Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of farmland irrigation covers capable of utilizing a circulating water source, in particular to a small farmland irrigation system capable of utilizing the circulating water source and an irrigation device thereof.

Background

Farmlands are also called cultivated lands, and in geography, refer to lands which can be used for planting crops.

Crops planted in farmlands need to be irrigated to ensure the vigorous growth of the crops.

The conventional automatic irrigation equipment for farmlands comprises a main pipeline arranged in the farmlands, branch pipes are arranged on the main pipeline at equal intervals, two sides of the top ends of the branch pipes are provided with spray heads facing two directions for spraying the farmlands on two sides, and the main pipeline guides water in through a water pump and other equipment and then sprays the water out through the spray heads;

the irrigation equipment needs a plurality of branch pipes, is high in cost and troublesome to install, and the branch pipes are spaced, so that spraying dead angles exist, crops positioned in the spraying dead angles cannot be sprayed to the irrigation equipment, and the spraying is uneven.

Therefore, there is a need for a small-sized field irrigation system and irrigation device thereof that can utilize a circulating water source to solve the above-mentioned problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a small farmland irrigation system capable of utilizing a circulating water source and an irrigation device thereof, which solve the problems that the conventional irrigation equipment needs a plurality of branch pipes, is high in cost and troublesome in installation, and has dead spraying angles due to the fact that the branch pipes are arranged at intervals.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a small-sized farmland irrigation system capable of utilizing a circulating water source, which comprises:

a reservoir;

the output end of the water source module is connected with the input end of the reservoir;

the sewage treatment mechanism is connected with the water storage tank through a pipeline;

the domestic water module is connected with the input end of the sewage treatment mechanism through a pipeline;

the input end of the water pumping module is connected with the reservoir through a pipeline;

the tank cover module is connected with the input end of the irrigation module through a water conveying pipe.

The invention also provides a small farmland irrigation device capable of utilizing the circulating water source, which comprises a slide rail;

the driving box is connected to the sliding rail in a sliding manner;

the water delivery adjusting pipe fitting is installed on the driving box and comprises two water inlet pipes, the two water inlet pipes are respectively connected to two ends of the driving box and communicated with a water flow channel on the upper side inside the driving box, one ends of the two water inlet pipes are connected through a three-way pipe, one end of the three-way pipe is connected with a water delivery pipe, the two water inlet pipes are connected with a U-shaped connecting pipe, the middle of the U-shaped connecting pipe is connected with a water discharge pipe, and two sides of the water discharge pipe are both connected with spray heads;

the driving part is arranged in a first installation cavity in the driving box and comprises a driving shaft, an impeller is fixedly connected to the surface of the driving shaft, and the upper side of the impeller extends to the inside of a water flow channel through a communication hole;

the walking piece, the walking piece install in the inside of the inside second installation cavity of drive case, the walking piece includes the axis of rotation, the surperficial dead lever of axis of rotation is connected with the gear, gear and the tooth meshing on the slide rail, the walking piece pass through the driving medium with the driving piece transmission is connected.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a block diagram of a small-sized farm irrigation system capable of utilizing a recyclable water source according to the present invention. But small-size farmland irrigation system that water source utilized includes:

the walking part 11, the walking part 11 install in the inside of the inside second installation cavity 45 of drive box 4, the walking part 11 includes axis of rotation 111, the surperficial dead lever of axis of rotation 111 is connected with gear 112, gear 112 meshes with tooth 7 on the slide rail 1, walking part 11 through driving medium 9 with driving piece 8 transmission is connected.

The length of the slide rail 1 is specifically set according to needs, and is preferably set to be 20-30 meters.

A plurality of teeth 7 are uniformly and equidistantly arranged in the middle of the sliding rail 1, so that a toothed plate is formed, and the gear 112 is meshed with the teeth.

The driving box 4 comprises a box body 41, a water flow channel 42 is arranged on the upper side of the box body 41, the lower side of the water flow channel 42 inside the box body 41 is divided into a first mounting cavity 43 and a second mounting cavity 45 through a partition plate, and the first mounting cavity 43 is communicated with the water flow channel 42 through a communication hole 44.

The two water inlet pipes 51 are connected with a first valve 54, and both sides of the U-shaped connecting pipe 55 are provided with second valves 56.

The first valve 54 and the second valve 56 are both electrically operated valves.

The fixed arm is all installed to the both sides of drive case 4, install on the fixed arm and be used for controlling first valve 54 and second valve 56 and touch pressure switch 6, the equal fixedly connected with in both sides of slide rail 1 touches briquetting 10.

Each fixing arm is provided with four touch switches 6 which are respectively used for controlling the opening and closing of the two first valves 54 and the opening and closing of the two second valves 56, and the first valves 54 and the second valves 56 are powered by batteries.

The transmission part 9 comprises a first transmission rod 91, a second transmission rod 92 and a driving bevel gear 94, the first transmission rod 91 penetrates through a partition plate inside the driving box 4 and used for dividing the first installation cavity 43 and the second installation cavity 45, the second transmission rod 92 is rotatably connected inside the second installation cavity 45, and the driving bevel gear 94 is fixed on the driving shaft 81.

The first transmission rod 91 is rotatably connected to the partition plate, and the penetrating position of the first transmission rod passes through a mechanical seal.

Both ends of the first transmission rod 91 are fixedly connected with transmission bevel gears 96, the second transmission rod 92 is fixedly connected with driven bevel gears 95, and the two transmission bevel gears are respectively meshed with the driving bevel gear 94 and the driven bevel gears 95.

The second transmission rod 92 and the rotating shaft 111 are both fixedly connected with transmission wheels 93, and the two transmission wheels 93 are in transmission connection through transmission belts.

The drive wheel 93 and belt may be a belt and pulley arrangement or a gear and chain arrangement.

A rectangular cavity is formed in the bottom of the second mounting cavity 45, and the gear 112 extends to the outside of the driving box 4 through the rectangular cavity.

Fixedly connected with guide bar 2 between the both sides of slide rail 1, fixedly connected with slider 3 on the guide bar 2, drive box 4 is fixed in the top of slider 3.

The slide 3 preferably has balls embedded therein to provide smoother movement with the guide bar 2.

The water pipe 53 is connected to the pumping module through a connecting pipe.

The length of the connecting pipe fitting satisfies the distance of the reciprocating movement of the driving box 4 along the slide rail 1.

The small farmland irrigation system capable of utilizing the circulating water source and the irrigation device thereof provided by the invention have the following working principles:

when in use, the slide rail 1 is arranged in the fields and positioned between two planting fields, the water delivery pipe 53 is connected with a water pump through a pipeline, and the water pump is connected with a reservoir through a pipeline;

in irrigation spraying, a first valve 54 on the water inlet pipe 51 close to the field head and a second valve 56 on the side, far away from the field head, of the U-shaped connecting pipe 55 are firstly arranged;

when the water pump pumps water into the water delivery pipe 53, the water enters through the water inlet pipe 51 which opens the first valve 54, enters into the water discharge pipe 57 through the U-shaped pipe by driving the water flow channel 42 in the box 4, and then is sprayed out through the spray head on the water discharge pipe 57 for irrigation;

when water flows through the water flow channel 42, the impeller 82 positioned in the water flow channel 42 is driven to rotate, the impeller 82 rotates, so that the driving shaft 81 is driven to rotate, the driving shaft 81 drives the transmission bevel gear 95 to rotate through the driving bevel gear 94, the transmission bevel gear 95 on the other side drives the second transmission rod 92 to rotate, the transmission wheel 93 is matched with the transmission belt to drive the rotating shaft 111 to rotate, the rotating shaft 111 drives the gear 112 to rotate, and the gear 112 and the teeth 7 act to drive the whole driving box 4 to move along the guide rod 2;

the driving box 4 drives the whole water delivery adjusting pipe fitting 5 to move along with the water delivery pipe fitting, so that the water discharge pipe 57 drives the spray head 58 to spray water and simultaneously transversely move at a constant speed, and crops can be more fully sprayed;

when the touch switch 6 of the driving box 4 moves to one side and touches the touch block 10 on the slide rail 1, namely, the other end of the farmland is moved at the moment;

after the touch switch 6 is touched, the first valve 54 and the second valve 56 which are opened before are closed, the two first valves 54 and the second valve 56 which are not opened are opened, at the moment, water flows into the water flow channel 42 through the water inlet pipe 51 on the other side and then enters the water discharge pipe 57 from the other side of the U-shaped connecting pipe 55, namely, the flowing direction of the water flow is changed, so that the rotating direction of the impeller 82 can be changed, namely, the rotating direction of the gear 112 can be changed, namely, the walking direction of the whole device is changed, and similarly, after the touch switch 6 on the other side is touched with the touch block 10 on the other side of the sliding rail 1, the opening of the first valve 54 and the opening of the second valve 56 are changed again, so that the driving box 4 can automatically move back and forth along the sliding rail 1, and the field plants can be sprayed back and forth.

the water delivery adjusting pipe fitting 5 can uniformly move along the slide rail 1 by arranging the slide rail 1 in the field and matching with the driving box 4, the driving part 8, the transmission part 9, the walking part 11 and the teeth 7, so that the field crops can be uniformly irrigated by the spray head 58, and only one water spraying device is arranged, so that the cost is reduced, the installation is simple, the irrigated water is used as the power for driving the driving box 4 to move, and the energy is saved, and the environment is protected;

meanwhile, the water delivery adjusting pipe fitting 5 is matched with the touch switch 6 and the touch block 10, so that the driving box 4 can automatically reciprocate to move along the sliding rail 1, and the field plants can be sprayed in a reciprocating mode.

Third embodiment

Referring to fig. 6 and 7 in combination, a third embodiment of the present application provides another small-sized field irrigation device capable of utilizing a circulating water source based on the small-sized field irrigation device capable of utilizing a circulating water source provided by the second embodiment of the present application.
