the mounting surface is fixed by screws penetrating through the upper lath and the keel at the same time;

6. A wall system according to claim 5,

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of assembly and assembly, in particular to a wallboard unit and a wall surface system.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above technical problems in the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a wall panel unit and a wall surface system.

Compared with the prior art, the wallboard unit and the wall surface system disclosed by the invention have the beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the embodiment of the present invention discloses a wall panel unit 10 and a wall surface system including a plurality of wall panel units 10, wherein the wall surface system includes a plurality of keels 20 in addition to the wall panel units 10. Both the keel 20 and the wall panel unit 10 are prefabricated at the factory.

In the construction site, a plurality of keels 20 are vertically fixed on an indoor structural wall 30, and the keels 20 can be directly fixed on the structural wall 30 or indirectly fixed on the structural wall 30. For example, the keel 20 is directly secured to the structural wall 30 by fasteners extending through the keel 20, wherein the keel 20 is in direct contact with the outer surface of the structural wall 30; for another example, as shown in fig. 4, the keel 20 is fixed to the structural wall 30 by means of the connecting member 40, in which case the keel 20 is spaced apart from the outer surface of the structural wall 30.

At the construction site, the wall panel units 10 are intended to be placed on the runners 20, in particular, on two adjacent runners 20 in a row of wall panel units 10.

As shown in fig. 1 in conjunction with fig. 3 to 5, the wall panel unit 10 specifically includes: a wallboard body 13, an upper slat 11, and a lower slat 12. In a prefabrication factory, the upper batten 11 is fixed on the upper part of the inner panel surface of the wallboard body 13, and the lower batten 12 is fixed on the lower part of the inner panel surface of the wallboard body 13.

Specifically, the upper slat 11 has a first mating surface 111 facing the inner panel surface of the panel body 13, a mounting surface 114 located above the upper side edge of the panel body 13 and facing away from the first mating surface 111, and an insert 113 located above the mounting surface 114; the first mating surface 111 is adhered to the inner surface of the wall body 13 by glue, which fixes the upper slat 11 to the wall body 13. The lower lath 12 has a second mating surface 121 facing the inner plate surface of the wallboard body 13 and a stop bar 123 positioned below the second mating surface 121; the second mating surface 121 is adhered to the inner surface of the wall board body 13 by glue, so that the lower strip 12 is fixed on the wall board body 13, and at this time, the stop strip 123 and the inner surface of the wall board body 13 define a slot 124.

The upper and lower slats 11 and 12 are disposed along the upper and lower sides of the wallboard body 13, respectively.

After the keels 20 are fixed to the structural wall 30 in a vertical arrangement, the wall panel unit 10 is installed on the keels 20 from bottom to top, specifically, the upper slat 11 of the lowest wall panel unit 10 is installed first, the upper slat 11 contacts with the outer sides of the two keels 20 at the same time, at this time, the installation surface 114 of the upper slat 11 is attached to the keels 20, as shown in fig. 5, the lower wall panel unit 10 is fixed to the keels 20 by inserting the upper slat 11 through the screws 50 and screwing the upper slat 20, and at this time, the insertion strips 113 of the upper slat 11 have a certain gap with the keels 20. Then, another wall panel unit 10 is moved over the lowermost wall panel unit 10 and the slot 124 of the wall panel unit 10 located above is aligned with the insert 113 of the wall panel unit 10 located below; then, the upper wall panel unit 10 is moved down as shown in fig. 3, so that the insertion strip 113 of the lower wall panel unit 10 is inserted into the insertion groove 124 of the moved upper wall panel unit 10, at this time, the mounting surface 114 of the upper panel 11 of the upper wall panel unit 10 is in contact with the keel 20, and the upper panel 11 is fixed to the keel 20 by the screw 50, thereby completing the mounting and fixing of the wall panel unit 10. The wallboard units 10 are sequentially installed in the above mode, so that the wallboard units 10 are sequentially installed from bottom to top, and the outer surfaces of the installed wallboard units 10 form a decorated wall surface.

In order to improve the fixing effect of the upper slat 11 and the wall panel body 13 and the fixing effect of the lower slat 12 and the wall panel body 13, the first glue storage tank 112 is disposed in the middle of the first fitting surface 111, and the second glue storage tank 122 is disposed in the middle of the second fitting surface 121. When the upper lath 11 and the lower lath 12 are bonded, the glue storage groove is filled with glue, and after the glue is solidified, the fixing effect of the lath and the wallboard body 13 is better.

In some more preferred embodiments, a double-sided adhesive tape (not shown in the drawings) is disposed at the mating surface outside the adhesive storage groove, and the double-sided adhesive tape enables the mating surface to be bonded with the inner plate surface of the wallboard body 13. The double-sided adhesive tape has the functions that: on one hand, the firmness between the lath and the wallboard body 13 is improved together with the glue in the glue storage groove; on the other hand, the adhesive tape has higher toughness, and can prevent the wall board body 13 from falling off after the adhesive in the adhesive storage tank loses the bonding effect; in another aspect, the tape can effectively avoid direct contact between the inner plate surfaces of the slat and the wall plate body 13, and further can effectively avoid noise generation caused by contact in vibration.

In some preferred embodiments, a caulking strip 115 is further formed on the outer side of the upper slat 11, and after the insertion strip 113 of the lower wallboard unit 10 is inserted into the insertion groove 124 of the upper wallboard unit 10, the caulking strip 115 is interposed between the upper side edge of the wallboard body 13 of the lower wallboard unit 10 and the lower side edge of the wallboard body 13 of the upper wallboard unit 10.

In some preferred embodiments, the outer panel of the upper panel 11 facing away from the mounting surface 114 is formed with a countersunk groove, so that the screw cap of the screw 50 passing through the upper panel 11 is located in the countersunk groove and does not protrude from the first mating surface 111.

The effect of the caulking strip 115 is:

1. for filling the splice seam between the upper and lower wall panel units 10 to achieve a better decorative effect.

2. The caulking strips 115 provide some support and positioning for the wall panel unit 10 above.

In some more preferred embodiments, a U-shaped pad strip 116 can be optionally sleeved on the caulking strip 115, and the pad strip 116 is used for adjusting the size of the abutted seam. For example, after the upper panel 11 with the caulking strips 115 has been formed, the backing strips 116 may be placed over the joint between the wall panel units 10 to increase the gap of the joint when it is desired to increase the joint.

The wall panel unit 10 provided by the present invention has the advantages in a wall system:

4. The mounting surface 114 is positioned above the upper side edge, on one hand, the screws 50 are convenient to penetrate through; on the other hand, the screw 50 will be shielded by the wall panel unit 10 located above.

5. The splicing seam formed by the two wallboard bodies 13 which are adjacent to each other is opposite to the upper lath 11, so that the water vapor entering the inner side of the wallboard body 13 through the splicing seam is stopped by the upper lath 11, and the water vapor can be effectively prevented from entering a closed space between the wallboard unit 10 and the structural wall; in addition, the water vapor is liquefied on the surface of the upper panel 11 and flows out to the outside through the caulking strips. That is, the upper slats 11 also have a water guiding effect to prevent the interior sides of the wall panel unit 10 and the surface of the structural wall from being exposed to moisture.
