1. An ultrasonic metal welding tool head, comprising:

a body; and

3. The ultrasonic metal welding tool head of claim 1 wherein the first mounting hole is a tapered hole, the aperture of the opening of the first mounting hole near one end of the second mounting hole being smaller than the aperture of the opening at the other end of the first mounting hole;

the one end of inserts is provided with the installation department, the installation department is the round platform setting, the installation department with first mounting hole shape adaptation.

4. The ultrasonic metal welding tool head of claim 1 wherein an end of the weld remote from the body is provided with weld insections.

5. The ultrasonic metal welding tool head of claim 4 wherein the weld insection is in the shape of any one of a straight insection, a cross-hatch and a round insection.

6. The ultrasonic metal welding tool head of claim 4 wherein said weld insection includes a plurality of bumps formed by the spaced intersection of a plurality of transverse valleys and a plurality of vertical valleys, each transverse valley and vertical valley being "V" -shaped.

The ultrasonic metal welding tool head of claim 1 wherein one end of the body is provided with a first threaded bore and the other end of the body is provided with a second threaded bore, one end of the body and the other end of the body being oppositely disposed, the body matingly receiving an ultrasonic transducer through the first threaded bore and the body matingly receiving an horn through the second threaded bore.

8. The ultrasonic metal welding tool head of claim 7 wherein the body is provided with bosses at each end for connection to an external structure via a flange.

9. The ultrasonic metal welding tool head of claim 8 wherein said body and said insert are each cylindrical in shape.

10. The ultrasonic metal welding tool head of claim 8 wherein said insert is joined to said body to form a "T" shaped structure.

Technical Field

The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of ultrasonic welding, in particular to an ultrasonic metal welding tool head.

Background

In ultrasonic welding, it is common to directly contact the weld with a sonotrode tool tip in an ultrasonically welded part and subject the sonotrode tool tip to high frequency vibrations and friction under a certain pressure.

The ultrasonic metal welding tool heads on the market at present are all manufactured by integrally molding an integral single material. When the ultrasonic metal welding tool head is used for ultrasonic welding, the ultrasonic metal welding tool head is worn quickly under the friction of 1.5-7 ten thousand times/second, when the ultrasonic metal welding tool head is worn seriously, the tool head can only be integrally replaced, and the problems of low service efficiency and short service life of the ultrasonic metal welding tool head are easily caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides an ultrasonic metal welding tool head, which is used for solving the problems of low use efficiency and short service life of the existing integrally formed ultrasonic metal welding tool head.

In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides an ultrasonic metal welding tool head, including:

a body; and

the one end of mosaic piece pass through fastener detachably connect in the body, the mosaic piece is kept away from the one end of body is provided with the weld part, the weld part is used for the welding.

Optionally, the body is provided with a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole which are communicated with each other and have the same radial direction, and the second mounting hole is in a shape of a T;

Optionally, the first mounting hole is a tapered hole, and an aperture of an opening of one end of the first mounting hole close to the second mounting hole is smaller than an aperture of an opening of the other end of the first mounting hole;

the one end of inserts is provided with the installation department, the installation department is the round platform setting, the installation department with first mounting hole shape adaptation.

Optionally, one end of the welding part, which is far away from the body, is provided with a welding insection.

Optionally, the shape of the welding insection is any one of a straight line, a cross-hatch and a round line.

Optionally, the welding insection comprises a plurality of bumps formed by alternately crossing a plurality of transverse valleys and a plurality of vertical valleys, and each transverse valley and each vertical valley are in a shape of a "V".

Optionally, one end of the body is provided with a first threaded hole, the other end of the body is provided with a second threaded hole, one end of the body and the other end of the body are arranged oppositely, the body is provided with the ultrasonic transducer in a matching manner through the first threaded hole, and the body is provided with the horn in a matching manner through the second threaded hole.

Optionally, bosses are respectively arranged at two ends of the body and used for being connected with an external structure through flanges.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

It should be noted that the descriptions relating to "first", "second", etc. in the embodiments of the present invention are only for descriptive purposes and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In the embodiment of the invention, in the working process of the ultrasonic metal welding tool head, the insert 2 needs to be in direct contact with a welding object, so that the abrasion of the welding part 21 is easily caused, therefore, the insert 2 is detachably connected with the body 1, if the welding part 21 is abraded, the removal between the insert 2 and the body 1 can be directly removed, the insert 2 can be quickly replaced, the body 1 does not need to be replaced, the insert 2 and the body 1 are convenient to disassemble and assemble, the overall use efficiency of the ultrasonic metal welding tool head is improved, the service life of the ultrasonic metal welding tool head is effectively prolonged, and the cost is saved.

In order to realize the quick assembly and disassembly between the insert 2 and the body 1, a first mounting hole 11 and a second mounting hole 12 which are communicated with each other and have the same radial direction are formed in the body 1, and the second mounting hole 12 is in a T shape; a third mounting hole 22 is formed in one end of the insert 2; the end of the insert 2 extends into the first mounting hole 11 and is clamped with the first mounting hole 11; the fastener includes a screw 3, the screw 3 is screwed with the third mounting hole 22 through the second mounting hole 12 to connect the insert 2 to the body 1, and a nut of the screw 3 is caught in the second mounting hole 12 in a state that the screw 3 and the third mounting hole 22 are connected. In this embodiment, stretch into in first mounting hole 11 and with the cooperation of 11 joints of first mounting hole with the one end of inserts 2, stretch into second mounting hole 12 and third mounting hole 22 with screw 3, screw 3's plain noodles section with second mounting hole 12 joint, screw 3's screw thread section with third mounting hole 22 threaded connection to with inserts 2 zonulae occludens on body 1, realize the installation between inserts 2 and the body 1 fast, improve the installation effectiveness of ultrasonic metal welding tool head.

In this embodiment, the screw 3 may be a countersunk screw 3.

In order to improve the connection tightness between the insert 2 and the body 1, the first mounting hole 11 is a tapered hole, and the aperture of the opening of one end of the first mounting hole 11 close to the second mounting hole 12 is smaller than the aperture of the opening of the other end of the second mounting hole 12; one end of insert 2 is provided with installation portion 24, installation portion 24 is the round platform setting, installation portion 24 with 11 shape adaptations of first mounting hole. In order to ensure the welding effect of the ultrasonic metal welding tool head, one end of the welding part 21 far away from the body 1 is provided with a welding insection 23.

In order to meet different welding process requirements, the shape of the welding insection 23 is any one of straight lines, reticulate lines and round lines. In the present embodiment, the welding insection 23 is provided on the welding surface of the welding portion 21. The shape and size of the welding insections 23 are different according to different welding process requirements. Illustratively, the welding insection 23 of the whole welding surface may be any one of a straight stripe pattern, a cross hatch pattern, a straight circular stripe pattern and a cross hatch pattern. In other exemplary embodiments, the pattern may be any one of stripe-shaped straight lines, stripe-shaped cross hatching, circular straight lines, and circular cross hatching. In the present embodiment, the shape and size of the welding insection 23 are not particularly limited.

Illustratively, the welding insection 23 includes a plurality of protrusions formed by a plurality of transverse valleys and a plurality of vertical valleys alternately crossed at intervals, and each of the transverse valleys and the vertical valleys is in a V shape.

In order to realize the overall quick installation of the ultrasonic metal welding tool head, one end of the body 1 is provided with a first threaded hole 13, the other end of the body 1 is provided with a second threaded hole 14, one end and the other end of the body 1 are oppositely arranged, the body 1 is provided with an ultrasonic transducer (not shown in the figure) in a matching way through the first threaded hole 13, and the body 1 is provided with an amplitude transformer (not shown in the figure) in a matching way through the second threaded hole 14. Bosses 15 are respectively arranged at two ends of the body 1, and the bosses 15 are used for being connected with an external structure through flanges (not shown in the figure). In this embodiment, when the ultrasonic metal welding tool head needs to be used, the ultrasonic metal welding tool head needs to be installed in an ultrasonic welding system, a welding object faces the welding surface of the welding portion 21, and the moving assembly in the ultrasonic welding system drives the ultrasonic metal welding tool head to move and weld the welding object. Through the threaded connection between the first threaded hole 13 and the ultrasonic transducer at the two ends of the body 1, the threaded connection between the second threaded hole 14 and the amplitude transformer and the matching between the boss 15 and the flange, the ultrasonic metal welding tool head is quickly installed in an ultrasonic welding system, and the installation efficiency of the ultrasonic metal welding tool head in the ultrasonic welding system is effectively improved.

In an exemplary embodiment, the body 1 and the insert 2 are respectively cylindrical. In the embodiment of the present invention, the body 1 and the insert 2 may be any one of a cylindrical, cubic, truncated cone, and stepped cylindrical body.

In an exemplary embodiment, the insert 2 is connected to the body 1 to form a "T" shaped structure.

In order to save the manufacturing cost of the ultrasonic metal welding tool head, the volume of the insert 2 is smaller than that of the body 1.

It should be noted that, in order to ensure the use requirement of the ultrasonic metal welding tool head and reduce the manufacturing cost of the ultrasonic metal welding tool head, the body 1 and the insert 2 may be made of the same material according to different welding processes and welding requirements thereof. In other embodiments, the body 1 and the insert 2 may be made of different materials. For example, in order to save the manufacturing cost of the ultrasonic metal welding tool head, the insert 2 is directly contacted with a welding object and is subjected to vibration friction, and the volume of the insert 2 is smaller than that of the body 1, so that the insert can be made of alloy steel materials with high hardness and good wear resistance; the body 1 is not directly contacted with a welding object and can be made of materials with good machinability, high toughness and good heat conductivity, wherein the price of the material for manufacturing the insert 2 is higher than that of the material for manufacturing the body 1.

In an exemplary embodiment, the ultrasonic metal welding tool head has an operating frequency in the range of 15 to 60 kilohertz (KHz).

Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that various changes, modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
