The top plate 11 is circular, is coaxial with the bottom plate 1 and is positioned above the second plate 2; the first motor is embedded on the second plate 2, and an output shaft of the third motor is vertically upward; one end of a screw rod 741 is connected with an output shaft of a third motor, the other end of the screw rod 741 is arranged on the top plate 11, and a nut seat 742 is sleeved on the screw rod 741; two ends of the connecting rod 743 are fixed to one ends of the two rollers 72, respectively, and the middle of the connecting rod 743 is fixed to the nut base 742. In use, the third motor is operated to rotate the lead screw 741, and the nut holder 742 on the lead screw 741 moves up and down, thereby causing the two rollers 71 to roll downward.

Further, the storage tank 6 includes: a tank body 61, a cover 62, a stirring mechanism 63 and a second discharge pipe 64. The section of the tank body 61 is trapezoidal with a long upper part and a short lower part and is clamped on the second hole, and the section of the tank body is trapezoidal and can be better clamped on the second hole; the cover 62 is detachably connected to the upper end of the tank body 61, a layer of water-absorbing sponge is arranged in the cover 62 and is used for moisturizing the pigment, and the phenomenon that the pigment is dry and cannot be used due to the fact that the storage tank 6 is opened and closed for multiple times is avoided; the stirring mechanism 63 is arranged on the cover 62 and is used for stirring the pigment, so that the pigment can be better mixed; the second discharging pipe 64 is arranged at the bottom end of the tank body 61, a solenoid valve 641 is arranged in the second discharging pipe 64, the solenoid valve 641 is opened when pigment is required to flow to the pigment disk 6, and the solenoid valve 641 is closed after pigment is taken out.

Further, as shown in fig. 5, the stirring mechanism 63 includes: a second motor 631, a second rotating shaft 632, and a stirring rod 633. The fourth motor 631 is embedded at the top end of the cover 62, and the output shaft of the fourth motor 631 faces vertically downwards; the top end of the second rotating shaft 632 is fixed with the output shaft of the fourth motor 631; a plurality of stirring rods 633 are respectively provided at the bottom end of the second rotating shaft 632. When the pigment stirring device is used, the fourth motor 631 works to drive the second rotating shaft 632 to rotate, so that the stirring rod 633 can fully stir the pigment.

Further, the method also comprises the following steps: the running gear is arranged at the bottom end of the bottom plate 12 and used for moving the whole device. The running gear includes: hydraulic stem 8, base 9. The top end of the hydraulic rod 8 is fixed at the bottom end of the bottom plate 12, so that the height of the whole device can be conveniently adjusted according to the needs of a painter; the base 9 is fixed at the bottom of the hydraulic rod 8, and at least two universal wheels 91 with locking structures are arranged below the base 9. Because often can use pigment when drawing, whole device need be at drawing person's hand, conveniently takes, sets up universal wheel 91 and makes things convenient for whole device to follow drawing person and removes.

According to the principle, when the device is used, the first step is as follows: firstly, the pigment tube 4 is fixed by rotating the screw 411, then the first annular ring 41 slides towards the direction of the pigment tube 4 to leak out of the second annular ring 42, after the second annular ring 42 is sleeved in the second groove, the first annular ring 41 is clamped in the annular groove under the action of elastic force of the elastic element by loosening the hand, and the second annular ring 42 is clamped with the second groove; the second step is that: turning the spring clamp 73 upwards, starting a third motor to work, enabling the screw rod 741 to rotate, driving the two rollers 71 to roll downwards to extrude the pigment in the pigment pipe 4, and driving the first motor 33 and the second motor 35 simultaneously after a proper amount of pigment is obtained, so that the required pigment pipe 4 rotates to the corresponding storage tank 6, and then extruding the pigment in the pigment pipe 4 into the storage tank 6 in a proper amount; the third step: the fourth motor 631 works to drive the rotating shaft 632 to rotate, so that the stirring rod 633 fully stirs the pigment; the fourth step: when the pigment is required to flow to the bottom plate 1, the electromagnetic valve 641 is opened, and after the pigment is taken out, the electromagnetic valve 641 is closed; the fifth step: and starting drawing.

The invention has the advantages that: whole device is the pigment for the allotment needs, store the pigment of allotment again, it is convenient to take when using this colour in preparation for next time, whole device can be categorised the color and preserve and use very conveniently, during the use, install the pigment pipe on first hole, then extrude the intraductal pigment of pigment, rotatory second board and third board behind the right amount, make the pigment pipe of needs aim at to the holding vessel that corresponds in, the intraductal pigment of proper amount again to the holding vessel, the convenient pigment of storing multiple allotment of a plurality of holding vessels, when needing to use the pigment of allotment, only need make the pigment in the holding vessel flow to the pigment dish in can. Still be equipped with extrusion mechanism, can extrude totally with the pigment in the pigment pipe, avoid extrudeing extravagant pigment. Because often can use pigment when drawing, whole device needs in drawing person's hand, conveniently takes, sets up the universal wheel and makes things convenient for whole device to follow drawing person and removes. In addition, some structures of this device are detachable, and the convenience is washd after the drawing, and it is very convenient to wash.
