1) when a person sits on the closestool, a pressure controller arranged on the lower side of the closestool ring cover detects pressure, and when the pressure reaches over 10kg, the air pump is controlled to be started to begin to suck odor through the odor collecting ring;

2) the odor is directly conveyed into a water tank of the toilet bowl through an air pipe, is diffused through a diffusion plate, and then absorbs hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and other odor substances in the odor by using water in the water tank;

3) when the person leaves the closestool, the pressure controller detects no pressure, the air pump is turned off after the time delay of the time delay controller is delayed for 0.5-2min, the whole system stops working, and the next cycle is waited.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection control, and particularly relates to in-situ deodorization and a method for a toilet bowl.

Background

Because of convenient use, the toilet bowl becomes the necessity of most families and many units. During the use of the toilet bowl, the whole toilet space is inevitably filled with odor due to the odor of human excrement. The simple deodorization method is to exchange air through a top exhaust fan or an exhaust fan, and the professional deodorization comprises fresh air deodorization, air circulation deodorization, space reaction deodorization and the like. The essence of the methods is air exchange and deodorization, and the air exchange and deodorization mode usually needs a period of time to be realized, the period is directly related to the ventilation volume of the exhaust air, the number of air exchange cycles is generally specified to be more than 3, the larger the ventilation volume is, the smaller the period is, but the larger the corresponding energy consumption is. In addition, a simple deodorization method is performed by a dilution method (except that the deodorization part is provided with an odor treatment device), namely, odor is directly discharged into the air, and the surrounding air environment is influenced to a certain extent. Whereas professional deodorization requires a more complicated odor purification device. Therefore, the in-situ deodorization technology and method are needed to be developed, so that the odor is reduced to the greatest extent and the air quality in the toilet is affected, and the toilet environment quality is improved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims at the defects and provides the in-situ deodorization and the method for the toilet bowl, which can fully utilize the water in the water tank as the odor absorption liquid and can realize the preliminary treatment of the odor instead of direct emptying.

The invention provides the following technical scheme: a toilet in-situ deodorization system comprises an odor collecting ring, an air pump, a pressure controller, a time delay controller, an air pipe and a diffusion plate; the odor collecting ring is connected with the air pump, the pressure controller is connected with the air pump, the delay controller is connected with the air pump in a communication mode, and the air pump is connected with the outer exhaust pipe and the diffusion plate through the air pipe respectively.

Furthermore, the pressure which can be borne by the odor collecting ring is negative pressure of-5 kPa, the annular pipeline ring which is made of silica gel or hard plastic pipes and is in the shape of the toilet seat cover is adopted, and the diameter of the annular pipeline ring is 3-5mm larger than that of the inner ring of the toilet seat cover.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the system and the method provided by the invention are simple and easy to implement, not only can be used for reforming the existing closestool, but also can be used for directly installing the air pipeline, the pressure controller and the like in place in the closestool processing and manufacturing process.

2. The system and the method provided by the invention avoid the phenomenon of temporary odor rush due to the conventional odor diffusion and re-suction treatment, and directly collect the odor from the source. Because the amount of the odor to be sucked is very small, the power of the air pump is far less than that of a common exhaust fan or a fresh air circulating system.

3. The system and the method provided by the invention can fully utilize the water in the water tank as the odor absorption liquid, and can realize the primary treatment of odor instead of direct emptying.

4. According to the invention, the original odor is directly sucked and collected through the in-situ deodorization system, so that the odor is not diffused to the whole space, and meanwhile, the water in the water tank is fully utilized to carry out primary absorption on the odor, so that the air quality in the toilet is greatly improved.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, the toilet in-situ deodorization system provided by the present invention comprises an odor collecting ring, an air pump, a pressure controller, a time delay controller, an air pipe, and a diffusion plate; the odor collecting ring is connected with the air pump, the pressure controller is connected with the air pump, the delay controller is connected with the air pump in a communication mode, and the air pump is connected with the outer exhaust pipe and the diffusion plate through the air pipe respectively.

The odor collecting ring can bear negative pressure of-5 kPa, an annular pipeline ring in the shape of the toilet seat cover is made of silica gel or hard plastic pipe, as shown in figure 3, the odor collecting ring is tightly attached to the lower side of the toilet seat cover in actual use, and the diameter of the annular pipeline ring is 3-5mm larger than that of the inner ring of the toilet seat cover. The diameter of the ring-shaped pipeline of the odor collecting pipe is 10-15 mm.

As shown in figure 2, the odor collecting pipe is composed of an inner pipe, an outer pipe and a perforated pipe, in order to improve the odor suction rate, the perforated parts of the inner pipe and the outer pipe respectively account for one third of the inner size of the toilet seat cover, the hole diameter of the perforated parts of the inner pipe and the outer pipe is 1-2mm, and the distance between the perforated parts is 5-10 mm.

The diffusion plate is made of a rubber film or corundum, and the aperture of the diffusion plate for diffusing air is required to be 150-200 microns; the diffuser plate size is based on can putting into toilet bowl water tank bottom, and the quantity of the diffuser plate of adoption is 1 or more than 2.

The invention also provides a toilet bowl in-situ deodorization method adopting the system, which comprises the following steps:

1) when a person sits on the closestool, a pressure controller arranged on the lower side of the closestool ring cover detects pressure, and when the pressure reaches over 10kg, the air pump is controlled to be started to begin to suck odor through the odor collecting ring;

2) the odor is directly conveyed into a water tank of the toilet bowl through an air pipe, is diffused through a diffusion plate, and then the water in the water tank is utilized to absorb the odor substances such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and the like in the odor;

3) when the person leaves the closestool, the pressure controller detects no pressure, the air pump is turned off after the time delay of the time delay controller is delayed for 0.5-2min, the whole system stops working, and the next cycle is waited. The water absorbing the odor is still used as the washing water. The odor absorbed by the water tank can be directly discharged out of the room. If the collected odor is directly discharged or enters the odor processor, the diffusion plate is not needed, and the odor can be directly introduced into the odor processing device or the emptying pipeline.

The air flow rate of the perforation air openings of the inner pipe and the outer pipe of the odor collecting pipe is 1-3 m/s. The air pump volume of the air pump is 2-10L/min, wherein the reference volume L of the air pump volume is the effective volume in the toilet bowl, so as to ensure that the circulation is performed for more than 5-10 times within 1-5 min.

Furthermore, the solubility and the absorption efficiency of the odor substances are increased by adding an alkaline slow-release chemical agent into the water tank.

Example 1
