s5, fermentation treatment, in S3 and S4, the water and the residue removed by the spin-drying equipment and the residue and water extruded by the drain hole of the screw extruder all enter a homogenizing tank through a screw conveyor to prepare pulp and participate in organic matter anaerobic fermentation;

s6, temporary storage treatment, namely conveying the semi-finished product three-skin belt obtained in the step S4 to a temporary storage bin;

s7, fine crushing, namely performing secondary fine crushing on the semi-finished product III in the step S6 by using a fine crushing device to obtain a semi-finished product IV;

s8, molding, namely adding the semi-finished product IV obtained in the step S7 and a dechlorination additive into a circular mold particle molding device together for molding, and preparing the household garbage derived fuel under the action of certain temperature and pressure, wherein the derived fuel has the advantages of uniform particle size, low water content, high heat value, stable combustion, easiness in transportation and storage, capability of partially replacing coal-carbon fuel in cement manufacturing industry and cogeneration enterprises, no secondary pollution and belongs to a resource utilization product of waste.
