Technical Field

The application relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a supporting device of medical equipment.

Background

Medical devices (e.g., portable ultrasound instruments, monitors, etc.) are often equipped with trolleys for use. Based on different operating postures (such as standing posture, sitting posture, squatting posture and the like) of doctors and the height difference of different users, the table top of the trolley is required to be suitable for larger height change.

At present, some high-end trolleys are designed with a lifting scheme, but the cost is high, and the high-end trolleys are not suitable for being applied to low-end (low-cost) trolleys.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the supporting device includes a supporting base 100, a placing table 200 for placing the medical equipment, and a first connector 300.

The placing table 200 is mounted on the supporting base 100 by a first transfer member 300. The support base 100 is a mounting base of the entire support device. The support base 100 may be any structure capable of supporting. In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the support base 100 includes a base 110 and a pillar 120. The upright 120 is mounted on the base 110, and the upright 120 can increase the height of the support base 100, but does not occupy too much space in the horizontal direction, and can further simplify the cost of the support base 100. Of course, in other embodiments, the support base 100 may have other configurations.

The placement table 200 may be used only for simple placement of a corresponding medical device, as in fig. 1 and 2, the placement table 200 simply illustrates a placement table top 210 on which a corresponding medical device may be placed on the placement table top 210. In addition, since the supporting base 100 and the placing table 200 generally have a relatively complicated structure, if the supporting base and the placing table are directly assembled, the structural complexity will be further increased. With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment, the first adapter 300 has a first plate 310 and a first side plate 320 extending from the first plate 310 to one side. The first platform mounting portion 301 is located on the first side plate 320, the first supporting seat mounting portion 302 and the second platform mounting portion 303 are located on one surface of the first board 310, and the second supporting seat mounting portion 304 is located on the other surface of the first board 310.

A third assembly combination includes first mast mount 401 and first pedestal mount 402, and a fourth assembly combination includes second mast mount 403 and second pedestal mount 404. First column mounting portion 401 and second column mounting portion 403 have column mounting structures to which column 120 can be mounted, and first pedestal mounting portion 402 and second pedestal mounting portion 404 have pedestal mounting structures to which pedestal 110 can be fitted. Similarly, the column mounting structure and the base mounting structure include but are not limited to mounting structures such as clamping, screwing, magnetic attraction, shaft hole matching and tight fit mounting.

The base 110 and the upright post 120 are connected by a third assembly combination or a fourth assembly combination, and similarly, when the supporting base 100 and the upright post 120 are installed on the third assembly combination or the fourth assembly combination, the upright post 120 has different heights, so that the placing table 200 is located at different heights, as shown in fig. 2 by comparing L1 with L3, or comparing L2 with L4. The different heights of the upright post 120 in different assembling manners can be achieved in various manners, for example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, at least one of the base 110 and the upright post 120 is provided with a second opening 111 for receiving a second adapter 400, and the second adapter 400 can be at least partially received in the second opening 111 in at least one assembling manner, so as to reduce the height of the second adapter 400 protruding out of the base 110 or the upright post 120. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the second adapter 400 is partially sunk in the second opening 111 of the base 110.

In one embodiment, the second opening 111 is located on the base 110. In other embodiments, the second opening 111 may be disposed on the pillar 120. The first opening and the first adapter 300 may be assembled in the same manner as the second opening 111 and the second adapter 400.

Of course, in other embodiments, the distance in the vertical direction between first column mounting portion 401 and first base mounting portion 402 may be greater than the distance in the vertical direction between second column mounting portion 403 and second base mounting portion 404, such that when base 110 and column 120 are mounted in the third assembly combination or the fourth assembly combination, standing platform 200 may have different heights.

Through the design of at least two assembling combinations of the second adaptor 400, the placing table 200 is located at different heights in different installation modes, so that the medical device can be operated by a doctor in different operation postures (such as standing posture, sitting posture, squatting posture and the like) and the height difference of different users can be considered. In particular, as shown in fig. 2, when the first adapter 300 and the second adapter 400 are used in combination, the placing table 200 may have more height variations.

Moreover, the second adaptor 400 provided in this embodiment can mainly set the adaptor structure on the second adaptor 400, and only some necessary mounting structures need to be set on the base 110 and the pillar 120, so that the assembly difficulty and cost can be reduced.

The second adapter 400 and the first adapter 300 may have the same structure or different structures. The third assembly combination or the fourth assembly combination on the second adaptor 400 may be completely independent or may intersect with each other, for example, a part of the third assembly combination is also used as a part of the fourth assembly combination.

For example, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the first pillar mounting portion 401 and the second pillar mounting portion 403 are respectively disposed on the front and back sides of the same portion (e.g., the second plate 410).

Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the first base mounting portion 402 and the second base mounting portion 404 are respectively disposed on the front and back sides of the same portion (e.g., the second side plate 422).

With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the second adapter 400 has a second board 410 and a second side plate 420 extending from the second board 410 to one side. First column attachment portion 401 and second column attachment portion 403 are located on the front and back surfaces of second plate 410, respectively. The first and second pedestal mounts 402, 404 are each located on a second side plate 420.

To facilitate the installation of the base 110, please continue to refer to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment, the second side plate 420 includes a second side plate 421 and a second side plate 422, one end of the second side plate 421 is connected to the second plate 410, the second side plate 422 is connected to the other end of the second side plate 421, and the first base mounting portion 402 and the second base mounting portion 404 are respectively disposed on the front and back sides of the second side plate 422. Of course, in other embodiments, the second side plate 420 may include only the second side plate 421 or have other more plate structures.

In order to improve the stability of the placing table 200, in one embodiment, the number of the second side plates 420 is at least two, wherein the two second side plates 420 are oppositely disposed on two sides of the second plate body 410.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the second adaptor 400 is substantially in the shape of an inverted "Chinese character ji. The inverted "shape is referred to as the mounting manner shown in fig. 1, and when the mounting manner is other, the first adapter 300 may also be the" inverted "shape (as shown in the first and second mounting manners in fig. 2).

In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the second adaptor 400 is mounted on the bottom wall of the base 110, but in other embodiments, the second adaptor 400 may be mounted on other parts of the base 110, such as the top wall or the middle part of the base 110.

The above-described mounting structures of the first adapter 300 and the second adapter 400 may also be interchanged, for example, the mounting structure between the first adapter 300 and the upright 120 and the placing table 200 is used between the second adapter 400 and the upright 120 and the base 110. The fitting structure between second adapter 400 and upright 120 and base 110 may also be used between first adapter 300 and upright 120 and placing table 200.

On the other hand, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the supporting base 100 may be further provided with casters 500 to allow the entire supporting device to be moved.

In one embodiment, a third adapter may also be included. The support base 100 includes a post 120 and the third adapter has a fifth assembly configuration and a sixth assembly configuration. Similar to the configuration shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fifth mounting assembly includes a third column mount and a first caster mount, and the sixth mounting assembly includes a fourth column mount and a second caster mount. Third and fourth column mounting portions have column mounting structures capable of mounting column 120, and first and second caster mounting portions have caster mounting structures capable of mounting caster 500. Caster 500 and upright 120 are connected by a fifth assembly or a sixth assembly. When the casters 500 and the columns 120 are mounted on the fifth assembly or the sixth assembly, the standing board 200 is located at different heights. The caster 500 is directly mounted on the third adaptor, so that the structure of the supporting device can be further simplified, and the volume can be reduced.

The third adapter may be configured to fit the first adapter 300 or the second adapter 400, for example, in one embodiment, the distance between the third column mounting part and the first caster mounting part in the vertical direction is greater than the distance between the fourth column mounting part and the second caster mounting part in the vertical direction, or a space is left below the third adapter to sink at least part of the third adapter into the spaces.

The various mounting portions (including the various mounting portions on the first adaptor 300, the second adaptor 400, and the third adaptor) may be a certain component, a part of a certain component, or a combination structure of several components, and may be regarded as the mounting portion as long as the mounting portion is configured to connect with a corresponding object. The part of a certain component may be a mounting surface, a mounting hole, a mounting protrusion or groove, etc. of a certain component.

Similarly, the caster wheel mounting structure and the upright post mounting structure of the third adapter piece respectively comprise but are not limited to mounting structures such as clamping, screwing, magnetic attraction, shaft hole matching and tight fit mounting.

In one embodiment, the third adapter is substantially inverted "n" shaped, for example, using the same configuration as the first adapter 300 or the second adapter 400.

The first adaptor 300, the second adaptor 400 and the third adaptor may be used alternatively, or at least two of them may be used in combination, and may be determined according to the requirements of the specific application environment.
