8. A resilient valve seat according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the annular body has an abutment surface adapted to the ball, and wherein the hollow ring has a first thickness between its inner wall and the abutment surface.

9. A resilient valve seat according to claim 1, wherein the cross-section of the annular body is C-shaped, O-shaped, octagonal, oval or square.

10. A ball valve comprising a ball and a resilient seat according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the annular body of the resilient seat having an abutment surface adapted to the ball.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of valve production, in particular to an elastic valve seat and a ball valve.

Background

Ball valves are a new type of valve that has been widely used in recent years. The ball valve is divided into a soft seal ball valve and a metal hard seal ball valve. The sealing grade of the soft sealing ball valve is higher than that of the metal hard sealing ball valve. But the soft seal ball valve has strict requirements on temperature and is not suitable for the working condition of overhigh temperature. Therefore, under high temperature conditions, a metal hard sealing ball valve is required, and the sealing performance of the metal hard sealing ball valve can reach the same sealing grade as that of a soft sealing ball valve.

To solve this problem, orbital ball valves are widely used in various devices of the prior art. The track ball valve is a single-valve-seat bidirectional sealing ball valve, the valve seat adopts a hollow O-shaped metal ring structure, the O-shaped metal ring structure belongs to a metal hard sealing ball valve, and the elasticity of the valve seat is increased while certain hardness is ensured, so that the sealing grade is further improved, the hard metal collision sealing condition between the valve seat and a ball body is reduced, and the sealing property of the valve seat is enhanced.

However, when the media is particles, direct contact occurs between the valve seat, the valve ball and the hard particles. For ball valves, the valve seat of the hollow "O-ring" metal ring structure is less hard and wear first occurs on the valve seat. The long-term impact and grinding of the hard particles can increase the roughness of the surface of the valve seat, finally reduce the sealing performance of the valve seat and even cause the internal leakage of the valve to cause the failure of the shutoff. In the actual use process, the operation and maintenance cost of the production device caused by the reduction of the sealing performance of the valve seat is increased, even the medium leakage accident is caused to happen occasionally, and the operation safety risk of the production device is increased.

Based on this, the prior art still remains to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the invention provides an elastic valve seat and a ball valve, so as to solve the technical problem that the sealing performance of the valve seat is poor under the high-temperature working condition in the prior art.

In one aspect, an elastic valve seat disclosed in embodiments of the present invention includes an annular body and an elastic member, where the elastic member is located in the annular body.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

It should be noted that all expressions using "first" and "second" in the embodiments of the present invention are used for distinguishing two entities with the same name but different names or different parameters, and it should be noted that "first" and "second" are merely for convenience of description and should not be construed as limitations of the embodiments of the present invention, and they are not described in any more detail in the following embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, some embodiments of the present invention disclose an elastic valve seat 4 and a ball valve, the elastic valve seat may be a covered elastic valve seat, the elastic valve seat 4 includes an annular body 1 and an elastic member 3, wherein the elastic member 3 is located in the annular body 1. In particular, the elastic member 3 may be a coil spring wound inside the hollow ring 2. The metal spring can be selected and matched with the annular body 1 made of metal materials, so that the overall hardness and the heat resistance of the valve seat 4 are ensured. The metal coil spring can be abutted against the inner wall of the hollow ring 2 of the annular body 1, so that the supporting force is better provided, and the hardness of the annular body 1 is increased. The sealing performance of the metal hard sealing valve seat 4 can be improved, the inner leakage caused by the abrasion of the valve seat 4 is reduced, the service life of the valve seat 4 is prolonged, and the application field of the metal hard sealing valve is widened.

In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to further provide a supporting force for the annular body and increase the rigidity of the annular body, the free length of the coil spring is equal to the circumference of the hollow ring. The outer diameter of the spiral spring in a free state is equal to or slightly larger than the inner diameter of the hollow ring.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the annular body 1 has an abutting surface 5 corresponding to the ball 6, and the inner wall of the hollow ring 2 and the abutting surface 5 have a first thickness therebetween, and the coil spring at least abuts against the inner wall of the hollow ring 2 opposite to the abutting surface 5 to directly provide a supporting force, increase the hardness and the amount of restoration, reduce the wear, and prolong the service life.

According to the elastic valve seat 4 and the ball valve provided by some embodiments of the invention, the annular body 1 is made of a soft sealing material. Preferably, when the annular body 1 is made of a soft sealing material, the elastic member 3 is a coil spring, and the coil spring is wrapped in the annular body 1. In the elastic valve seat and the ball valve disclosed by some embodiments of the present invention, the cross section of the annular body 1 is C-shaped, O-shaped, octagonal, elliptical or square. Wherein, the elasticity of C type disk seat 4 is better, and sealing performance is better.

In summary, when the elastic valve seat and the ball valve disclosed by the embodiments of the present invention are used for a valve seat made of a metal material, a spring with the same curvature radius is spirally wound inside the valve seat, so that the sealing performance of the valve seat is improved, the hardness of the valve seat is also increased, and the practical problems are solved. The required hardness of the metal valve seat is ensured, and meanwhile, the sealing performance of the metal valve seat is not reduced. Has at least the following advantages:

the valve seat has elasticity, large recovery and excellent sealing performance.

Similarly, the elastic valve seat is applied to a common ball valve, and under high-temperature and severe working conditions, the service life of the ball valve is greatly prolonged by the structure. The coating structure can be also applied to rubber and other soft sealing valve seats, namely the spring is coated by rubber and other soft sealing materials, so that the service temperature of the soft sealing valve seat can be improved to a greater extent, and even can reach the same service temperature as the metal valve seat.

It should be particularly noted that the various components or steps in the above embodiments can be mutually intersected, replaced, added or deleted, and therefore, the combination formed by the reasonable permutation and combination conversion shall also belong to the protection scope of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention shall not be limited to the embodiments.
