Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.

Referring now to fig. 1-4, an offshore wind power multi-pile foundation 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described, comprising a plurality of pile foundations 1, a cap 2 and a wind turbine (not shown).

A plurality of pile foundations 1 are arranged at intervals. As can be seen by those skilled in the art, the conventional pile foundations 1 are hollow cylindrical structures, and the sea bed surface is the interface between seawater and underwater sand. One part of the pile foundation 1 is positioned in the sea water above the sea bed surface, and the other part of the pile foundation 1 is buried in the sand below the sea bed surface, so that the pile foundation 1 is fixed on the sea.

The top end of each pile foundation 1 is connected with the bottom of the bearing platform 2, and the centers of the bottom ends of the pile foundations 1 are positioned on the same horizontal plane and distributed along the circumference of the first ellipse 4. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of pile foundations 1 are arranged on the lower end face of a bearing platform 2 at intervals along the circumferential direction of the bearing platform 2, the upper ends of the plurality of pile foundations 1 are connected with the bearing platform 2, and the lower ends of the plurality of pile foundations 1 are arranged at intervals along the direction of a first ellipse 4 along the center of the face.

The fan is arranged on the top of the bearing platform 2 and comprises an impeller, the extending direction of the rotating center line of the impeller is a first direction, and the long axis of the first ellipse 4 extends along the first direction. Specifically, the first direction is defined as a main wind direction, the rotation center line direction of the impeller extends toward the main wind direction, and the major axis of the first ellipse 4 extends in the wind direction of the main wind direction.

According to the offshore wind power multi-pile foundation 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of pile foundations 1 are arranged along the direction of the first ellipse 4, the ellipse shape has a bias current line type, the impact effect of fluid on the surface of the pile foundations 1 can be more effectively reduced than that of a common circle shape, the stability of the pile foundations 1 arranged in the ellipse shape is stronger, the impact force of stronger sea wind can be borne, the pile foundations 1 are prevented from inclining or falling under the impact force of the sea wind, and the service life of the offshore wind power multi-pile foundation 100 is prolonged.

According to the offshore wind power multi-pile foundation 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the long axis of the first ellipse 4 extends along the first direction, so that the long axis of the ellipse is consistent with the main wind direction, the impact of the main wind direction on the pile foundation 1 can be reduced, and the stability of the pile foundation 1 is ensured.

In some embodiments, the pile foundation 1 extends from the bottom of the cap 2 downwards and in a direction away from the central axis of the cap 2. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3-4, the central axes of the multiple pile foundations 1 extend outward along the inside and outside directions of the bearing platform 2, so that the multiple pile foundations can be conveniently inserted into gravels buried below the surface of the sea bed, and the stability of the offshore wind power multiple pile foundation 100 is improved.

In some embodiments, the centers of the top ends of the pile foundations 1 are located on the same horizontal plane and distributed along the circumference of the second ellipse 5, and the major axis of the second ellipse 5 extends in the first direction. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the upper ends of the plurality of pile foundations 1 are arranged at intervals along the center of the plane in the direction of the second ellipse 5, so that the plurality of pile foundations 1 are arranged in an ellipse by the first ellipse 4 and the second ellipse 5.

In some embodiments, the eccentricities of the first ellipse 4 and the second ellipse 5 are equal, and the projections of the center of the first ellipse 4 and the center of the second ellipse 5 on the horizontal plane coincide. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the ratio of the semi-focal length to the semi-major axis of the first ellipse 4 is equal to the ratio of the semi-focal length to the semi-major axis of the second ellipse 5, that is, the first ellipse 4 and the second ellipse 5 are similar ellipses, so that the difficulty in mounting and manufacturing the offshore wind power multi-pile foundation 100 is reduced, and the pit sea wind impact capability of the offshore wind power multi-pile foundation 100 is improved.

In some embodiments, the projection of the first ellipse 4 in the horizontal plane surrounds the projection of the platform 2 in the horizontal plane. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, in the projection plane orthogonal to the up-down direction, the projection of the platform 2 in the projection plane is located in the first ellipse 4, so that the arrangement of the offshore wind power multi-pile foundation 100 is more reasonable.

In some embodiments, the peripheral profile of the cross-section of the platform 2 is elliptical, with the major axis of the ellipse extending in a first direction. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the long axis of the bearing platform 2 extends along the main wind direction, so that the stability of the offshore wind power multi-pile foundation 100 is further improved, and the capability of the offshore wind power multi-pile foundation 100 for resisting sea wind impact is improved.

In some embodiments, the platform 2 is an elliptical cylinder, and the central axis of the platform 2 extends in a vertical direction (up and down as shown in fig. 1-2). Therefore, the bearing platform 2 has certain stability and the capability of pit sea wind impact, and the design of the bearing platform 2 is more reasonable.

In some embodiments, the offshore wind power multi-pile foundation 100 further comprises a tower 3, the tower 3 is mounted on the top of the bearing platform 2, and the wind turbine is mounted on the top end of the tower 3. Specifically, tower section of thick bamboo 3 is established on the up end of cushion cap 2, and the fan passes through tower section of thick bamboo 3 and installs on cushion cap 2 to the installation manufacturing degree of difficulty of fan has been reduced.

In some embodiments the centre axis of the pile foundation 1 is at an angle of 30-90 ° to the horizontal. Specifically, the included angle between the central axis of the pile foundation 1 and the horizontal plane may be any one of angles of 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, 75 °, 80 °, 85 °, and 90 °.

In some embodiments, the major axis of the first ellipse 4 extends in the wind direction of the main wind direction, so that the major axis direction of the first ellipse 4 is subjected to a large impact force by the sea wind, and therefore, in some embodiments, the pile foundation 1 includes the first pile foundation 1 and the second pile foundation 1 opposite to each other on the major axis of the first ellipse 4. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the first pile foundation 1 is arranged at the left end of the first ellipse 4, and the second pile foundation 1 is arranged at the right end of the first ellipse 4, thereby further improving the stability and the pit wind impact capability of the offshore wind power multi-pile foundation 100.

In some embodiments, the ratio of the length of the major axis to the length of the minor axis of the first ellipse 4 is greater than 1 and less than or equal to 5.

In some embodiments, the length of the major axis of the first ellipse 4 is 10m to 80m, and the length of the minor axis of the first ellipse 4 is 2m to 80m, specifically, the length of the major axis of the first ellipse 4 may be selected from: 2m, 10m, 20m, 30m, 40m, 50m, 60m, 70m, 80 m. The length of the minor axis of the first ellipse 4 may be selected to be any one of 2m, 10m, 20m, 30m, 40m, 50m, 60m, 70m, 80 m.
