 112a of the latch bolt 112, thereby holding the latch bolt 112 in the latch base 123. When the latch bar in the latch holder 123 is controlled to retract from the outer door latch hole 112a, the latch bolt 112 is unlocked from the latch holder 123 and thus can be removed from the latch holder 123. In this unlocked state, the outer door 11 and the inner door 12 can be rotated independently of each other.

Referring to FIG. 1, in one or more embodiments, the second door lock structure 122 of the inner door 12 is disposed on a left edge of the inner door 12 and is designed as a cylindrical bolt similar to the outer door lock structure 112. A second door lock hole 122a is formed at an end of the latch bolt 122 to extend in a transverse direction through the end or not. The locking tongue 122 may releasably interlock with a lock structure 203 provided on the cabinet of the washing apparatus 2. Thus, the lock structure 203 may be configured as a lock housing similar to the first door lock structure 123 to hold the bolt 122 in the locked state, while the second door lock aperture 122a may be used to receive a lock bar (not shown) in the lock housing 203. Alternatively, the outer door lock structure 112, the inner door first door lock structure 123, the inner door second door lock structure 122 and the lock structure 203 on the box 201 may adopt other suitable forms of lock structures that fit each other, for example, the outer door lock structure 112 takes the form of a lock holder and the inner door first door lock structure 123 takes the form of a cylindrical bolt.

Fig. 3 is a perspective view of an embodiment of a rotating device of a door body assembly of a washing machine according to the present invention, and fig. 4 is an exploded view of an embodiment of a rotating device of a door body assembly of a washing machine according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in one or more embodiments, the rotating device 13 includes a base plate 131, a door shaft 132, an outer door coupling portion 135, a first inner door coupling portion 133, and a second inner door coupling portion 134. The base plate 131 may be fixed to the cabinet 1 of the washing apparatus 2, for example, on a front side plate 204 of the cabinet 1, near the input port 202. The door shaft 132 is adapted to be mounted to the base plate 131 and may extend through the first inner door connecting portion 133, the outer door connecting portion 135, and the second inner door connecting portion 134, respectively, such that the first inner door connecting portion 133, the outer door connecting portion 135, and the second inner door connecting portion 134 are all rotatable about the door shaft 132. The first and second inner door connecting portions 133 and 134 are connected to the inner door 12 so that the inner door 12 can be rotated about the door shaft 132. The outer door coupling portion 135 is coupled to the outer door 11 so that the outer door 11 can be rotated about the door shaft 132. Therefore, the rotating means 13 has a hinge function, and the outer door 11 and the inner door 12 share the rotating means 13, so that both the outer door 11 and the inner door 12 are fixed to the cabinet 201 of the washing apparatus 2 by the rotating means 13 without separately hinging the outer door 11 to the inner door 12. This arrangement not only avoids the increased force arm and increased tangential force that the inner door hinge bears when the outer door 11 and the inner door 12 are opened due to the use of different hinge devices, but also simplifies the structure of the entire door assembly.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in one or more embodiments, the base plate 131 is formed as a generally arcuate, elongated flat plate. Alternatively, screw holes 313a and 313b are provided on both longitudinal ends of the elongated flat plate, respectively, for fixing the base plate 131 to the cabinet 201 of the washing apparatus 2. Alternatively, the base plate 131 may be fixed to the case 201 by other suitable means, such as by welding. In one or more embodiments, a first arm 311 and a second arm 312 are formed on a side of the base plate 131 facing away from the tank 201. Alternatively, the first arm portion 311 and the second arm portion 312 are identically configured and symmetrically arranged on both longitudinal sides of the base plate 131 with respect to the center of the base plate 131. The first and second arm portions 311, 312 extend first substantially perpendicularly outwardly from the base plate 131 a first predetermined distance (which may be determined based on actual size requirements), however are bent substantially 90 ° and extend substantially parallel to the base plate 131 a second predetermined distance. Alternatively, the second predetermined distance may be close to the lateral width of the substrate 131, and may also be determined based on actual size requirements. A first shaft passage 311a is formed through the tip of the first arm portion 311, and a second shaft passage 312a is formed through the tip of the second arm portion 312. The first shaft passage 311a and the second shaft passage 312a are aligned with each other and located on the same axis. The door shaft 132 may thus extend through the first shaft passage 311a and the second shaft passage 312a and may be retained therein.

Referring to FIG. 4, in one or more embodiments, the first inner door connecting portion 133 and the second inner door connecting portion 134 are both secured to the inner door 12 and are both configured in a columnar configuration having a generally semi-elliptical cross-section. The first inner door connecting portion 133 is formed with an inner door shaft passage 331. The inner door shaft passage 331 extends longitudinally along the first inner door connecting portion 133 and penetrates the first inner door connecting portion 133. Similarly, an inner door shaft passage (not shown) is also formed on the second inner door connecting portion 134. In the assembled state, the inner door shaft passage on the first inner door connecting portion 133 and the inner door shaft passage on the second inner door connecting portion 134 are aligned with each other and are located on the same axis as the first shaft passage 311a and the second shaft passage 312a on the base plate 131. Accordingly, the door shaft 132 may extend through the first shaft passage 311a, the second shaft passage 312a, the inner door shaft passage 331 on the first inner door connecting portion 133, and the inner door shaft passage on the second inner door connecting portion 134, respectively. Alternatively, the inner door 12 may use only one suitable inner door connection.

With continued reference to FIG. 4, in one or more embodiments, the outer door attachment portion 135 is integrally formed with the outer door 11, such as by injection molding. Alternatively, the outer door coupling portion 135 may be a part formed separately from the outer door 11 and may be fixed to the outer door 11. As shown in fig. 4, the outer door coupling portion 135 protrudes from the outer door 11 toward the base plate 131, and an outer door shaft passage 351 penetrating the end is formed on the end. In an assembled state, the first and second inner door connecting portions 133 and 134 are located at both sides of the outer door connecting portion 135 in the longitudinal direction, respectively, and the first and second inner door connecting portions 133, 134 and 135 are all interposed between the first and second arm portions 311 and 312 of the base plate 131. Further, in the assembled state, the outer door shaft passage 351, the inner door shaft passages on the first and second inner door connecting portions 133 and 134, and the first and second shaft passages 311a and 312a on the base plate 131 are aligned with each other, all on the same axis. Accordingly, the door shaft 132 may extend through the first shaft passage 311a, the inner door shaft passage 331 of the first inner door connecting portion 133, the outer door shaft passage 351, the inner door shaft passage of the second inner door connecting portion 134, and the second shaft passage 312a in sequence. Both the outer door 11 and the inner door 12 are thus free to rotate about the door axis 132.

Fig. 5 is a schematic perspective view of an embodiment of the washing apparatus of the present invention with the door assembly in a locked state, fig. 6 is a schematic perspective view of an embodiment of the washing apparatus of the present invention with the door assembly in an unlocked state, and fig. 7 is a schematic perspective view of an embodiment of the washing apparatus of the present invention with the outer door of the door assembly in an unlocked state. In one or more embodiments, the washing apparatus 2 of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, a drum washing machine. The drum washing machine comprises the door body assembly 1 of the invention. The door assembly 1 may be fixed to the front plate 204 of the cabinet 201.

As shown in fig. 5, when the door body assembly 1 is in the locked state, the first lock structure 123 on the inner door 12 and the outer lock structure 112 (see fig. 2) on the outer door 11 are in the interlocked state, and the inner door 12 and the outer door 11 are integrated; the second lock structure 122 (see fig. 1) on the inner door 12 is also interlocked with the lock structure 203 (see fig. 2) on the front side panel 204. Therefore, the input port 202 of the front side plate 204 is hermetically closed by the door assembly 1, thereby allowing the drum washing machine to perform washing and the like.

As shown in fig. 6, when the door assembly 1 is in the unlocked state, the second locking structure 122 (see fig. 1) on the inner door 12 is unlocked from the locking structure 203 (see fig. 2) on the front side plate 204 to allow the door assembly 1 to be rotated away from the input port 202, so as to facilitate loading laundry (e.g., clothes) into the drum washing machine from the input port 202 or taking out the laundry that has been washed clean. The door body assembly 1 can rotate within the range of 0-120 degrees. In the case that the door body assembly 1 is in the unlocked state, the first lock structure 123 on the inner door 12 and the outer lock structure 112 on the outer door 11 are still in the interlocked state, so that the inner door 12 and the outer door 11 are still integrated.

As shown in fig. 7, in the case where the outer door 11 of the door assembly 1 is in the unlocked state, the first lock structure 123 on the inner door 12 is unlocked from the outer lock structure 112 on the outer door 11, so that the outer door 11 can be rotated away from the inner door 12, thereby exposing the upper opening 124 on the inner door 12. The outer doors 11 are rotatable within a range of 0-120 °. The second lock structure 122 on the inner door 12 and the lock structure 203 on the front panel 204 are still interlocked. This situation usually occurs when the laundry needs to be added halfway.

The control method of the washing equipment relates to the control of any door body assembly 1. When the washing equipment enters a water inlet stage and a subsequent washing stage, the door body assembly 1 is locked on the washing equipment (the inner door and the outer door are both in a locked state). In one or more embodiments, when the water inlet step in the washing stage is completed and the water level in the washing tub reaches the washing standard, if the washing apparatus receives a pause command, the control method controls the washing apparatus to unlock the outer door 11 and the inner door 12, i.e., the first lock structure 123 on the inner door 12 is unlocked from the outer door lock structure 112 on the outer door 11, so that the outer door 11 can be rotated away from the inner door 12 to expose the upper opening 124 on the inner door 12, so as to add laundry, such as laundry to be washed, into the washing apparatus 2 through the upper opening 124 of the inner door 12.

So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Without departing from the principle of the invention, a person skilled in the art may combine technical features from different embodiments, and may make equivalent changes or substitutions for related technical features, and such changes or substitutions will fall within the scope of the invention.
