Background

The fresh lotus seeds are a green health-care fashionable food with good taste and high nutritive value, and are very popular with people. Because the shape of the lotus seedpod is irregular, the volume of the fruit grains in the whole lotus seedpod is small, the cold storage is very inconvenient, and the cold storage of the lotus seedpod is influenced. The fresh lotus seeds are separated from the lotus seedpods, so that the lotus seedpods are convenient to package, refrigerate and sell, and the shelling of the fresh lotus seedpods has economic value.

At present, most of the existing lotus seedpod shelling devices adopt a tearing mechanism to crush and shelling the lotus seedpod, and various tearing components are attached to the outer wall of a high-speed rotating roller or a stirring rod is directly adopted to tear materials and the like. Such a crushing method has a problem in that it is highly efficient: firstly, the separated lotus seeds are damaged due to the excessive force of the tearing assembly; secondly, the lotus seeds are not easy to separate due to the fact that the tearing force of the material tearing component is too soft, and therefore shelling efficiency is greatly reduced. The layer of the fiber membrane of the fresh and tender lotus seedpod has high attaching degree with lotus seed particles, and is difficult to remove, so that the membrane removing difficulty of the fresh lotus seeds is high.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a lotus seedpod sheller, and aims to solve the problem that the existing lotus seedpod sheller is not easy to demould fresh lotus seeds.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a lotus seedpod sheller 100, and fig. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the lotus seedpod sheller 100 according to the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, the lotus seedpod sheller 100 includes a frame 1, a crushing mechanism 2, a membrane removing mechanism 3 and a conveying assembly 4, the frame 1 has a crushing station and a membrane removing station, the crushing mechanism 2 is disposed on the frame 1 for crushing a sponge of the lotus seedpod located on the crushing station, the membrane removing mechanism 3 is disposed on the frame 1 for removing a fibrous membrane of the lotus seedpod located on the membrane removing station, and the conveying assembly 4 is disposed on the frame 1 for conveying the lotus seedpod from the crushing station to the membrane removing station.
