1. A sealed smoke generating device with an air reservoir, the smoke generating device comprising:

a heating cavity (4), a suction pump (11) and an air storage chamber (5);

A sealed smoking assembly with an air reservoir comprising a sealed smoking device according to any one of claims 1 to 4 and a cigarette (1) adapted thereto, the cigarette (1) having a tobacco section and a non-tobacco section, the outer wall of the non-tobacco section having a plurality of cigarette ventilation holes (2) communicating with the outside, the gas outflow hole of the air reservoir (5) being in airflow communication with at least one of the cigarette ventilation holes (2).

6. A sealed smoking assembly according to claim 5, wherein the cigarettes (1) are provided with the cigarette ventilation holes (2) only at the portions thereof which are in contact with the holder (3).

A sealed smoking assembly according to claim 5, wherein the holder (3) is open at its upper end to allow the cigarettes (1) to be placed in the heating chamber (4); when holder (3) centre gripping part is closed, holder (3) are sealed cigarette with gap between heating chamber (4), just at least one holder venthole (3a) and at least one cigarette bleeder vent (2) air current intercommunication.

8. The method of using the sealed smoking assembly of claim 5, comprising the steps of:

A. the cigarette (1) is placed in the heating cavity (4), and the clamping part of the clamp holder (3) is closed to clamp the cigarette;

B. starting an air suction pump (11) to work, discharging gas in a heating cavity (4) into a gas storage chamber (5), closing the air suction pump (11) and a gas inlet (11a), and starting the heating cavity (4) to heat the cigarettes (1);

C. when the user sucks, the suction force drives, can with the air current in the air receiver (5) pass through the holder venthole (3a) with the intercommunication passageway of a cigarette bleeder vent (2) gets into the non-tobacco section of a cigarette (1), the flue gas that produces with the tobacco section at last is sucked after mixing.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of heating cigarette smoking sets, and particularly relates to a sealed smoke generating device with an air storage chamber, a component comprising the sealed smoke generating device and a using method of the sealed smoke generating device.

Background

Heated cigarette products are being accepted and liked by more and more consumers due to their low hazard and the technological elements they contain. The principle of heating the cigarette is to adopt a baking mode, so that the tobacco substances volatilize special chemical substances such as nicotine and the like in a low-temperature environment, and harmful substances are prevented from being burnt at a high temperature.

In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that the prior art has the following problems:

1. part of oxygen enters a heating link to cause aerobic combustion of the tobacco material, and harmful ingredients are generated;

2. the situation of small smoke amount can occur in the smoking process of the heated cigarette;

3. the cigarette needs to be discarded by hand after use, and the hidden trouble of unsanitary use exists.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

In a first aspect the present invention provides a sealed smoking device with an air reservoir, the smoking device comprising:

a heating cavity 4, a suction pump 11 and an air storage chamber 5;

the heating chamber 4 is provided with a cigarette sealing assembly, and after a cigarette is inserted, an air inlet does not exist;

the getter pump 11 has a gas inlet 11a in gas flow communication or closing with the heating chamber 4 and a gas outlet 11b in gas flow communication with the gas reservoir 5;

the air reservoir 5 also has a gas outflow hole communicating with the outside of the smoke generating device.

The cigarette sealing component can be any component capable of sealing a gap between the cigarette and the heating cavity, such as a sealing ring and the like.

Preferably, the smoking device further comprises a holder 3 arranged at the periphery of the heating cavity 4, a holding part at the upper part of the holder 3 can be opened and closed, and the lower part of the holder 3 is connected with the air storage chamber 5 into a whole; the clamping part of the clamp 3 is of a tubular structure, and the section of the tubular structure is provided with at least one clamp air outlet hole 3 a.

The holder 3 may here act as the cigarette sealing assembly.

The gripping part of the gripper 3 is used to grip a cigarette.

The compression chamber 7, the air storage chamber 5 and the heating chamber 4 can be made of deformable materials, such as high temperature resistant rubber.

The invention provides a sealed smoking assembly with an air storage chamber, which comprises the sealed smoking device and a cigarette 1 matched with the sealed smoking device in the first aspect, wherein the cigarette 1 is provided with a tobacco section and a non-tobacco section, the outer wall of the non-tobacco section is provided with a plurality of cigarette air holes 2 communicated with the outside, and an air outflow hole of the air storage chamber 5 is in air flow communication with at least one cigarette air hole 2.

The two holes can be arranged in the same sealed space in an air flow communication mode.

Preferably, the cigarette 1 is provided with the cigarette ventilation holes 2 only at the part of the cigarette 1 contacting with the holder 3.

Preferably, when the holding portion of the holder 3 is opened, the cigarette 1 can be placed in the heating chamber 4; when 3 clamping parts of holder are closed, holder 3 seals cigarette with the gap between heating chamber 4, just at least one holder venthole 3a and at least one 2 air current intercommunication in cigarette bleeder vent.

A third aspect of the invention provides a method of using the sealed smoking assembly of the second aspect, comprising the steps of:

A. the cigarette 1 is placed in the heating chamber 4, and the clamping part of the clamp holder 3 is closed to clamp the cigarette;

B. starting the air suction pump 11 to work, discharging the gas in the heating cavity 4 into the gas storage chamber 5, closing the air suction pump 11 and the gas inlet 11a, and starting the heating cavity 4 to heat the cigarettes 1;

C. when the user sucks, the suction force drives the air flow in the air storage chamber 5 to pass through the air outlet 3a of the holder and the communicating channel of the cigarette air holes 2 to enter the non-tobacco section of the cigarette 1, and finally the smoke generated by the tobacco section is sucked after being mixed.

D. After the user finishes pumping, the key 9 is pressed down, the key 9 drives the vertical spring 8 to move upwards, the cigarette 1 in the heating chamber 4 is ejected out, and the purpose of automatically discarding the cigarette is achieved.

Preferably, the heating chamber 4 is controlled to start heating operation two seconds after the getter pump 11 and the gas inlet 11a are closed.

The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the invention designs a sealed smoking device with an air storage chamber and an air suction pump for the first time, which can discharge the air in a sealed heating cavity into the air storage chamber after a cigarette is inserted, and realize heating of the cigarette under the oxygen-free condition. Even if the heating temperature is raised, the combustion phenomenon can not occur, and the harmful substances generated by the combustion of oxygen can be reduced. In addition, increasing the heating temperature can increase the release of tobacco flavor components.

2. In a preferred technical scheme, the sealed smoking device is matched with a cigarette with a non-tobacco section provided with air holes. The air storage chamber and the holder are designed in an integrated manner, air in the air storage chamber can flow to the non-tobacco section of the cigarette through the air outlet hole of the holder on the holder, and can cool and dilute smoke of the tobacco section, so that the smoke quantity is increased for a user to suck.

3. The invention designs a multifunctional clamp holder for the first time. The gripper of the present invention has the following effects: clamping and fixing the cigarette; sealing gaps between the cigarettes and the heating cavity, and realizing an anaerobic condition in the heating cavity after sucking air into the heating cavity; air within the air reservoir is transferred to the non-tobacco section of the tobacco rod.

4. The invention also designs a compression cavity and a spring which are matched with the deformable heating cavity and the deformable air storage chamber for use. The cigarette in the heating cavity can be ejected out by extruding the compression cavity and the spring. Therefore, the cigarette does not need to be discarded by hands, and is sanitary and convenient.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1-2, a sealed smoking assembly with an air reservoir includes a sealed smoking device and a cigarette 1.

The cigarette 1 comprises a tobacco section containing tobacco materials and a non-tobacco section without the tobacco materials, and the circumferential outer wall of the non-tobacco section is provided with cigarette air holes 2 formed by laser drilling.

The sealed smoke generating device comprises the following components:

a clamper 3, a heating cavity 4, an air storage chamber 5, a compression cavity 7, a spring 8, a key 9, a suction pump 11, a switch 10, a battery 12,

the clamping part at the upper part of the clamp holder 3 can be flexibly opened and closed and is tightly contacted with the cigarette 1 when closed. The lower part of the clamp holder 3 is integrated with the air storage chamber 5. The contact part of the holder 3 and the cigarette 1 is a tubular structure, and the section is provided with a holder air outlet 3 a. The air outlet 3a of the clamp holder is communicated with the cigarette air holes 2.

Heating material is arranged on the inner wall of the heating cavity 4, and cigarettes can be heated. The bottom of the heating chamber 4 communicates with the inlet 11a of the getter pump 11. The heating cavity 4 is made of soft material and has a certain deformation function.

The air reservoir 5 primarily stores air from outside the smoke generating device through the smoking set air inlet 6 and air from inside the heating chamber 4, which can flow out of the holder air outlet 3 a.

In addition, the air reservoir 5 may be compressed. The other function is that when the spring is extruded upwards, the cigarette in the heating cavity can be pushed out of the heating cavity. The smoking set air inlet 6 is located on the outer wall of the air storage chamber 5, and the size and the number of the air inlets are set according to the smoke quantity requirement. For example two air inlets of 1mm diameter.

The function of the suction pump 10 is mainly to suck air in the heating chamber 4 through the gas inlet 11a and discharge the air into the air reservoir 5 through the gas outlet 11 b. At the same time, the gas inlet 11a or the gas outlet 11b can be closed, so as to ensure that the air in the air storage chamber 5 does not enter the heating chamber 4. The diameter of the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe of the air suction pump 11 is 5-8 mm.

The compression cavity 7 is tightly connected with the air storage chamber 5, the diameters of the compression cavity 7 and the air storage chamber are the same, and a spring 8 which is vertically arranged is arranged in the compression cavity 7.

The bottom of the compression cavity 7 forms a closed space, namely a key 9, and the upper part of the key 9 is tightly connected with the spring 8. At the same time, the keys 9 can be moved upwards, since the compression chamber 7 can be compressed. When the push button 9 is pressed externally, the whole inner wall of the compression cavity 7 moves upwards, and the spring 8 is pushed upwards. When the spring 8 is not pressed, the spring is in a natural state; when the bottom of the spring 8 is extruded by the button 9, the compression cavity 7 can be moved upwards and then extruded with the air storage chamber 5 and the heating cavity 4 moving upwards, and the cigarette 1 in the heating cavity 4 can be ejected out by the moving stroke.

Pressing the switch 2 controls the start and stop of the getter pump 11. The battery 12 supplies power to the heating chamber 4.

The use method of the sealed smoking assembly comprises the following steps:

A. the cigarette 1 is placed in the heating chamber 4, and the clamping part of the clamp holder 3 is closed to clamp the cigarette;

B. after the switch 10 is started, the switch 10 controls the getter pump 11 to start working;

C. after the air suction pump 11 works, discharging the gas in the heating cavity 4 into the gas storage chamber 5, delaying for 3-10s, automatically closing the air suction pump 11 and the gas inlet 11a, and starting the heating cavity 4 to heat the cigarettes 1;

D. when the user sucks, the suction force drives the air flow in the air storage chamber 5 to pass through the air outlet 3a of the holder and the communicating channel of the cigarette air holes 2 to enter the non-tobacco section of the cigarette 1, and finally the smoke generated by the tobacco section is sucked after being mixed.

E. After the user finishes pumping, the key 9 is pressed down, the key 9 drives the vertical spring 8 to move upwards, the cigarette 1 in the heating chamber 4 is ejected out, and the purpose of automatically discarding the cigarette is achieved.
