The arm-bending type awning is characterized by comprising a rear beam fixed on a wall, at least one bending arm, a front edge and awning cloth, wherein the awning cloth is connected between the rear beam and the front edge, the front end of the bending arm is connected with the front edge, the front side of the rear beam is provided with a base, the rear end of the bending arm is provided with a rotating part, the rotating part is connected on the base in a shaft-to-shaft mode, and the rotating part rotates around the base in a pitching direction to adjust the pitching angle of the awning.

2. A bell crank-type awning as claimed in claim 1, wherein said rear beam is secured to the wall by at least one wall mount, said wall mount comprising a vertical member for abutting the wall and a transverse member for supporting the rear beam.

3. A bell crank type awning as claimed in claim 1, wherein said rear beam comprises an upper and a lower housing, an inner cavity between said upper and lower housings for receiving a winding assembly for winding or releasing said awning cloth.

4. A bell crank type awning as claimed in claim 1, wherein said winding unit comprises a motor and a winding drum driven by the motor for winding the awning cloth.

5. A bell crank type awning as claimed in claim 1, wherein said crank arm comprises a first arm and a second arm hinged to each other, the first arm being coupled at its front end to the front edge and the second arm being coupled at its rear end to said pivotal member.

6. A sunshade according to claim 1, wherein said base member is provided with a coupling portion, said coupling portion being fixed to said lower shell member, and a front end of said coupling portion abutting against an underside of said transverse limiting portion of said vertical member.

A bell crank type awning as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pivotal member is a pivotal frame, said base has a pivotal shaft therein, said pivotal frame has an angle adjusting pin, a center of pivotal connection of said pivotal frame to said base is offset from a center of pivotal connection of said pivotal shaft to said base, a front end of said angle adjusting pin is threaded through said pivotal shaft, an outer end of said angle adjusting pin is located in a through hole of a base plate of said pivotal frame, and said pivotal angle adjusting pin is adapted to adjust a tilt angle of said pivotal frame to said base.

A bell crank type awning as claimed in claim 7, wherein the base includes two engaging lugs, the pivot shaft passes transversely through the two engaging lugs, two side portions of the pivoting frame are pivotally connected to the two engaging lugs by pivot pins, and the pivot pins are disposed parallel to the pivot shaft.

A crank arm type awning as claimed in claim 8, wherein the side of the rotary frame is provided with a first coupling seat having a first vertical through hole, the rear end of the crank arm is provided with a second coupling seat having a second vertical through hole, and the first coupling seat and the second coupling seat are coupled to each other by a vertical pin.

Background

Outdoor awnings are installed in balconies, yards or public leisure areas to block rainwater or strong light. The awning comprises a shutter type awning, a backdrop type awning and a crank type awning.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the description is illustrative only, and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.

It should be noted that: like reference numerals refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it may not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 6, the awning 100 of crank arm type includes a rear beam 102 for fixing to a wall, a crank arm 30, a front edge 101 and an awning cloth 40, preferably, the crank arm 30 may be provided in two, and both ends of the crank arm 30 are installed at both end positions of the rear beam 102 and the front edge 101; the awning cloth 40 is coupled between a rear beam 102 and a front edge 101, the front end of the crank arm 30 is coupled to the front edge 101, the base 20 is arranged at the front side of the rear beam 102, a rotating part 60 is arranged at the rear end of the crank arm 30, the rotating part 60 is pivoted on the base 20, and the rotating part 60 rotates around the base 20 in the pitching direction to adjust the pitching angle of the awning.

The front end of the crank arm 30 is connected with the front edge 101, the rear end of the crank arm 30 is provided with a rotating part 60, the rotating part 60 is connected with the base 20 on the front side of the rear beam 102 in an axial mode, and the rotating part 60 can rotate up and down around the base 20; the two ends of the awning cloth 40 are connected between the rear beam 102 and the front edge 101, and the pitch angle of the awning can be adjusted by rotating the rotating part 60; thereby making the user adjust the pitch angle of the sunshade more convenient.

The back beam 102 is fixed on the wall through the wall seats 103, and the two wall seats 103 can be arranged at the positions close to the two ends of the back side of the back beam 102 respectively, so as to enhance the fixing strength and stability between the back beam 102 and the wall. The wall base 103 includes a vertical member 103a to be closely attached to the wall and a horizontal member 103b supported by the back beam 102.

The rear beam 102 includes an upper shell 102c and a lower shell 102d, an inner cavity G between the upper shell 102c and the lower shell 102d to mount the rolling assembly 50, and the rolling assembly 50 to roll or release the tarpaulin 40.

The winding assembly 50 includes a motor and a winding drum driven by the motor to wind the tent cloth 40. The motor is activated to drive the winding or releasing drum to wind the tarpaulin 40.

The crank arm 30 includes a first arm 30a and a second arm 30b hinged to each other, a front end of the first arm 30a being coupled to the front edge 101, and a rear end of the second arm 30b being coupled to the rotating member 60.

The crank arm 30 includes a first arm 30a and a second arm 30b coupled to each other with an elastic member interposed between the first arm 30a and the second arm 30 b. The crank arm 30 after being folded and stored can be unfolded outward by the elastic force of the elastic member. More specifically, the crank arm 30 is always subjected to an outward-spreading elastic force under the action of the elastic member; therefore, after the crank arm 30 in the technical scheme is folded, the storage state can be kept in the storage space through the buckle assembly, and the fixing function of the buckle assembly can overcome the restoring elasticity of the elastic piece.

In the actual use process, a user pushes the front edge 101 inwards to drive the crank arm 30 to fold inwards, and the front edge 101 or the crank arm 30 keeps a stable storage state through the buckle assembly after being folded completely; when the crank arm 30 needs to be unfolded, the buckle assembly is released, and the crank arm 30 is unfolded outwards under the restoring elasticity of the elastic piece, so that the front edge 101 is further pushed to be unfolded outwards. The folding or unfolding of the crank arm 30 is realized under the cooperation of the elastic member and the buckle assembly.

As shown in fig. 4, 5, 7 to 9, the base 20 is provided with a coupling portion 22, the coupling portion 22 is fixed to the lower shell 102d, and a front end a1 of the coupling portion 22 abuts against a lower side of a lateral defining portion b1 of the vertical member 103 b. When the rotating member 60 rotates downward, the front end a1 of the coupling portion 22 of the base 20 abuts against the lower side of the lateral limiting portion b1, and the limiting portion serves as a stress point to lift and pull the awning which rotates downward by a certain amount, so that the stress between the rear end of the crank arm 30 and the rotating member 60 is relieved.

In addition, when the crank arm 30 needs to be stored, the user lifts the front edge 101 and folds the crank arm 30 inwards, and the user lifts the front edge 101 and simultaneously drives the rotating part 60 to rotate upwards to a horizontal state; when the crank arm 30 is completely folded, the front edge 101 and the rear beam 102 are fixed by a fixing component to prevent the crank arm 30 from being unfolded accidentally.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the rotating member 60 is a rotating frame K, a rotating shaft X is provided in the base 20, an angle adjusting nail T is provided on the rotating frame K, a coupling center of the rotating frame K on the base 20 is offset from a coupling center of the rotating shaft X in the base 20, a front end of the angle adjusting nail T passes through the rotating shaft X in a threaded manner, an outer end of the angle adjusting nail T is located in a through hole K2 of a bottom plate K1 of the rotating frame K, and the rotating angle adjusting nail T can adjust a tilt angle of the rotating frame K and the base 20.

The angle adjusting nail T is threaded on the rotating shaft X, the front edge 101 is lifted up and down to drive the crank arm 30 to move up and down, and when the awning is adjusted to the required pitching position, the angle adjusting nail T is rotated to move inside and outside to a proper position to match different pitching angles of the awning. More specifically, when the angle adjusting nail T is rotated outwards, the angle adjusting nail T is matched with the awning of which the angle is adjusted downwards; when the angle adjusting nail T rotates inwards, the angle adjusting nail T can be matched with the awning with the upward angle adjusting function.

Preferably, the outer end of the angle adjusting nail T is a limiting end, the inner side of the upper end of the through hole K2 of the rotating frame K is correspondingly provided with a limiting block, and the limiting end and the limiting block are matched to form a limiting stress point so as to share the stress between the angle adjusting nail T and the threaded hole when the awning bends downwards. The angle adjusting nail T is connected with the through hole k2 in a threaded manner, and the effect is also to decompose the force applied to the angle adjusting nail T when the awning adjusts the angle downwards. As shown in fig. 5, the base 20 includes two coupling lugs 21, the rotation axis X transversely passes through the two coupling lugs 21, both side portions of the rotating frame K are coupled to the two coupling lugs 21 by shaft pins K3, and the shaft pins K3 are disposed in parallel with the rotation axis X. The side of the rotating frame K is provided with a first bearing seat 71 with a first vertical through hole 71a, the rear end of the crank arm 30 is provided with a second bearing seat 72 with a second vertical through hole 72a, and the first bearing seat 71 and the second bearing seat 72 are mutually coupled through a vertical pin 73.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the coupling portion 22 includes an arc-shaped receiving groove 22a for receiving the winding assembly 50, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 22b are disposed in the arc-shaped receiving groove 22 a.

As shown in fig. 10 to 13, the second arm 30b of the crank arm 30 is provided with a movable stopper pin 80, and when the crank arm 30 is unfolded, the movable stopper pin 80 is pressed above the angle adjusting pin T to limit the angle adjusting pin T from moving upward; when the crank arm 30 is closed, the movable stopper pin 80 is separated from the angle adjusting pin T.

Preferably, a fixed limiting plate 90 is disposed on the second shaft-connecting seat 72, and the movable limiting nail 80 is movably coupled to the fixed limiting plate 90. When the fixed stopper 90 rotates following the rear end of the crank arm, the movable stopper 80 moves in the stopper passage K4 of the rotating frame K. Specifically, one end of the movable limiting nail 80 is bent upward to form a limiting portion 81, and the limiting portion 81 penetrates and is fixed in the limiting hole 91 of the fixed limiting piece 90.
