Detailed Description

The following description is presented to disclose the invention so as to enable any person skilled in the art to practice the invention. The preferred embodiments in the following description are given by way of example only, and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art.

As an embodiment of the invention, the rotary driving device comprises a motor 9, the motor 9 is fixed at the top of the inner groove 3, a second rotating shaft 8 is fixed at the output shaft of the motor 9, and the bottom of the second rotating shaft 8 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the top of the porous plate 4; during operation, motor 9's output shaft drives second pivot 8 and rotates, and second pivot 8 rotates back and drives perforated plate 4 and rotate, and perforated plate 4 drives first pivot 6 and rotates, and first pivot 6 drives clean sponge 7 and rotates, and clean sponge 7 rotates the back and rotates cleanness to patient's skin to be favorable to the abundant cleanness to skin.
