Background

The existing shower device provides a water supply interface through a shower faucet fixed on a wall surface or installed in the wall body, a top shower head is fixed on the top of the head of a human body through a shower column, and a handheld shower head is placed through a shower head seat fixed on the shower column or the wall. This kind of mode requires the user to carry out bathroom fitment with cold and hot water pipe pre-buried in the wall body in advance, has increased bathroom construction cost and degree of difficulty. And meanwhile, the shower water outlet device does not use electricity generally by considering safety factors. This places many limitations on the intelligence and versatility of the overall shower.

Disclosure of Invention

Preferably, the waterway outlet positioned at the top of the bathroom is a water outlet of the control box main body, and a waterway communicated with the water inlet joint and the water outlet joint is arranged in the rod body.

Preferably, the visible part is also provided with a shower seat for placing the handheld shower head, and the handheld shower head is connected to the water outlet connector through a hose.

According to the above description of the present application, compared with the prior art, the present application has the following beneficial effects:

1. the handheld shower head is connected with and fixed in a water path by means of a rod body extending out of the top of the bathroom, and is completely independent of a wall body, and any water pipe can not be embedded in the wall body. Under the normal use state, the user can see the rod body below the suspended ceiling and the attachments on the rod body, and the bathroom is novel and simple in layout.

2. Hide the shower control box at the bathroom top, the bathroom overall arrangement is more succinct, and conveniently carries out the dismouting maintenance.

3. The handheld shower head is placed on the rod body, and is different from the mode that the existing handheld shower head is placed along the wall, the wall body part of the bathroom is more concise, and the water outlet direction of the handheld shower head is more diversified.

Detailed Description

In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the following detailed description will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the bathroom has an isolation device 200 (e.g., a ceiling) mounted on the top of the bathroom, the isolation device 200 having a height of isolation from the top of the bathroom. A water path and an electric wire connector (not shown) are provided in the isolated space, and a heating device 300 (e.g., an electric water heater) in the bathroom is preferably disposed in the isolated space in whole or in part.

The shower device comprises a handheld shower head 10, a rod body 20 and a top shower 40, wherein the rod body 20 vertically extends downwards from the top of a bathroom, the rod body 20 is provided with an invisible part 21 positioned in an isolated space and a visible part 22 positioned below the isolated space, the rod body 20 is fixed in the isolated space through the invisible part (such as being fixed with the top of the bathroom or a wall body in the isolated space), and the rod body 20 can also be directly fixed in the isolated device 200 through a connecting component. The mast body 20 may be mounted against a wall or suspended. The invisible part is provided with a water inlet connector for guiding the water at the top of the bathroom to the hand-held shower head 10, for this purpose, the visible part 22 of the rod body is provided with a water outlet connector 24 for connecting with a shower hose, a water passage for communicating the water inlet connector and the water outlet connector 24 is arranged in the rod body 20, the hand-held shower head 10 is connected to the other end of the shower hose and placed on a shower head seat 23, and the shower head seat 23 is fixed on the visible part of the rod body. In normal use, the user can only see the rod body below the suspended ceiling and the attachments on the rod body.

To facilitate control of the hand-held shower, the shower apparatus has a shower control box 30, the shower control box 30 having a cold water inlet 301, a hot water inlet 302 and a mixed water outlet 303, the hot water inlet 302 being connected to the outlet of the heating apparatus to supply the hot water required by the shower control box 30. The mixed water outlet 303 may be connected to the water inlet fitting of the wand via a hose to provide mixed water to the hand shower 10. The top shower 40 may be directly hung on the partition or fixed in other ways, the shower panel of the top shower faces downward, and the inlet of the top shower may be connected to the mixed water outlet 303 of the shower control box 30 through a hose. The shower control box 30 includes a control box main body portion 31 and a user operating portion 32. The control box main body portion is provided in an isolated space at the top of the bathroom, and the user operating portion 32 is provided under the isolating device 200, the user operating portion 32 being electrically connected to the control box main body portion 31. The user operating portion 32 is provided at the lever body in this embodiment for user operation, and the user operating portion 32 is connected to the control box main body portion 31 through a wire 33 which is inserted through the lever body 20. In order to separate water from electricity in the rod body, a water pipe is sleeved in the rod body 20. As for the internal structure of the control box main body, it can be a common water mixing structure capable of controlling temperature and flow, and the description is not repeated here.

In this embodiment, the shaft 20 is cylindrical, the user operating portion 32 is a knob, and the knob 32 is configured to be integrated with the bottom end of the shaft 20 and has the same diameter as the shaft 20. The user operation portion 32 includes a temperature control knob 34 and a water discharge control knob 35. A temperature control knob 34 and a water outlet control knob 35 are arranged axially along the stem 20. The temperature of the mixed water of the shower control box 30 can be adjusted by rotating the temperature control knob, so that the water temperature of the outlet water of the handheld shower head 10 or the top shower 40 can be adjusted. The water outlet control knob is rotated to control the opening and closing of the water outlet of the shower control box 30, if the water outlet is rotated to the left, the first mixed water outlet is opened to supply water to the handheld shower head, and the water outlet flow is increased when the water outlet control knob is rotated continuously; and (4) rotating rightwards, opening a second mixed water outlet to supply water to the top spraying, and increasing the water outlet flow rate when the rotation is continued. Of course, the user operation part may also include a mobile user terminal, such as a remote controller, a mobile phone, a tablet, etc., wirelessly connected to the control box main body.

The shower device further comprises a projection assembly 50, wherein the projection assembly is used for projecting shower water temperature and flow information onto a wall body, and a user can conveniently acquire the information for interaction. The projection assembly 50 is disposed in the rod 20 and electrically connected to the shower control box 30, on one hand, it is electrically connected to the control box main body 31 to obtain the water temperature and flow information of the control box main body 31, and on the other hand, it is also electrically connected to the user operation portion 32 to obtain the user operation information to start projection. Specifically, the water outlet control knob 35 is rotated, the projection assembly is automatically turned on, and the current water volume and water temperature information is projected and displayed on the wall surface.

Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the electrical and electrical connections of the shower apparatus of this embodiment, the cold water outlet at the top of the bathroom is supplied to the heating means and the control box main body portion, the hot water heated by the heating means flows to the control box main body portion, the hot and cold water is mixed by the control box main body portion, and the mixed water is controlled by the user operation portion to flow to the top shower and/or the rod body which supplies the mixed water to the hand shower.
