provided with a fourth motor 21, the output end of the fourth motor 21 is fixedly connected with the first belt pulley 22, the first belt pulley 22 is convenient for driving the second belt pulley 23 to rotate through the belt, the working efficiency is improved, the inside of the working box 10 is rotatably connected with a rotating rod 17, the rotating rod 17 is fixedly connected with a second reciprocating screw rod 81, the outer side of the rotating rod 17 is provided with a worm wheel 16, the inside of the working box 10 is rotatably connected with a worm 18, and the worm 18 is meshed with the worm wheel 16, the worm 18 is fixedly connected with the second belt pulley 23, the worm 18 is driven to rotate through the second belt pulley 23 conveniently, the worm 18 drives the rotating rod 17 to rotate through the worm wheel 16, the rotating rod 17 drives the second reciprocating screw rod 81 to rotate, and cleaning efficiency is improved.

A use method of a feeding mechanism for a Raschel warp knitting machine comprises the following steps:

s1, raw material yarns are conveyed into the treatment box 1 through the feeding roller frame 2, the raw material yarns penetrate through the ventilating duct 12, the fourth motor 21 is started, the fourth motor 21 drives the first belt pulley 22 to rotate, the first belt pulley 22 drives the second belt pulley 23 to rotate through a belt, the first belt pulley 22 simultaneously drives the first reciprocating screw rod 61 to rotate, the first reciprocating screw rod 61 drives the rack 63 to reciprocate through the sliding block 62, and the rack 63 drives the first gear 64 to reciprocate at a fixed angle;

s2, the first gear 64 drives the second gear 11 to rotate, the second gear 11 drives the ventilating duct 12 to rotate through the teeth 15, the cleaning brush 14 inside the ventilating duct 12 cleans the raw material yarn, meanwhile, the fan 24 is started, the lint head 13 absorbs lint and impurities on the raw material yarn, the lint and the impurities enter the ventilating duct 12 and enter the air filtering box 20 through the fan 24, and the impurities in the absorbed air are discharged after being filtered through the lint filtering net 85;

s3, the second belt pulley 23 drives the worm 18 to rotate, the worm 18 drives the rotating rod 17 to rotate through the worm wheel 16, the rotating rod 17 drives the second reciprocating screw rod 81 to rotate, the second reciprocating screw rod 81 drives the dust scraping plate 84 to move through the moving block 83, the dust scraping plate 84 cleans the lint and impurities on the lint filtering net 85, and the cleaned impurities enter the collecting and pumping box 86 to be cleaned;

s4, a second motor 54 is started, the second motor 54 drives a screw rod 52 to rotate, the screw rod 52 can drive a sliding block 53 to adjust the position up and down, the sliding block 53 drives a third motor 55 and a first hair sticking roller 41 to adjust the position, when the position is adjusted to a proper position, a first motor 44 is started to drive a second hair sticking roller 42 to rotate, a third motor 55 is started to drive a first hair sticking roller 41 to rotate, the first hair sticking roller 41 and the second hair sticking roller 42 are opposite in rotation direction, and the first hair sticking roller 41 and the second hair sticking roller 42 perform hair sticking treatment on raw material yarns.
