The fishing net lifting mechanism rotates forwards to gradually pull the fishing net in the water onto the detection arm. Detailed Description

A multifunctional probe arm can be realized by the following method:

a buffer device: referring to fig. 2, a buffer slider (622) is inserted into a buffer pull frame (621), a strong spring (623) is sleeved on the buffer pull frame, a nut is screwed on the buffer pull frame, a cotter pin is installed at the tail of the buffer slider to prevent the nut from falling off, and the buffer slider is put aside for standby.

The fishing net lifting mechanism comprises: referring to fig. 3 and 4, a driving fluted disc (33) is connected with the power shaft and is arranged in a shaft hole of the side of the detection arm plate (2) with the inclined pull plate; connecting a driven fluted disc (32) with the rotating shaft, and installing the driven fluted disc into a shaft hole at the other end of the detection arm plate (2); the customized transmission chain (31) is arranged on the driving fluted disc (33) and the driven fluted disc (32), the protrusion of the net hanging chain link (41) is ensured to be arranged at the outer side of the transmission chain (31), the connecting chain link is arranged, and the anti-dropping clamp is provided; placing the support columns according to the positions, aligning the mounting holes of the detection arm plate (1) with the positions of the support columns, installing the power shafts into the shaft holes of the detection arm plate (1), penetrating the support hole positions with screws and tightening; the motor and the speed reducer are connected with a power shaft of the driving fluted disc (33), and the motor and the speed reducer are fixed on the outer side of the detection arm plate (1).

A shearing mechanism: referring to fig. 5 and 6, a pair of scissors 62 purchased from outsourcing is connected with a lifting arm 61 by a screw; the rotating shaft is arranged in a rotating shaft mounting hole (65) of the lifting arm (61), and the rotating shaft is arranged in a shaft hole of the detection arm plate (2); the supporting columns are placed according to the positions, the scissors guard plates (3) are placed at the correct positions, the other ends of the rotating shafts are arranged in shaft holes of the scissors guard plates (3), and screws penetrate through the supporting hole positions and are fastened; an electric strut mounting seat (63) is mounted on the mounting position of the detection arm plate (2) through screws, the bottom of an electric strut (64) is rotatably mounted in a shaft hole of the electric strut mounting seat (63), and the head of the electric strut (64) is rotatably mounted in a shaft hole at the upper part of the lifting arm (61).

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a buffering pull head (622) of a prepared buffering device is rotatably installed in a shaft hole at the upper part of a detection arm plate (1) and a detection arm plate (2), and the head parts of a buffering pull frame (621) and an electric support rod (7) are rotatably installed in a shaft hole of an upward short arm of a rotating arm (4); the bottom of the electric supporting rod (7) is rotatably arranged in a shaft hole of the mounting base (8); the long arm of the rotating arm (4) is rotatably arranged in the shaft holes at the lower parts of the detecting arm plates (1) and (2); the rotary arm (4) is rotatably arranged in the shaft hole of the mounting base (5) through a transverse short arm.

The multifunctional probe arm is assembled, and the probe arm can be installed at a required position by using the two installation bases (5) and (8).
