Background

The automatic weapon silencer is used as a device for reducing muzzle noise, smoke and flame. When the muffler is required to be installed, the rapid installation can be realized, the fighting efficiency is improved, and the hidden fighting device has important significance for realizing hidden fighting.

At present, most firearms and silencers are installed by adopting threads to be connected, the time consumption for installation and disassembly is long, tools are required to pre-tighten the threads, otherwise, the silencers are loosened in use, and the service performance of the firearms is poor. Therefore, an interface with good service performance, simple structure, high reliability and strong universality is urgently needed to meet the installation requirement of the firearm silencer.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an interface device of a silencer for firearms, which is used for realizing the quick installation of the silencer and the firearms, has the characteristic of universality and can be respectively installed with different types of silencers and cylindrical firearms muzzles with V-shaped grooves. The device has the advantages of simple structure, concise appearance, simple and convenient operation and high generalization degree.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:

the locking sleeve is in clearance fit with the interface body and is positioned between the limiting disc and the interface thread, one end of the locking sleeve is axially positioned on the limiting disc, the other end of the locking sleeve is axially positioned on the retaining ring clamped on the locking sleeve, locking grooves in an involute shape are respectively arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the locking sleeve corresponding to the steel balls along the circumferential direction and used for limiting the positions of the steel balls in radial holes, when the steel balls are limited at the small-diameter end of the locking grooves, the steel balls clamp the V-shaped grooves of the muzzle device, when the steel balls are limited at the large-diameter end of the locking grooves, the steel balls are separated from the V-shaped grooves of the muzzle device, and the clamping state is released;

1. the invention adopts a steel ball involute radial locking mechanism which has good self-locking function, can bear the vibration of firearms in the shooting process, and has good interface rigidity and firm locking.

2. The locking looseness problem is caused by the fact that a positioning head, a positioning spring and a multi-position spherical pit positioning mechanism are matched with an involute compensating bore device and an interface device to produce tolerance.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1-4, one embodiment of an interface device of a firearm silencer comprises an interface body 1, a steel ball 2, a locking sleeve 3, a positioning head 4, a positioning spring 5, a retainer ring 6, a chamber opening device 7, interface threads 8, fan-shaped grooves 9 and spherical pits 10. The steel ball is arranged in a radial hole of the connector body 2; the positioning head 4 and the positioning spring 5 are arranged in a mounting hole on the locking sleeve, and the positioning spring 5 is compressed under the action of the interface body 1, the locking sleeve 3 and the check ring 6; the positioning head 4 is attached to the interface body under the action of the positioning spring 5; the positioning head 4 can move in a fan-shaped groove of the connector body; the retainer ring 6 is clamped in the retainer ring assembling groove of the interface body 1; the locking sleeve 3 rotates around the axis of the interface body under the action of the cylindrical surface of the interface body and the end surface of the retainer ring 6.

In order to ensure that the interface body can be sleeved on the muzzle device and the gap is not too large, the interface body and the muzzle device are in precise small-gap fit; the roughness requirements of the inner hole of the interface body and the surface roughness of the outer circle of the rifling device are respectively Ra1.6 and Ra0.8.

In order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly operation, the connector body is provided with a shape locking cavity, so that the connector body and the bore device do not rotate mutually when the locking sleeve rotates.

The working process is as follows:

the silencer main body is connected to the interface thread of the interface device through the thread, and the thread is pre-tightened. One side of the interface device of the silencer is sleeved on the chamber port device and rotates properly after being sleeved, so that the chamber port device is matched with a shape locking cavity on the interface device, the silencer continues to be in place towards the inner sleeve, and the steel ball shrinks into the circumference of the inner hole of the interface body under the action of the excircle of the chamber port device in the process of being sleeved on the interface device. Rotating the locking sleeve in the 'tight' direction indicated by an arrow until the locking sleeve is fixed, wherein in the rotating process, a steel ball in the interface body moves towards the inside of the circumference under the action of an involute on the locking sleeve until the V-shaped groove of the hearth opening clamping device is clamped, so that the assembly clearance is eliminated, the clearance cannot be eliminated completely due to the existence of manufacturing tolerance of various parts, and the positioning sleeve is provided with the involute with enough length so that the positioning sleeve can rotate fully; enough spherical grooves are formed in the connector body, so that the positioning head can reliably fall into any positioning groove, and the requirements of eliminating assembly gaps and rotation of the locking sleeve during shooting use are met.
