The invention relates to monitoring devices in wind power stations and photovoltaic power stations, in particular to a power quality monitoring device in the monitoring devices.

Background

The wind power station is provided with a plurality of wind power sets, the electricity generated by the wind power sets is boosted to 10KV or 35KV through box-type transformers, then is converged to a booster station through buried cables or overhead lines, and the booster station boosts the voltage to 110KV or 220KV and then is connected to a power grid. A photovoltaic power plant is provided with a plurality of groups of photovoltaic panels, and direct current is firstly inverted into alternating current and then is merged into a power grid through boosting. Wind power and photovoltaic power can be smoothly merged into a national or regional power grid, and the method mainly depends on the capability of a power device to react to power supply fluctuation. Due to the randomness of wind and light, the voltage of the power grid is influenced to a certain extent due to the reactive power requirement during operation and the reactive power which can only be balanced in place; the problems of voltage fluctuation and flicker possibly caused by continuous operation of the wind turbine generator and the photovoltaic panel or in the switching operation process are solved; because of the high power electronics, higher harmonics are also generated and injected into the grid during operation.

If the wind power generation and the photovoltaic power generation are connected to the grid, the power quality must reach the standard, so the power quality condition of the wind power generation and the photovoltaic power generation needs to be monitored in real time. The electric energy quality monitoring device used by the existing wind power plant is mainly placed in a booster station, can test electric energy quality parameters such as frequency deviation, voltage deviation, current-voltage three-phase unbalance and the like, and transmits the monitored electric energy quality data to a computer upper computer of a control room through a network cable, so that an operator on duty can check the electric energy quality conditions of a wind power plant and a photovoltaic power plant. However, only the booster station is used for monitoring, so that only the total power quality condition of the booster station can be monitored, and the power quality of each wind turbine generator and each photovoltaic inverter is not monitored, so that if a power quality event occurs, which one or more wind turbine generators and photovoltaic inverters are caused by abnormal operation cannot be effectively searched out. 3. the construction amount of the device during installation can be reduced, communication cables do not need to be laid, and the cost is reduced;

4. data can be uploaded through a 4G network and a public network; data can also be uploaded in a Lora wireless communication mode without uploading the data through a public network, so that the data safety is ensured.

As shown in fig. 1, the device for monitoring power quality of a wind farm with multiple wireless communication modes provided in this embodiment includes 10 modules: the system comprises an ARM processor main control module, a power supply module, an acquisition module, a signal processing module, a digital-to-analog conversion module, a 4G wireless communication module, a data storage module, a man-machine interaction module, a GPS time synchronization module and an audible and visual alarm module.

ARM handles the host system: the core control module of the whole equipment can interact with other modules;

a power supply module: providing power to other modules;

an acquisition module: the module is used for collecting voltage and current signals of a self-wind power generator box transformer substation, a photovoltaic inverter and a booster station bus;

the signal processing module: amplifying and reducing the voltage and current signals;

a digital-to-analog conversion module: analog signals transmitted by the signal processing module can be converted into digital signals, the converted digital signals are transmitted to the ARM processor main control module to be calculated to calculate frequency, voltage, current and other conventional data, voltage and current waveforms are analyzed and calculated through FFT to obtain harmonic wave and other data, and the harmonic wave and other data are compared with national or standard specified values to judge whether the power quality reaches the standard or not;
