Technical Field

Background

Along with the construction of gas pipe networks in China, gas stoves are more and more common in daily life and become an important tool for people to cook dishes and rice. The heat generated by the combustion of the fuel gas is fully utilized, the consumption of the fuel gas is reduced, and the heat efficiency is increased. The contact area between the fireworks and the cookware of gas combustion in different gears is different, so that the radiation heat dissipation to the outside is changed, and the heat efficiency is changed. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, in order to respond to the national call for environmental protection, the amount of incomplete combustion products such as carbon monoxide CO and other nitrogen oxides generated during the combustion of gas is reduced to reduce toxic and harmful gases, which is a problem to be solved urgently.

Through experimental research, the two problems can be effectively solved by changing the contact area and the contact distance between the gas cooker bracket and flame, but the device is lack at present.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) utilize the height of change cooking utensils support that simple structure can be relaxed, keep off the position under the position in the difference, can control the distance between pot frame to flame and the combustor to can reach the most suitable flame area of contact heating pan, reduce the radiation heat dissipation loss of flue gas to external world, increase the thermal efficiency. The secondary air supply channel is also beneficial to forming a corresponding most suitable secondary air supply channel under different gears, so that the fuel gas can be fully combusted as far as possible, and the generation of toxic and harmful gases is reduced. The heat efficiency and the nitrogen oxide generation amount of the stove are comprehensively analyzed, so that the stove support is adjusted to the optimal height, and the purpose of intelligent regulation and control is achieved.

(2) By utilizing the wedge-shaped structure, the height can be more finely controlled, the lifting amplitude is smaller, and the stability of the cooker is maintained.

(3) The symmetrical structure enables the stove support to stably lift, is more stable and is not easy to turn on one's side.

(4) The roller pins are arranged on the guide rail, so that the sliding is changed into rolling, the friction resistance is reduced, the device runs more stably, and the efficiency is higher.

(5) The encoder feeds the motion state of the screw rod back to the computer, and the motion state of the screw rod is controlled through the closed-loop control system, so that the high position precision of the mechanism is ensured.
