Background

The clutch is positioned in a flywheel shell between the engine and the gearbox, the clutch assembly is fixed on the rear plane of the flywheel by using a screw, and an output shaft of the clutch is an input shaft of the gearbox; during the running process of the automobile, a driver can step on or release the clutch pedal according to the requirement, so that the engine and the gearbox are temporarily separated and gradually jointed, and the power input by the engine to the gearbox is cut off or transmitted;

the clutch is a common component in mechanical transmission and can separate or connect a transmission system at any time; the existing clutch has complex mounting structure, higher production cost and inconvenient disassembly and maintenance; in particular, friction clutches have a large degree of wear after long-term use, and thus a manual clutch has been invented.

Preferably, the second sleeve is the same as the first sleeve in structure and is of a circular ring-shaped structure, and a plurality of arc-shaped lugs with the same structure are arranged on the inner side wall of the second sleeve at equal circumferential distances.

Preferably, the second transmission wheel 37 is meshed with the first transmission wheel 25 for realizing transmission according to design requirements.

As a preferable scheme, the second sleeve 35 and the first sleeve 23 have the same structure and are both circular ring structures, and a plurality of arc-shaped protrusions with the same structure are arranged on the inner side wall of the second sleeve at equal circumferential distance for meeting design requirements and realizing connection of the transmission rod.
