Background

Wind energy is increasingly regarded by human beings as a clean and harmless renewable energy source. Compared with land wind energy, offshore wind energy resources not only have higher wind speed, but also are far away from a coastline, are not influenced by a noise limit value, and allow the unit to be manufactured in a larger scale.

The offshore wind power foundation is a key place for supporting the whole offshore wind power machine, the cost accounts for 20-25% of the investment of the whole offshore wind power, the offshore wind power foundation generally requires the service life of more than 20 years, but because a fan of the offshore wind power foundation needs to bear the wind force in the main wind direction, the force received by the fan is downwards transmitted to the pile foundation, the wind force borne by the pile foundation is much larger than the force of water flow waves, so that the problems that the pile foundation is unstable, the pile foundation inclines and is even knocked down are easily caused, and the service life of the offshore wind power foundation is seriously influenced.

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.

1-4, an offshore wind power suction canister foundation according to an embodiment of the invention.

An offshore wind power suction canister foundation according to an embodiment of the invention comprises a suction canister 1, a column 2 and a wind turbine (not shown in the figure).

The suction tube 1 is buried in the sea bed with its top end face exposed from the sea bed, and the outer circumferential profile of the cross section of the suction tube 1 is elliptical. As can be known to those skilled in the art that the suction tube 1 is buried in the seabed, the installation principle of the suction tube 1 is similar to that of a cupping glass, after the suction tube 1 is placed on the surface of the seabed, seawater in the suction tube 1 is sucked out by a water pump, the pressure in the suction tube 1 is reduced, and the suction tube 1 gradually sinks to a preset depth under the action of the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the suction tube 1.

The bottom of the upright post 2 is connected with the suction tube 1. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1-2, the upright 2 is mounted above the suction tube 1.

The fan is arranged at the top end of the upright post 2 and comprises an impeller, and the extension direction of the rotation center line of the impeller is the same as the extension direction of the long axis of the ellipse. Specifically, the extending direction of the rotation center line of the impeller is defined as a main wind direction, and the major axis of the elliptical suction tube 1 extends in the main wind direction.

According to the offshore wind power suction cylinder foundation 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the peripheral outline of the cross section of the suction cylinder 1 is oval, and the oval shape has a bias flow line type, so that the oval shape can more effectively reduce the impact effect of fluid on the surface of the suction cylinder than a common round shape, the oval suction cylinder 1 is stronger in stability, can bear stronger impact force of sea wind, prevent the suction cylinder 1 from inclining or falling down under the impact force of the sea wind, and prolong the service life of the offshore wind power suction cylinder foundation 100.

According to the offshore wind power suction tube foundation 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the extending direction of the rotating center line of the impeller is the same as the extending direction of the long axis of the ellipse, so that the long axis of the ellipse is consistent with the main wind direction, the impact of the main wind direction on the suction tube 1 can be reduced, and the stability of the suction tube 1 is ensured.

In some embodiments, the ratio of the length of the major axis of the ellipse to the length of the minor axis is greater than 1 and less than or equal to 5.

In some embodiments, the major axis of the ellipse is 20m to 100m in length. The length of the major axis of the ellipse can be any value of 20m, 30m, 40m, 50m, 60m, 70m, 80m, 90m and 100 m.

In some embodiments, the minor axis of the ellipse is 4m-100m in length. . The length of the minor axis of the ellipse can be selected from any value of 4m, 10m, 20m, 30m, 40m, 50m, 60m, 70m, 80m, 90m and 100 m.

In some embodiments, the central axis of the upright 2 is collinear with the central axis of the suction tube 1. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the central axis of the upright column 2 coincides with the central axis of the suction tube 1 in the vertical direction, so that the upright column 2 is located at the center of the suction tube 1, the suction tube 1 is prevented from being inclined when being installed, and the installation efficiency of the suction tube 1 is improved.

In some embodiments, the peripheral outline of the cross section of the column 2 is elliptical, and the long axis of the peripheral outline of the cross section of the column 2 extends in the same direction as the rotation center line of the impeller. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1-2, the outer peripheral surface of the upright column 2 is an oval shape (not shown in the drawings), and the long axis of the oval upright column 2 extends along the wind direction of the main wind direction, so that the upright column 2 has the capability of resisting sea wind impact, and the service life of the offshore wind power suction cylinder foundation 100 is further prolonged.

In some embodiments, offshore wind power suction cylinder foundation 100 includes a plurality of support columns 3, the bottom ends of support columns 3 are connected with the top end of suction cylinder 1, the top ends of support columns 3 are connected with the peripheral wall of upright column 2, and a plurality of support columns 3 are arranged around upright column 2 at intervals. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a plurality of support columns 3 are arranged at intervals along the outer circumferential surface of the column 2, the lower ends of the support columns 3 are connected to the upper end surface of the suction tube 1, and the upper ends of the support columns 3 are fixed to the outer circumferential side of the column 2, so that the stability of the column 2 is further improved by the plurality of support columns 3.

In some embodiments, the centers of the bottom ends of the plurality of support posts 3 are distributed along the circumference of the first ellipse 4, and the major axis of the first ellipse 4 extends in the extending direction of the rotation center line of the impeller. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the plurality of support columns 3 include two first support columns 31 and a plurality of second support columns 32, the lower ends of the two first support columns 31 are respectively disposed at two ends of the major axis of the first ellipse 4, and the lower ends of the plurality of second support columns 32 are spaced along the direction of the first ellipse 4, because the ellipse has a bias current line type, the impact of the fluid on the surface of the ellipse can be more effectively reduced than that of a common circle, the stability of the offshore wind power suction cylinder foundation 100 is further improved by the support columns 3 arranged in the shape of the first ellipse 4, and the impact of the offshore wind power suction cylinder foundation 100 can be further improved.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the suction cylinder 1 includes an elliptical cylinder 11 and a top plate 12, the central axis of the elliptical cylinder 11 extends in a vertical direction, and the top plate 12 is connected to the top of the elliptical cylinder 11 to define a suction bin 14 with a downward opening. The offshore wind power suction cylinder foundation 100 extends in the vertical direction through the central axis of the elliptical cylinder 11, so that the suction cylinder 1 is not inclined, and the installation efficiency of the suction cylinder 1 is ensured.

In some embodiments, the suction cartridge 1 further comprises a plurality of vertically arranged bin dividing plates 13, the bin dividing plates 13 being arranged within the suction bin 14 so as to divide the suction bin 14 into a plurality of sub-bins 141. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the plurality of bin dividing plates 13 are disposed along the inner circumferential surface of the suction bin 14 at intervals to divide the suction bin 14 into a plurality of sub-bins 141, so that seawater in the plurality of sub-bins 141 can be simultaneously extracted, and the installation efficiency of the suction tube 1 is further improved.
