A paging message processing method according to claim 2, characterized in that said method further comprises:

confirming that the default paging USIM card can receive non-access layer data including paging messages transmitted by the network registered by the default paging USIM card before receiving the paging messages transmitted by the network registered by each USIM card to a mobile station through the network registered by the default paging USIM card.

A paging message processing method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said method further comprises:

and confirming that each USIM card in the mobile station is in an idle state.

A paging message processing method according to claim 1, characterized in that said method further comprises:

and selecting one USIM card from all USIM cards in the mobile station as the default paging USIM card.

A paging message processing method according to claim 5, characterized in that one USIM card among USIM cards in said mobile station is selected as said default paging USIM card based on a predefined manner.

A paging message processing method is applied to a network device, and comprises the following steps:

acquiring registration request information sent by a mobile station, wherein the registration request information is used for requesting registration of a default paging user identity identification USIM card;

and registering the default paging USIM card.

when the network equipment is network equipment at the network side where other USIM cards except the default paging USIM card are registered in the USIM cards of the mobile station, sending non-access layer data including paging messages transmitted to the mobile station by networks registered by other USIM cards to the network registered by the default paging USIM card, and forwarding the non-access layer data including the paging messages to the mobile station by the network registered by the default paging USIM card.

The paging message processing method according to claim 8 or 9, wherein forwarding non-access layer data including the paging message to the mobile station comprises:

forwarding, by a core network registered with the default paging USIM card, non-access layer data including the paging message to an access network registered with the default paging USIM card, and forwarding, by the access network, the paging message to the mobile station.

A paging message processing method according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the USIM cards in the mobile stations are all in an idle state.

A paging message processing apparatus, applied to a mobile station, comprising:

a transmitting unit configured to transmit registration request information for requesting registration of a default paging USIM card to a network in which each USIM card is registered in the mobile station, respectively;

a receiving unit configured to receive, through the default paging USIM card registered network, non-access layer data including a paging message transmitted to a mobile station by each USIM card registered network.

The paging message processing apparatus as claimed in claim 12, wherein said receiving unit receives a paging message transmitted to a mobile station by a registered network of a USIM card in an idle state among said USIM cards through a network to which said default paging USIM card is registered.

The paging message processing apparatus of claim 13, wherein the receiving unit is further configured to:

confirming that the default paging USIM card can receive non-access layer data including paging messages transmitted by the network registered by the default paging USIM card before receiving the paging messages transmitted by the network registered by each USIM card to a mobile station through the network registered by the default paging USIM card.

The paging message processing apparatus according to claim 12 or 13, characterized in that the receiving unit is further configured to: and confirming that each USIM card in the mobile station is in an idle state.

The paging message processing apparatus of claim 12, wherein the transmitting unit is further configured to:

A paging message processing device according to claim 16, characterized in that said transmitting unit is configured to select one USIM card as said default paging USIM card among USIM cards in said mobile station on the basis of a predefined manner.

A paging message processing apparatus, applied to a network device, comprising:

a receiving unit configured to acquire registration request information sent by a mobile station, the registration request information being used for requesting registration of a default paging user identity identification USIM card;

a processing unit configured to register the default paging USIM card.

The paging message processing apparatus of claim 18, wherein the receiving unit is further configured to:

when the network equipment is the network equipment at the network side where the default paging USIM card is registered, receiving non-access layer data which is transmitted by networks where other USIM cards are registered in the USIM cards of the mobile station except the default paging USIM card and comprises paging messages;

the paging message processing apparatus further includes a transmitting unit configured to forward non-access layer data including a paging message to the mobile station.

The paging message processing apparatus of claim 18, wherein the apparatus further comprises a transmitting unit configured to:

when the network equipment is network equipment at the network side where other USIM cards except the default paging USIM card are registered in the USIM cards of the mobile station, sending non-access layer data including paging messages transmitted to the mobile station by networks registered by other USIM cards to the network registered by the default paging USIM card, and forwarding the non-access layer data including the paging messages to the mobile station by the network registered by the default paging USIM card.

The paging message processing apparatus of claim 19, wherein the transmitting unit is configured to forward non-access layer data including the paging message to the mobile station in the following manner:

forwarding, by a core network registered with the default paging USIM card, non-access layer data including the paging message to an access network registered with the default paging USIM card, and forwarding, by the access network, the paging message to the mobile station.

A paging message handling device according to claim 19 or 20, characterized in that the USIM cards in said mobile stations are all in an idle state.

A paging message processing apparatus, comprising:

a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
